Extreme Clean Window Cleaning

We scheduled the cleaning. It was set for noon but they called to see if they could come a little earlier to beat the heat which I was fine with. While cleaning the windows they informed me of a few issues with some of my windows that I hadn't known about. They were very professional and efficient. My windows looked great.

It was okay. The big deal covered what they did. The pricing was okay. I don't know if it was my fault for not understanding, but in terms of window cleaning we had a lot, but he didn't take out the screens. He gave me an excuse that he couldn't because in these newer homes he was afraid to mess up the screens. So, actually, the windows, to me it's kind of half clean. I don't know if it's true or not, but he was protecting his liability. All of the windows that had the screen on the bottom, he did not take out. So it was not clean enough on the outside.

Great - called to let me know he was coming, ahead of schedule which was great. Kris and his son were efficient, quick and did an excellent job. Definitely will use again and highly recommend. Thanks Kris

Fair warning to all potential customers: Last year I purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" for a $249 Whole Home Window Cleaning. The provider scheduled a time, commented that he was very busy and then canceled at the last minute citing that his mother-in-law had a stroke. My son's graduation party was scheduled for a few days later so I had to use another provider to clean my windows. Fast forward 12 months and I am planning graduation activities for another son. I remembered that I had the Big Deal so I thought I would schedule a cleaning. I called and could barely get the situation out of my mouth before the provider started yelling at me for trying to use a coupon that was a year old. I reminded him that he was the one who had scheduled on me and that per the fine print on the coupon the paid value never expires. He was absolutely belligerent. I could not believe what I was hearing, I'm still shaking writing this review. I've contacted Angie's List to request a refund. Quite frankly, I could never do business with someone so clearly unprofessional with an anger management issue that needs some serious help. The absolute worst experience with a service provider ever.

This guy was awesome! First, the work, windows look great. Did a super job. Great price (It was an angieslist special). Second, super nice guy. Great to talk to. I would highly recommend him for this. I intend to use him again.

Very well, this is the window cleaning service you want to use. On time, fast, efficient, friendly. He has cleaned our windows twice now, plan on using Extremem Clean every spring and fall.

Overall, it went very well. One individual cleaned the interior of the windows while another handled the exterior. The owner also pointed out the windows that should be replaced due to water between the panes.

I was contacted promptly and professionally and a time was setup for the services. I was worked with on price even though I did not meet the full criteria for the window washing deal. (this was my error) A very few windows has some streaks but overall I will go with again. Friendly and very prompt. For the powerwashing, the house and the retaining walls look great. Was notified of spots where the washing was "less aggressive" due to lose stones. This was appreciated as I would rather have semi clean stone than no stone at all. This is a service that I would not have thought to do until I noticed my neighbor doing it last week. I would have to say that it brightens up the entire look of the house. I've already recommended them to my neighbors as I feel confident that they will do a great job and for a good price.

Kris and Justin did an awesome job! We just put in a pool and pergola, and , as a result, our windows and property took a beating.The power washing was $250 and the windows were $300. They were efficient, knew what to do and did it! They were here once before to wash windows, and I was pleased then! Without hesitation, I would trust Extreme Clean to do my windows and do my power washing again in the future! They also will power wash the house and any hardscape, if needed. I also found out they custom design and install Christmas lights, so I asked for a bid for next year. Thank you, Extreme Clean!!

I set up an appointment to have my windows cleaned but he had to cancel because of rain. I was traveling so I had h*meet an appointment with my daughter but she overslept. When we tried to reschedule he was rude and my daughter refuses to deal with him. He told me to just contact Annie's List for a refund. Update: Angie's List says it has been too long for a refund. The vendor lied about my daughter missing two appointments - she overslept one appointment and the vendor is not willing to reschedule. Despite the vendor's assertion that they have not spoken to my daughter, they certainly did and they are so rude she refuses to deal with them again. $85 for nothing but aggravation. You may be luckier, but I do not recommend this vendor.

It was fantastic! They were quick, prompt, effective, and very knowledgeable on how to thoroughly clean the windows. Do not use Windex! The windows had not been cleaned for over a year and afterwards, they were extremely clear and beautiful! They have also stayed that way for months! I will definitely hire this company again!

I asked about a couple of extra windows I had beyond what was in the Angie's List Big Deal and he told me how much those were and I agreed on the price. They were very efficient and quick, but had an excellent quality of work. I forgot how great my windows look when they are clean. And these were really really clean. No streaks, no smudges, no glares. They looked amazing. I will definitely be calling them back next year to do it again.

These guys were great. Very reasonable for a 4000 sq. ft. house. Were done in 2 hours. Will definitely use again next year.
