Kris and partner did a very good job on our windows at a very reasonable price. He tried to work with me on scheduling as recent rains and large backlog meant scheduling a few weeks out, and was very good with communications and pleasant to talk to during the work. Kris cleaned our foyer hanging light as well while up there, very much appreciated. I noticed that the back door (french door design) was not cleaned, but I am not sure if the price for work quoted included this extra door, so I'm not dinging him on it. Great job overall and will call them again next year.

I purchased the "Big Deal" in February 2015. When purchasing, I was asked to provide a date for cleaning plus two alternate days. I chose 6/1/2015, 6/8/2015, and 6/15/2015. I received no emails from them after the purchase confirming or rejecting those dates. Later, during the week of May 18, when I was on vacation, I was sent a notice from Angie's List saying that the company left a message. That message said that they were going to cancel my appointment because I didn't respond to an email made while I was on vacation. Not only did they cancel the appointment I had selected, but they didn't use any of the other dates either. It is now June 11th and I contacted Kris Radau to reschedule. When I told him about the schedule cancellation he defended his position stating that if they don't receive confirmation from an email then they cancel. Then he asked when I had requested the appointment. At the time I couldn't remember what dates I had chosen. But he said they were on vacation the first week of June. (as it turns out, that is when I requested the appointment). But, no one had ever contacted me to say they were on vacation and they couldn't do the work, only that I didn't respond to an email (which I never received) so they were cancelling. Then, he tried to justify his actions by saying that they book their appointments well in advance, for example he is currently booked out until July. I told him I had given them a 4-month notice, not a 6-week notice. He defended his actions even more strenuously. I told him he was providing poor customer service skills at which point he really showed his true colors and went on a bit of a rant. I told him that I was really calling to reschedule, but that now I was having second thoughts. He said he didn't want to do my windows. He said that he has good Angie's List scores, and that should prove his good customer service. When I told him I would be giving him a poor rating he said that was fine and that he would do the same with my review as he has all the other bad reviews and that is to post a response. Not sure how that proves good customer service. At least he did recommend that I contact Angie's List and said that AL would be happy to give me a refund. That is exactly what I will be doing. At least we finally agreed on something.

Kris arrived earlier than planned by about 30 minutes, but only after calling to get our approval first. They did a great job and the windows just sparkle! he asked if I wanted him to clean the two (very dirty) windows in the garage. they weren't included in the initial count I gave him, but he said he'd do it for no extra charge. Kris was extremely professional and focused on making sure we were happy with the work once he finished. customer service is his top priority and you can really tell. Would definitely hire him again!

He called an hour before he arrived and he arrived at the scheduled time. I will definitely use this service and this provider again.

Arrived when promised. I had purchased a Big Deal for $85 which included just under half of the windows in my two story home. Had them clean the front windows first and when I saw that they did an excellent job, I went ahead and paid another $137 for the rest. Completely satisfied!

Using a special cleaning product, wiped down and washed window panes, frames, sills, wiped down screens. Were very professional, quick, friendly and helpful.

Kris and his helper arrived on time and did a very good job on all of the windows. The Angie's List deal covered only 16 windows, but Kris gave me a very reasonable price to do the remaining windows in the house. I will use Extreme Clean Window Cleaning for my future needs.

The service was alright. They came out and got the job done. Because they had to work outside, there were a lot of weather stall so it took like a month for them to come out. We originally had it set-up for a week and then, it got delayed because of that. There were additional charges on top of the $85 Big Deal cost. I think I went another 65 bucks more. The reason there was that the Deal covered 16 windows and I had more windows. So, he charged me for like a certain amount per extra window. I was satisfied with how it turned out. I did not think they did a spectacular job, but they did alright. They were always quick to get back in-touch.

One think I loved is that they do have some Saturday appointments and work with you as much as possible to meet your work schedule. They worked as a team with one man working inside and another working outside and they were done within 1 hr. They did a great job and windows are now sparkling. I've resolved to have this done at least annually and will definitely call them again.

It went well. They cleaned windows inside and outside (35-40). When I asked him to clean the transoms on internal doorways also, he told me that "it wouldn't make a difference," which I did not understand, but he did them, and they looked clean when completed. He was very nice, and as noted above, he was very accommodating of our rescheduling needs.

Kristopher Radau emailed me twice to set up and confirm the date of the work. I bought a special deal for $96 dollars. This was to provide the service for 16 windows. Kristopher arrived on time and walked around the house to look at the scope of work. Since I had two additonal windows he charged what I consider to be a nominal amount. He had a helper and the two of them worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned the windows inside and out and washed the screens. I couldn't believe how quickly they worked. When they finished, he walked around every room to inspect his own work and to see if it met with my satisfaction. I was very impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. I plan to use his service again in the future.

The first time Extreme Clean worked on my house, I paid the same amount - $85 for, I believe, 18 windows. It covered the entire house. When Kris returned last week, I told him a sun porch was added, and I would pay extra for the additional windows. I was surprised the additional payment was $113 (greater than the cost of my entire house); however, it was my fault for not checking the price ahead of time. Kris still did a wonderful job on all windows. I will continue calling him back on a regular basis.

The guys did a great job on the installation, but I never heard back from them for the removal. I tried to contact them without success. Nice guys, but had to take the lights down myself thus the low score.
