Description of Work: Had to call about first cleaning only half way done. Didn't do what was asked of them. Came back second time to do what wasn't done but still wasn't done right.

Description of Work: Not satisfied at all. There was dirt on the floor after they left. I had to use hand vacuum to clean up messes. There was cleaning liquid spots everywhere. Not recommending them

Description of Work: J Gabriel cleaned our home for approx. 6 months till my wife was laid off from her job and at that time she took over the cleaning. They cleaned much better than any of the previous services or individuals we had in the past. They rapidly gained my trust to the point I just gave them a key to my home and let them come and go on a regular schedule. The quality of the cleaning was always at or above our expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We used her for housecleaning for three months. They did a great job. We only used them for three months. She was a really sweet, friendly girl, and I was comfortable with her in my home.

Description of Work: These girls are awesome. If you are worried about trust...then use Jasmine. I had lost a very expensive diamond dinner ring. Jasmine was cleaning and found it and brought it to me. I hadn't seen it in months. No THAT's honesty.

Description of Work: This was the first time I used Angie's list since renewing my memberhip. I was in contact by email with this company. Received a notice that someone would call me on 12/12/2012 after 1:00 to arraqnge for cleaning my home. It is now 12/26 and I have still not heard from anyone. I was disappointed because I wanted to have my house cleaned before Christmas.

Description of Work: J Gabriel has been cleaning my house once a week for the past couple of months. They do a wonderful job. Very thorough and punctual. I like them a lot and would definitely recommend them! Very nice people too.

Description of Work: Did a total cleaning project for us of our house. Windows, floor, baths, dusting, and a whole bunch of other things. They did a great job and now they are cleaning our house on a bi weekly basis and also doing a great job.

Description of Work: This was a great experience. Jasmine is very nice and always on time and gets the work done quickly without sacrificing quality. I've never used a cleaning service but the price seemed very fair to me and she even got my carpets shampooed. She worked with me on some scheduling issues I had and did what it took to get the job done. Definitely a use again service for me.

Description of Work: This cleaning service has been working for me for over a month now, on a once a week schedule. They do an excellent job most of the time. Jasmin, head of the service company, always works with either her relatives or her close friends. She comes to my house with her mother who also does a superb job on our laundry/ironing load. They bring their own cleaning supply which makes me happy since I do not have to think about their needs for the service. Jasmin has a great personality to hire. She is very professional and sincere about your needs. I would recommend her in a heart beat.

Description of Work: First time deep cleaning. Responded to request for quote promptly, came over to provide estimate next day. Scheduled job for 2 days hence, arrived on time and finished in 2 hours. Good job, well pleased with job and scheduled for 2 week continuing cleanups for the forseeable future @ $85.00.
