Provider called about an hour ahead of arriving to advise he was on his way. He arrived on time and wasted no time determining exactly which windows were to be cleaned. He and his assistant worked efficiently and quickly to do the job. I will definitely call him when it's time to clean my upstairs windows.

Fantastic and very professional job. They did an amazing job on windows that were VERY in need of cleaning. Extremely efficient, timely, and professional. I wasn't home but my husband was. He was very happy with the job they did. They were on time, friendly and very efficient. They respected our time as we had to meet them to let them get it done. We would definitely use them again!

In a nutshell, this guy is unprofessional and made no attempt to resolve the situation, much less, complete the service. Honestly, this guy apparently doesn't listen, jumps to his own conclusions and then gets mad at the customer for it. He seems emotionally unstable and I would not want him around my home or family just to clean windows. Not worth it. The details: I purchased and got no call. So I called to find out and the guy was very defensive right off the cuff, he criticized Angie's List saying he had asked them to take "that" off, that I should call them and complain and stated that he sent me an email. When I moved on and started asking questions to review what he does and his process, again he became very defensive and started to accuse me of asking for things to be done for free! He gave me a date of service of 9/22 which was fine but I expressed that I may need sooner and was there any way I could be placed on a waitlist and IF I found someone else to do sooner, was it possible to get a refund? His responses were very unprofessional and hostile as if he took personal offense to me asking questions. Specifically, I asked to clarify if the window tract would be cleaned. Instead of confirming they only "wipe" it or only do the outside, he became irritated and defensive and started spouting off about what he doesn't do. I mentioned that I remembered seeing that "cleaning the track and sill" was included and he adamantly stated that was not the case. I went back and pulled up the deal and left him a message to ask if he could clarify. I also called Angie's list to confirm the deal and they confirmed that he said this was part of the deal. He called back leaving a rude message on my vm and ranted about the track and said that if I wanted him to open the windows.....etc, etc (none of which I said anything about) it was my responsibility. Furthermore, he proceeded to cancel my appt for me and told me to get a refund. Assuming there was some sort of misunderstanding, I texted back that I appreciated his explanation and him clarifying the service that he was providing, that I was fine with it but not sure I understood why he cancelled my appt. I was hoping he just had a bad day, but because he responded again accusing and blaming me is why I decided to a negative review. I thought Angie's list was a list to prevent just this sort of experience and am so disappointed.

Arrived on time. Very Couteous & friendly. Cleaned windows perfectly inside & out in about 45 minutes---they work fast! Have used this service twice & have an appointment to use again in November. Very very pleased.

The owner was very responsive, and punctual regarding returning calls and schedule. I have to admit that this is the first time I order a service to clean my windows in US. Therefore I did not know what to expect from level of cleaning, and what will be cleaned. The owner called a night before, and politely answered few questions. He notified me by phone 20 min prior to his arrival, and it was very convenient. He arrived with a helper, who worked outside, while he took care of the inside cleaning. Before the cleaning, the owner walked with me around the house, mentioning that my deal covers 20 window, and each further window will cost $7. He counted my windows, skipping a french door in the kitchen, and ended with 22 windows. I asked to skip one and agreed to pay $7 for the 21st one. The work inside took an hour or so, and the helper kept working outside for one more hour. I was surprised to find out that he cleaned ONLY the glass, and not anything else. Well, I have mentioned that I'm not a native. My remarks: 1.Inside he used a bucket filled with water, that were not so clear, and left marks on the floor in the kitchen, and under the windows. I wanted to save myself cleaning time and effort, and was not ready to clean after cleaning... 2. If marks were on the floor, visible, I was not happy with dose that might dissolved in the carpet, in other parts of the house... 3. To my surprise, he did not use any bootees/took his shoes of, when he climbed the carpeted stairs to the second floor. At the end, he asked me what do I think. I shared with him the above concerns, for future customers. He answered defensibly, that he has been doing it for 8 years, mentioned the occupations of the customers, and noted that "they did not mind". Well, I minded, and I am doubtful if home owners do not mind dark marks on window's frames, and on the floor. His helper was very nice and worked very hard outside in the heat, and kindly showed me a big wasps nest that he sprayed and took care of. He was very kind and waved of the $7 extra, for the 21st window. Bottom line - I was not very happy with the experience, and since I installed solar screens the following day, a fact that I have shared and him, I would not use his services again.

Who knew our windows could look so clean?! They did an awesome job and we have a ton of large windows throughout our house. Very courteous and was helpful pointing out a couple windows that we should have resealed or replaced (not by him or sales ploy, just advising).

We moved into this home about two years ago and we never got to clean our windows and there was a lot of construction going around. It was about time we needed this. Kris and his crew did a great job in cleaning the windows at our home. They took the time to wash and clean the window screens and solar screens too. Our windows look awesome and I am so happy with their service. I would definitely recommend him and I would use him in future as well.

I provided the lights, clips and extension cords and two men provided the service and the know-how. They planned the best layout for the outlet location so it would look great and not overload the circuits.

Scheduled for 2 p.m. arrival but called and said could come at noon if we were OK with that. We were so the Kris and his helper arrived just before noon. Kris did the inside window cleaning and his helper did the outside. All of our windows have inside shutters and outdoor screens. Kris and his helper worked with us so that we could move our dogs to areas as needed to avoid contact with them. They did a good job of moving and replacing anything that was an obstacle to getting access to the windows. They finished in about 2 hours around 2 p.m. We were pleased with the work that was done. Kris told us that he discovered that two of our double-paned sealed windows had lost the seal. We will get those repaired. I never spoke with the helper but Kris was very personable and we chatted at times when I was near where he was working.

First of all I used a "Angie's big deal" coupon so I can only remember the price was great. Nice guys, punctual. The owner does the work. They are busy because they do a great job so be sure to call a bit before you need the job done. I called one week prior and was unable to get in due to my tardiness and their success! They worked hard, efficiently and the windows looked good. They even marked the ones with broken seals and explained the scoop on which ones needed to be replaced and which I could wait on. (Note-they neither sell windows nor do they recommend any brands or installers.) They also were kind enough to change a high bulb for me since I didn't have a ladder tall enough.

They didn't respond to us when we bought the deal. They missed some windows. They did a good job on the gutters and the windows that they did use.

Went very well. Kris came when he said he'd be here, called an hour before and went straight to work when he got here. I was surprised how good our windows looked. We will call Kris next time for sure!

Did a great job. Windows sparkled. We had an Angie's deal and had more windows than the deal provided. We paid to have the extra windows done and they discounted that as well. Will use them again.

I used the big deal from Angie's List for Extreme Clean Window Cleaning but that was almost a year ago though. Overall I would grade them an 'A' definitely. That was good.
