+ -1 moreIf I could, I would give 10 stars! Stacie was fantastic! I put my info in for doing 2 walls for insulation which was on a Sunday. Stacie contacted me THAT day. I figure I wouldn’t hear anything until Monday. Stacie asked what was the dimensions for the walls. When I sent her the info, she sent back to me what the process would be in detail step by step to the cost. Very reasonable for the price. When the crew came today, they were very professional and fantastic! They did what Stacie stated. I highly recommend using them!

The employees are nice men hard workers do excellent work. Also, they clean up when the job is finished. First did my roof in 2013. Whenever I have had any problem one of guys has been out quickly to fix it. I must say this my house is a flat roof and it has been a challenge.

A time and date was established at that time. The installers showed up on time and were very courteous and efficient. All work was performed quickly. Installers cleaned up very well. Mention the coupon!

+ 0 moreWe noticed loose shingles and called Moore's Roofing & Insulation on Nov 23rd, to inquire about getting our roof looked at and the area repaired before we get rain again. From the moment the office answered the phone I knew this was a good business just from her voice, attitude, friendliness, professionalism, honesty, concern, and the prompt response to have it inspected and repaired the next day. The work to be accomplished by the owner, Don Lipscomb, was scheduled for Nov 24th. Mr. Lipscomb was on-time, very professional, friendly, honest, and conducted a thorough inspection of the whole roof and repaired the affected areas. We will definitely utilize this business in the future when the Oklahoma winds give us all grieve! Thank you Moore's Roofing & Insulation!

+ -1 moreI chose Moore's Roofing and Insulation because they were a member of the OKC Better Business Bureau. They have been in business since 1996 and have an A+ rating. Don, the owner, was able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone. The men arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected. The job was completed in less than 40 minutes. Jeff even blew the debris from my garage. He left an extra copy of the invoice along with the necessary form to apply for a 30% rebate from OG&E.
Description of Work: Moore's added R-45 cellulose blown-in insulation to 1544 square feet in my attic.

+ 0 moreMr. Moore provided the estimate personally. The 2 younger men who blew the attic insulation in less than an hour were professional yet friendly, knowledgeable and confident. A few weeks later I called again regarding wall insulation, the receptionist checked with Mr. Moore and called me back the next day with his recommendations. It was refreshing to do business with this honest and professional firm. I would recommend them to anyone considering insulation. (Thought I had written this review in 11/2014 but couldn't find it)
