We set a date, he arrived on time & the job took about an hour. He cleaned up & then demonstrated the basic operation & features. I am very pleased & believe I have a clean, safe fireplace system. Zane is very professional & knowledgeable about multiple gas log fireplace systems. He will take the time to help you select the best system for your needs.
