My experience was horrible. They brought under age kids to clean the windows. The window cleaning itself was really hit or miss. I was very disappointed with them.

Work was scheduled quickly. Crew arrived on time and did a nice job. I would use this company again.

We originally used Extreme Clean Window Cleaning because of the special offered. We would use them again without any discount. What more can be said? Kris showed me every area of concern and even recommended against an additional service I requested because it was unneeded. Kris showed me that it was unneeded and said he would not want to charge for something we did not need. He is cordial, honest and no I am not related. This was an exceptionally good experience. Give them a try.

It went well, it took a bit of time to get him out to the house, and I had some difficulties getting ahold of him. It seems like there may not be enough crew members and he initially wanted to only do ten windows until I spoke with him about what I purchased. The work was done while I was at my job and it was done well.

He showed up early and did a great job.

The service went well. The staff did a good job and I was pleased with the service overall. I had a huge mirror added on to the service for them to clean. The additional fee for that was very reasonable. They also cleaned all of the windows in the house inside and out. The technicians were very friendly and made sure to put all of the furniture back carefully. I would be happy to use this company again.

He showed up about 20 minutes late, no phone call to say he was going to be late. When he arrived he looked at the windows which hadn't been cleaned for a while and said he didn't want to do them because they were really dirty and had paint and he wouldn't be able to get it clean. I told him I wanted him to do his best and clean them as best as he could. The young man he had doing the outside did a good job considering my windows hadn't been cleaned in years. However, the owner Kris did the inside and it took him all of 15 minutes to clean 16 windows. All he did was put water and a little solution in a bucket and used a squeegee on the window. He never tried to scrub or clean the window with anything else. When I told him I didn't think he put for the effort to clean the windows he became defensive and said he did his best. I think if this is his best he shouldn't be in the business of cleaning windows. He became so irate because I questioned him that he tried to hurry the young man outside cleaning the outside of the windows. He stood there the whole time the young man was doing the outside when he could have been on the inside actually cleaning my windows. Unfortunately this has been my experience with 90% of the people I've found on Angie's list. I have not been completely satisfied with any because they all seem to be lazy and not wanting to do the job right because it was a big deal and half the price. I say if you don't want to do the work right don't advertise any big deals.

I left a message over a holiday weekend and received a return call first thing Monday morning. They had an opening in the schedule and came the same afternoon. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. My carpets had just been cleaned and they had no problem with removing shoes to do the inside work. Finished in less than two hours and the windows look great!

After purchasing the deal, I left a message for the owner of the company. His wife emailed me back to let me know he was out of town and he contacted me as soon as he got back. . They showed up with all the needed supplies at the time they said they would. We also had some windows which had storm windows on them that we wanted cleaned. They took those off and cleaned them for us as well. I think that the cost was fair and they did a good job. It turned out really well.

I guess I would describe them as "amazing" as the work they did was perfect - windows shined like the ad on tv where the birds flew right into the windows they were so clean. - They were right on time - well mannered - friendly - hard working & fast but good!! I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to use them again!! I have to say Thanks Again to them - a job well done & so deserving of the highest mark!!

Outstanding service, If could give them an A+++++++ I would. Kris is all about customer service, very polite and a hard worker. Windows look great and even helped me change a light bulb in the stairway that I could not reach with a normal ladder. Very reasonable priced. I will definitely used him again and highly recommend him to anyone that needs windows cleaned.

The service was excellent and Kris was very professional. I would never even attempt to clean all the windows myself after my experience with Extreme Clean. I don't believe anyone compares with the service or price. I would highly recommend this company.

Windows were cleaned very efficiently and quickly. Provider was very willing to clean skylights, which we had not originally asked for. (we paid extra for these). The price was exceptionally fair. Windows were cleaner than any other provider has done in the past 18 years.

Kris was very considerate to call and let me know when another job or traffic took longer than expected. He did a great job communicating before, during, and after the appointment. He is a hard worker who did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. The windows were very dirty and he made them sparkle! The icing on the cake was that he did a storm door, large window above door, and a storm window at NO CHARGE because job less time than he expected!!! It is so refreshing and encouraging to work with providers who are honest like Kris and who treat customers as he would want to be treated!

They did a very good job. I was really pleased with what they did and the price they did it for. I purchased the Big Deal for about 16 windows; I asked them how much it would cost to do the rest of the windows, about 32 windows. They cleaned both inside and outside for me. They brought their own cleaning supplies and equipment too. This was done on a 2 story home.

Kris called the day he was to arrive to let me know he was on his way and soon there he was. He and his helper introduced themselves and asked to see the windows, informing me there would be a charge of $7.00 per window over and above the limit of 16 windows per the contract/agreed amount. As I replaced all the windows in the home with energy efficient units three years ago thus each window was easily removed for glass/screen cleaning as well as were the channels. There was only one piece of furniture that required moving and it was replaced exactly where it came from. All work inside my home was clean with no spills or messes. The same went for outside my home as there was no damage to flower gardens or shrubs. The cost for the three extra windows at $7.00 per window was reasonable but there were three windows that did NOT get cleaned which I didn't discover until after they were gone. As two of them were door windows (to garage and laundry room) and the one was a bathroom window, I was not upset at all. In retrospect I wished they would have used my plentiful garden hoses to wash the exterior side of each window and their screens, then removed the screens for quick wipe drying and then clean the class with their brushes and special formula cleaning liquid. As it is there are some cobwebs in corners of the screens that did not get cleaned as I hoped. However, in their defense I can see if a garden hose spray had been used there was likelihood of water getting INSIDE the home thus making a mess. Lastly, I think it would have been a "nice touch" had Kris taken me on a walk around to inspect each window after they were done. Had they done that maybe the "missed" windows would have been caught and a retouch on a couple of screens too could have had a little more work. Their work, however, was very good, done in a timely fashion, very reasonable priced and "yes" I would have them return as well as recommend them.

They were very professional, and they did a fantastic job. They started work immediately and finished in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.

Chris arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the work and will have him back to clean the windows again!

They did a good job on the windows, but I felt like I was deceived because they wrote the number of windows that they cleaned for that price, but they were counting each pane. If one window has two panes, top and bottom; that was two windows. That's how they counted things. I ended up having to pay them a lot of extra money to get my windows cleaned because they considered each section as a window. I will never use them again for that reason. It was very deceiving. Whatever they advertised per window on the website was for one section of the window. If it's top and bottom, we are charged that particular price for each one. I had four full windows. They counted it as eight. By the time I got my windows done, it cost me a lot more than I thought it was going be. I paid the money upfront. I had to pay twice as much. I felt like they were scamming me. With regard to quality, they are good. With regard to responsiveness, they were fine. With regard to punctuality, we did good there. They weren't professional when they tried to deceive me.

Everything went well and as promised. Came cleaned windows, went trough whole house to make sure we did not miss anything. Re-cleaned one more and was on his way to another job. Everything went as promised. I will use them again.
