Description of Work: Attic insulation install R-45 for 2491 sq. ft. The owner came in person to provide free estimate and gave a no pressure explanation and benefits of each type of insulation. You get a 10% discount for mentioning Angie's List. The company offers an additional 5% discount for paying in cash but there are several ways to pay. On day of install everything went smoothly. The only reason for a 5 rating for professionalism is that two young men came in an unmarked vehicle & I had to call the company to make sure they were actual workers and ask about giving them the cash. The receptionist was so kind and told me which one was the owner's son and that I could give him the cash payment. I received my discount and a receipt without a hitch. I plan to contact them this summer to check on their lifetime warranty and if they can come out and check the insulation now. I highly recommend Moore's for insulation installation.

*Building Restoration & Preservation: Removing existing attic insulation to prep for remodel
*Fire & Water Damage Restoration: We remove damaged insulation & treat & disinfect attic from water or fire damage
*Energy Audits (with FLIR thermal imaging technology) to locate & identify air leaks
*Roofing: We locate leaks & perform repairs on all roof types, (especially flat roofs)
*We do not apply/reapply hot tar. We do offer alternative options for flat roofs, for example, but not limited to, Modified Bitumen {a rolled asphalt roofing material that vulcanizes & adheres to your existing tar,}.
*We do not install nor do we recommend radiant-barrier (foil-type material sold for attic insulation). We remove it from the attics of homes each year and instead install a dry, loose-fill, blown-in insulation (your choice of fiberglass or cellulose/same price & warranty against settling) to lower utility bills.
*We do not install nor do we recommend foam insulation, but we do offer a rodent & insect resistant, fire-resistant, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, green alternative -
We install Cellulose Wall-Coat or Seal-Coat for metal buildings, new construction, underside of roof decks (& it won’t void your shingle warranty like foams can), crawl-spaces under homes, knee walls, etc.
