This is the second time I have used Kris. He always confirms the appointment and arrives on time. He is very fair with his pricing. We have a few unusual sized windows and he gives us a good price on them. He encountered water spotting on a window and on shower door. Worked hard to remove it. For the number of windows I am always surprised at how fast he is able to get them clean.

As part of the Angie's List special, Kris and his worker installed Christmas Lights along our roof lines. They additionally installed lights in all our bushes in front of the house for a reasonable additional cost. Total cost was half of what we paid someone else last year! He called and set up a time convenient for us and called prior to arrival to confirm and let us know he was on the way. They did a super job! We have already scheduled a date for 2015 with Kris. Highly recommend.

I purchased the "whole home window cleaning" deal for $249. Kris and his team were professional and polite. They cleaned all the windows - inside and out. Yes, inside AND out. Why oh why did I wait so long to get my windows cleaned? They look absolutely fantastic. I swear my whole house is brighter. I will call them again in the future.

I purchased the deal and there was a scheduling miscommunication. While we were working on a date my normal window cleaner became available so I am just going with them instead.

I appreciate that Kris pointed out previous damage to the windows; made by poor application of razor blade to remove the sticker at the time of building and pointed out manufacturing defects. He was prompt and performed the cleaning quickly and thoroughly.

Purchased deal to have windows cleaned. After the purchase, we decided to have new windows installed just before the expiration date of the deal purchased. Without an option to extend the expiration, I will use the amount paid for future cleaning.

Kris offered an Angies list coupon, $149 for the first 200 feet of lighting. When he came to the house, he told me I had the wrong kind of lights and told me where to go and what to buy to really make the house look good. I bought the right lights and he put them up and it looked so good that I bought about four times the original 200 feet and he put them all up. He was pleasant, flexible and professional and the finished product was unbelievable! I recommended him to several of my neighbors and he gave them estimates while he was out. I also passed out his business cards at a Christmas party. His main business is cleaning windows so I had him also clean all of my exterior windows... more outstanding work.
