It was a good service. Price was good. It was pretty reasonable. Quality was good.

They arrived on time, they were courteous, hard working, and did a great job.

It was fine. They did not charge us anything extra. I had a little bit of a difficulty trying to explain to them about my window screens. Price was fine. They were here early. If I can't find anything better, I would use them.

Kris called the day he was to arrive to let me know he was on his way and soon there he was. He and his helper introduced themselves and asked to see the windows, informing me there would be a charge of $7.00 per window over and above the limit of 16 windows per the contract/agreed amount. Thank you

It was not good. The first appointment was rained out and it took 2 weeks for another appointment to be available which was ok. However when they came and cleaned they did not clean all the windows and honestly the majority of the windows do not even look clean they are dirty. Plus the owner cleaned my inside windows and broke one of my blinds and didn't even tell me until I ask him via text what happened to the blind. His response was " I don't know I pulled it up like I do all of my customers but the blind got bound up and I couldn't get it down. I apologize I forgot to tell you. Seems odd that you would forget to tell a customer you broke something then his helper was trying to clean under my door wreath verses removing it or asking me to take it down. He knocked it off the door and it broke. I was not happy with the service at all and I have used their service in the past and been very happy. I won't use them again.

Very well. Chris was very accommodating when we had unforeseen schedule changes. He and his helper were quick, professional and efficient.

Due to excessive rains, had a hard time getting this scheduled on an available day, HOWEVER, owner contacted me directly after second cancel, and arranged to come over ON HIS DAY OFF to get this done in time for the huge graduation party we were having the next day. That was absolute relief, and the windows sparkled for the party!

It went fine they did a really nice job, they could not get the screens off of my window to clean the lower parts of the windows but that was not their fault. Well considering I didn't get all my windows cleaned.

Excellent job! They arrived ahead of appointed time, having called ahead to let me know they be ther in 30 minutes. They were very competent and courteous, and replaced things which they had to move. The additional charge for the number of Windows not included in the "Angie's List Deal" was very reasonable, and had been quoted ahead of time when I emailed with the request.

Extreme window cleaning arrived on time and did a wonderful job! Windows look great. They cleaned screens and all windows and door glass. I had to pay extra for French doors.

It went very well. Two individuals showed up, one doing the inside and the other doing the outside. Work was done in estimated time given. Very friendly and professional. Would use again.

Made an appt. Owner called later complaining the time he'd agreed to wasn't a good time for him. No problem. We rescheduled for noon the following Saturday. He said it would probably be more like 12:30p but he'd call me 30' prior to let me know he was on the way. That morning around 10:40a I looked at my phone and saw I'd received 3 messages from him, the first prior to 10a. The last one was at 10:20 telling me he was cancelling the appt because I hadn't replied. The earliest time I'd expected a message from him was 11:30a since our appt was for 12p, so a 30' prior call put the earliest expected time at 11:30a. I called him asking why he'd cancelled an appt when the appt time hadn't even arrived yet. He said I was required to confirm the appt with him after I got his text on Saturday morning. That was the first time he told me he needed a confirmation the day of. He agreed to come out as scheduled. The windows they did were fine. They missed the master bathroom windows, one of which is fairly dirty. I didn't know they'd missed it until they left. I called him and asked if they'd done those windows. He assured me they had. I texted him a picture of the dirtiest one. It was dirty inside and outside. He said he'd have to come back some other day and would call me to schedule a time. That afternoon he texted to set an appt between 3 and 4p the following Friday. He didn't show up. He didn't call or text. I paid for a full job to be completed yet it wasn't. Between that and his scheduling issues, I certainly wouldn't hire him again. In fairness, I had used him once prior to this and none of these problems occurred.

Kris and his assistant were very prompt and courteous. My windows look great and I will definately use him again!!

Excellent. I probably sent 3-4 emails asking questions about the service to which they answered all very clearly. I received a call the day before confirming my appointment and also apologizing in advance if they were late due to traffic. They actually arrived a little early, were very quick in cleaning the windows and did a fantastic job! I would use them again and would recommend them to others!

It went very well and quickly. They did an excellent job. Will use this service again without a doubt.
