Description of Work: This was a great experience. The technician was polite, we’ll dressed, professional and very concerned about being COVID safe. He worked quickly, diagnosed our problems and got our permission before doing any work. He found a bulb burned out and helped us find it simply online. I had RidX and he put it directly in the tank for us. He completed the cleaning and repairs quickly, doing a great job. I highly recommend them. I will absolutely be using them in the future.

+ -1 moreI believe it went rather well, although I didn't plan on spending that much money. But it had to be done. We did do our homework and looked at countless reviews before deciding on Fosters.
Description of Work: Fosters came out as scheduled. He did a complete check of our system, and found more issues with our septic system that absolutely needed repair. When we purchased our new home in 2006, we were introduced to the Aerobic Septic System. My wife and I received a briefing on how to take care of it, but apparently not well enough! Mr Foster was kind enough to show us what we didn't know, which was quite a lot! We will use them again, the next time we need our tank pumped, or any issues that may occur with the system. The price for pumping all three tanks $475.00 Replaced Aerator pump - $500.00 (might have part name wrong)

+ -1 moreGuys came out located tank with no problem. ( had not been pumped in 6 years...) Pumped it, covered it and presented me with an invoice. They were cordial and friendly. Gave me some insight as to how often we should pump it given our family siize and what to do if we had an overflow problem. I would use them again. Pumping a septic is not rocket science... so customer service, responsiveness really separates providers of service once you get pass the basics of performing the job. Foster's was all good.

+ -1 moreThe person I talked with on the phone was friendly and helpful. The truck and crew came out when they said they would. Even though I didn't know where the septic tank was located, they were able to determine the location within a couple of minutes. I was surprised. In any case, they pumped out the tank and took time to clean it with a hose/sprayer, and then pumped it out again. They did a great job and I think the price was great too.

Initially, I thought the cost was a bit pricey. But, in speaking with the technicians, I received a wealth of very valuable information about how to better maintain my septic system, which will reduce future maintenance costs.
