Kris did an outstanding job. Night and day difference on our windows. Powerwashing looks good and he worked quickly and gave us a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

Best price I found. Overall, work was satisfactory. Some small window corners I had to go back and wipe down. A couple of windows were left unlocked. A couple of screens were left off. Still, for the price, I was pleased.

He responded to our request quickly with a reasonable estimate. The weather did not cooperate (can't do exterior window washing when it is raining) but the reschedule was timely. He was quick, professional and did quality work. We will definitely use him again.

I called the company to get a quote for cleaning exterior windows, screens and clean gutters, but no one bothered to call me back. I was very disappointed because I had read so many good reviews about the company.

Awful. The Extreme Windows guy was just pent-up belligerent energy, talked a lot but I couldn't get answers from him when I tried to make sure of the details of the job. He then, while cleaning, directed agitated political talk at me. I told him I tried to avoid all that. Didn't stop him, he went on telling me about getting chased with guns because of his bumper sticker, and about the gun he carries in his truck and on and on, guns and stalking and violence, talking over anything I said to try to stop him. It was very unsettling, I felt attacked and trapped in my own house. I had specifically chosen the service for windows that included screens and sills WASHED. When I saw him outside just wiping down a screen and told him this, he just said 'oh no these don't need that, not like the old days when they needed washing down.' Excuse me?! The whole reason I had got the service was because I had been laid up for 3 years with numerous surgeries and the windows AND screens were dirty! Further, I had paid for 16 windows. he did 10. When he had first arrived something he said made me think he had the wrong job written up but as mentioned he was so busy buzzing around and talking at me I couldn't get clear answers. When he had 'finished' he charged a different amount than that given when I bought the service. It was a lesser amount which is why I settled for just 10 windows, and by then I was so rattled I just wanted him out of there. It wasn't until I'd paid him and he'd left I realized I'd already paid Angie's for the service. After he left I had a look around, I found that he had not even wiped down the kitchen window screens, had in fact just left one out in the kitchen, and they were all covered in dust, cobwebs and leaf debris. The double payment and mixed-up job was all sorted out later, though with a lot of angst dealing with Extreme Windows. Angie's was pro-active and worked with me in sorting this part out. However, it meant I had to communicate with the Extreme Windows guy, out of courtesy I informed him of the price mix-up and what was happening. From there things got weird and unsettling. I had told him not to call me again (because as in person, he just talked over me and got belligerent), just email. I got a call and voicemail from him and when I emailed to acknowledge and also remind him not to call I was told he hadn't called. The contact for Extreme Windows was his wife, who informed me that he had not called me. However, I got two more calls I didn't answer, and in trying to sort it out his wife got more belligerent, denied all calls and basically called me a liar, saying I was just trying to make trouble. Angie's was following through with all this which I appreciated but when it came to these phone calls they dropped the ball, it was left open-ended, which left me feeling like they thought I was lying too, despite my offer to let them hear the voicemail and see my call records. It amounts to Angie's contracting a business that harassed a customer, denied it, and got away with it. So despite their initial concern and help, I am very disappointed with Angie's List. It was a horrible and highly disappointing experience: I had SO looked forward to finally having clean windows and screens but ended up feeling hounded and nervous for days afterwards, in fact it still makes me feel uncomfortable and angry with all these windows around to remind me.

Kristopher arranged a convienient time, came on time, cleaned windows in and out. The price was very good. He is also going to replace the glass in 2 windows that are fogged over. Will hire him again.
