Description of Work: Pump all 3 septic tanks and completely washed them out clean. Showed me how to clean the compressor area from debris. Shane was great! He was great at teaching me how to keep our septic system running and what to look for rather than adding any other unnecessary services or parts. Honesty and Integrity is what this company is about. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced the leach field to my septic system. They were professional, and always asked if I approved of the work and progress. Work was completed in one day as promised and they were only off their quote by $100. I would use Foster again.

Description of Work: Pumped out septic tank and removed toys and diaper wipe clogs from exterior pipes. They were quick, knowledgeable,and they left the yard in decent condition. They prevented a pending disaster and corrected our problem.

Description of Work: Have had septic tank issues simce moving into new residence. Could not simply replace laterals as Oklahoma DEQ demands installation of an aerobic septic unit with nigtrogen reduction. I called Foster (2nd call) and after an evaluation visit, I decided to opt for a lateral line service instead of replacement (my call). They came out on time, found and serviced all lateral lines as well as serviced retention boxes. It has been a couple of weeks and so far, so good; laterals seem to be functional. Lon was very professional, did what they said they would do and did it on time...a rare thing these days.

Description of Work: I am buying a mobile home on land and the septic had not been pumped out in a while. I also wanted to have it inspected. Two young men from Foster's came out a little earlier than the appointment which was great. They had to dig down to the cap, and were able to pump the septic fairly quickly. They also looked the system over and made sure everything was in good shape. There was no extra charge for digging or for the inspection, and they took a personal check no problem. I recommend them very highly.

Description of Work: Called for a routine septic tank cleaning, our tank had not been cleaned in over ten years. They had a hard time finding the opening, in fact could not find, so they made a new one in the top to clean out. It took them longer than expected since the tank was completely full. eThey covered the opening, covered all the holes dug in the yard trying to find the opening and put everything back. The grass has already grown back so you cant tell where they dug.

Description of Work: Called them to clean full septic tank. Were prompt and professional. After a few weeks septic was filled again and backing up into house. Called them again and they came out and found problem in drainage lines. Took quite a while to find the lines but cleaned them and the septic tank again. Some hand digging to find the lines. Worker was very professional and friendly. Didn't charge any additional time or money for finding the lines which were not where we believed them to be.
