Contacted Stacy at Moores for an estimate, she provided it over the phone. The crew showed up on time and complete the work with little disruption to our activities.

Contractor showed up on time, answered questions before he began and then did the work. Came inside to clean up any mess and was done quickly and neatly.

They were very nice to deal with on the phone. They came out the first time and the insulation was really uneven. Some areas were really deep and others were really shallow. My husband called them and complained. They were very responsive, came out a fixed it by adding more to low areas. My husband did all of the prep work in the attic the week prior so they didn't have to do anything in that regard. We're very satisfied. We would use them again.

Great transaction, everything went well. They were on time and got right to work as soon as they arrived. The house is a small two bedroom "mother-in-law" house so it didn't take long for them to get the job done. I checked the work once they were finished and it was to my expectations.

Given an estimate over the phone and made an appointment to do the work. I was contacted the day before and 20 minutes before they arrived to start the work. Crew was very neat and professional and completed the job in less than 1 hour. Cleaned up the small amount of insulation on the garage floor. Great experience with this crew and company.

We live in an older house and we have had a roof replacement before. We have like two layers of roofs in the house and Moores discovered that we had a rather large section on the roof and we had five roofs including the original wooden shacks which came as a big surprise to everyone. What that did was it enabled us to and since it was an insurance claim, we had to have a nailable surface and wooden shacks do not provide a nailable surface so they had to tear off the entire roof and put down decking and then put a new roof on top of that. Nobody but them had discovered that. Because we live in a historical preservation district, we had to get approval for roof replacements from the Historic Preservation Committee and it was a great help that I had all five layers of roofs to take down to them to get approval for all the work to be done. They were excellent not only in replacing the roof but enabling us to navigate the historic regulations more easily.

Stacey confirmed the appointment and gave me a firm cost estimate based on the square footage of my home. The Angie's List 10% off coupon saved me $212.50 off the estimate. Tommy confirmed the appointment by phone and arrived right on time. I told him about my concerns with cold/hot spots in back closets and front bedroom. He stated that he would make sure all areas were properly covered. Tommy and two other men completed the job in about an hour. They worked quickly and efficiently, and cleanup was minimal. Tommy brought and completed the necessary paperwork for an OG&E rebate of up to $500. Note: The OG&E rebate form must be filled out correctly and completely, so read the instructions and review the form line by line. Tommy did a great job, but he forgot to fill out two required items on the rebate form.

We scheduled the roofing, but they were kind enough to call back with an earlier date. They did high quality work and did exactly what they said they would do. The new shingles and material look and work great! We've since had several rains and the car port no longer leaks. They also provided a solid transferable warranty on labor and materials. This was a big plus for us since we are selling the house. They were very professional, friendly, and did a high quality job. I would certainly recommend them and would hire them again.

The guys showed up on time. Checked the access to the attic, and went straight to work. Donn drilled the holes, which unfortunately made a much bigger mess than I expected. Tommy blew the insulation in to the attic, and the walls. Clean up from them was a bit messier than one could wish for. A shop vac just blows too much dust all over. Closing the holes left more work for me to do, but then I really didn't hire them to clean up and patch. I hired for blown insulation, and I am happy with that.

Added attic insulation. Estimator very honest about what I needed, and value priced. Materials were good quality. Workers were not very experienced, but adequate for this job.Equipment used appeared worn and delivery hose was patched in several places. Time on job was reasonable; clean-up was not completed to my satisfaction but seems to be the norm now days.

It went great. Very professional office staff!! Owner came out promptly and on time to give me an estimate. Scheduled work and it was done within a week. All done within a couple of hours. Crew was on time and quiet . Left no mess for me to clean up. Even gave me all the paperwork for an OG&E rebate that applied! After dealing with 4 other roofing companies that would not even come out or call back for a repair job, this company was a super pleasant surprise!!!! Would definitely use them again.

Two start it was very slow. They did not get started till 9am, and only one man worked on the roof till 9:45. Back up on the roof at 10 with the second hand helping. Things picked up at 1pm and more hands came and went. It looked like they were not going to make it before the rain. The news showed large hail and damaging winds at midnight. I passed this on to the crew. The guy's really stayed with it till the job was done at 9:45 pm. They had to come back the next day to clean up. Had to have them back out for some miner things. I paid extra to have it done the way I wanted ( new wood at bottom, front and back, also 5 year warranty on labor) and the delivered. Good work guy's.

I called them and they came out the next day for a quote and then 2 days later they blew in the insulation in about 30 minutes. Very quick and professional. I would absolutely use them again.

This went very will. Contract was made on 6/25/2013 and spray insulation work performed on 6/29/2013. On this item commination was good. Note: We have a second contract to be performed. This is to remove and replace the roof, remove two unused gas vents, and all rotten wood. Also install two roof vents and replace 1x8's all the way across the front and back at the bottom of deck. Total price $3774.60. I have call two times and can not get an estimated time for work to be done by Mr. Donn Lipscomb, the owner. Contract is for 30 day's and I will leave feedback at the end of this contract..

While he arrived on time, all he did was to review the insurance adjuster's statement. From that alone, he provided his estimate that was less than the insurance company. He did not get on the roof or do a walk-around. My wife and I were not impressed. We continued our search for a roofer. Note: Had he climbed up on the roof, he would have discovered a baseball sized hole in the garage roof. We did not know about the hole in the roof until the next day when it was discovered by another company.

The guys from Moores Roofing & Insulation were there when they said they’re going to be there. They did a good job and cleaned up well. They didn’t disturb the occupants. They are just fantastic.

This is great family owned business. They responded quickly, explained everything in detail and made sure the work was done correctly.

Stacy, the office manager, was VERY polite over the phone. I loved that she could give me an estimate over the phone due to the fact I was able to give her exact square footage of my house. The work was performed 2 days after I got my estimate, and THEY WORK ON SATURDAYS. That was super convenient for my husband and I. As far as how well the insulation works, time will tell when it gets to be 100 degrees outside! They promised it would make a huge difference, and I hope so!

Owner of company responded within a day to my phone request for an estimate. Insulation was installed two days later.

I cannot say nice enough things about the man that gave us an estimate! He was very informative and honest when it came to what would be best for our home. The workers that came out the following week were fast and efficient and had our whole attic insulated in about an hour.

I received a call from the gentleman that was doing the work saying they were on their way, they were on time and very kind. Took less time then I thought and left no mess. It was pouring down rain and very cold. But they still came.
