Description of Work: We were hearing scratching in the walls and figured it was mice. We called Fitzhugh's, and they were able to get out the very next day! Alex, the technician, was actually ten minutes EARLY for the appointment, which we greatly appreciated. He was highly competent, kept my husband completely informed in terms of what he was doing, gave other excellent suggestions, and all in all did a superior job! The price was excellent, as well. We would not hesitate to recommend Fitzhugh's to anyone needing their services, and we will absolutely use them again. In fact, we plan to make them our go-to supplier of all things related to the services they offer. Great job, Fitzhugh's! In these days of often-lackluster if not downright fraudulent service providers, you all set the standard. Thank you very much!

Description of Work: I was very happy with the service from Fitzhugh's. Their first visit was to spray the inside of the house for all insects, this was new construction and there was an issue with spiders and a few other unsavory insects that I've never had to deal with before. I called them and got a quote, they came out two days later and sprayed the inside and the outside perimeter of the house and put out sticky traps. I haven't had any issues at all since then. I've also signed up to be on one of their programs for regular service. It's been worth it to not have some really nasty looking spiders and such popping out when I go to unpack boxes.

Description of Work: They initially sprayed the house inside and out. I had a bad case of bagworms on my shrubs. They sprayed and said they couldn't guarantee it since they're so hard to kill, however their spray worked and the bugs are gone. Subsequent treatments have been to the exterior. They will come one time or will set up a plan. I found them to be very professional with no pressure being applied for subsequent work.

+ -1 moreIn terms of price, I have never compared them to anybody because I do not know anybody else. Therefore, I do not know if they are high or low. All I know is that they do a good job. We had termites up in our attic but they had not eaten wood. That is when they initially came out but there was no damage. Therefore, they just come out every year and do another termite inspection. They keep it up every year and that is why it is high or higher. Then they spray the outside of my house every year, they do not do any inside. That may seem high to people but we live in an area where there are lot of trees, so we feel we need that done every year.
Description of Work: I use the services of Fitzhugh's Termite & Pest. I have used them for years. They come out once a year and do it. I paid $287 for this year.

Description of Work: Fitzhugh sprays the base of the house so the insects can't go into the house and inside the home also if need. Also they take care of termites when needed. It is $40 each time they spray.
