Technician Rick provided prompt, professional service and solved problem of clogged drain from air conditioner. However, we have a maintenance agreement with this company and were supposed to get 10% off. Rick said he gave us 5% off. No discount appeared on the bill. We contacted the office, and Tom said they never discount the diagnostic fee of $89. He said the normal labor charge is $57, and we paid $52, which is the discounted fee, and that the discount does not appear as a separarte item. We wrongly thought we would get 10% off the total call. Also, $52 is not 10% off $57. The correct discount from $57 would be $51.30. We were disappointed in the price and the discount, although we did receive good service. We previously paid another company $85 for unclogging the same drain, so we know Drabek and Hill's price, even with a discount, was high, although the service was good. .

They were prompt and on time, steady working, (we first had an estimate from a very knowledgeable and business like person) and the service was fine. I was impressed that they tried every way to save us money by suggestions and opinions. We have used Drabek before and having always had very good service and they go the extra mile even coming by on their way home to make a last minute call if you have a problem. The summers are really hot in Oklahoma and a lot can happen. Drabek & HIll are the people to use if you want honest hard working service people. I like it that they have been in this city for a long time. This family only uses companys that make their home in this city and and have a very good reputation.

They are good. They come out once a year as I have an annual service contract with them. I always use them and will continue to use them in the future.

They were able to fix our old unit, so I feel that was very good. They did a good job repairing it so we didn't have to purchase a new one.

The installation went great and the overall experience was good the only problem was the tec that lied about checking the connections.

My experience with Drabek and Hill was positive from the beginning. They were the third company from which we requested an estimate. Their prices were roughly comparable with the other two companies. However, Drabek and Hill was able to offer a much more specific quote that itemized exactly what equipment they would be installing, where they would install it, and how they would do it. They also presented us with two different plans for comparison, with options for different types of equipment. In the case of the other companies we requested quotes from, one was very vague about the type of equipment they would install, providing only the name of the manufacturer, and, in the case of another, they only wrote a price on the back of an envelope and when I asked for a detailed official quote, never called back. This was a fairly big job, and I did not want to work with a company that could not provide details about what they were going to do. My experience with Drabek and Hill was quite different. Claude Drabek, the owner, came over to my house to inspect the house and prepare the quote. He came back over a couple of days later with a detailed proposal. When they started work a few weeks later, he came over to make sure the job was going well. The final cost was exactly what he said it would be, and the upstairs and downstairs systems work exactly as expected -- that is to say, very well. The technicians who installed the systems were very professional and courteous. They answered questions while they were working and politely informed me of what they were doing. They tested the upstairs and downstairs systems when they were installed at the end of summer. A few weeks later, when it was starting to get cooler, a technician came over to make sure the heating was working properly, and (although it seemed fine to me) he re-calibrated the upstairs heating system. The technician also answered additional questions I had about the upstairs air-circulation system and the touchscreen thermostat. Both the upstairs and downstairs heating systems have been working very well. The central A/C, both upstairs and downstairs, worked great at the end of the summer.

They are always really knowledgeable about what they are doing. They answer my questions. They give me options to choose. They are reputable company. They have been here for years. I never had any problems with them. Their price is pretty good. They are always on time. I would definitely use them in the future.

Came out in a timely fashion. Fixed the problem and did not charge very much. When they easily could have made up some expensive fix

I called them on Sat and they came right out. I had bought a new sink and facet, the sink was to deep for the plumbing. He could not repair it right then because of prior commitments however, would return on Tue. He also gave me information on a new garbage disposal from low end to high end and explained the difference in detail. He returned almost an hour early on Tue and completely redone the plumbing under the kitchen sink (I even have more usable space). It only took him a couple hours. I had been quoted by other companies that it would take at least 5 hours.

Not happy with this company.

I was happy that it was not more expensive then it turned out to be. Every upset the home inspector though for missing mis-placed pipe.

They were right on time (and gave me ample warning to meet them). The technican was professional and friendly and explained what he was doing (and why). Overall a great experience and I would use them again.

They were great. I had no problem with them and I am still using the air conditioner. I don't have a yearly service contract with them. They changed the fuse and I paid them for that as it was outside the warranty. I was referred to them by a person in charge and they did a good job. Their responsiveness was good because they came out when it freezing cold at night.

I started working with Lester Hill prior to purchasing the house. He met with my realtor to evaluate the heating system and then give me an estimate for replacing it. I was out of state, so he had to make extra effort to explain the problems of the old system and his recommendations for replacement. We discussed the options to find a way to keep this project within my means and yet get the quality heating system I wanted. He was very responsive, always returned calls and emails, updated price quotes as needed. I was eager to get the heating system installed as soon as the purchase closed. Some problems with the closing required D & H to reschedule. They were great about it and came the next work day. The installers were polite, punctual, and cleaned up after the project. The job was done well.

I am very pleased with the level of service I have received over the years, and plan to continue with the regular maintenance contract.

When we built our home they did all the heating and air so based on the quality of workmanship they did then, that had a lot of bearing on me choosing them to do this second job. They were a long shot away from being the cheapest. There were some issues that I had as far as professionalism. I'm in my 50's now and I just don't know anybody that is professional any more. It wasn't perfect.

Great. They need to come back for condensation drain but I haven't been available for them to do that. Would highly recommend this company.

They were higher than the people we ended up going with. They have a good reputation. They do a lot of advertising and a lot of television commercials. They claim that they are one among the largest family business in the area. I don?t have any complaints about them. The gentleman that came out was very thorough and knowledgeable. He wasn?t an installer in the store but he was just a person who did the estimates. He was very good at what he did. Our old heating and air system wasn?t reliable and we had to even change the Freon. They possibly had to reroute duct work that went with our previous humidifier system. They say that they are not the lowest but they bank on their reputation, their thoroughness, quality of their installers which I appreciated. However, I found a much better deal with the same level of competence from another company. They were very timely. I didn?t have any complaints about their professionalism. I learnt a lot about the terminology of some of the units and I can now talk more confidently. I appreciated that part since the estimator was very patient with me. I didn?t have any problems with his punctuality and he was there when he said he would be there. I probably might not consider using their services again just because of the price issue and knowing that they have a quite a bit more overhead with the advertising that they do. If I wanted to compare them with somebody, then that?s the good place to start. As far as having Drabek & Hill Air Conditioning & Heating do any work, it would probably have to be something on an emergency basis.

I had them come out when I had some problems with my furnace. They said they could not repair is and it was a hazard because of the possibility of a carbon monoxide leak. They shut the furnace down. So they basically put me in a position of either replacing the furnace or just be cold. To be frank, they kind of had me over barreled. They were very anxious to do the work.

Excellent service. The technician called prior to arrival to ensure we were home and fully met our expectations! D&H may be a little higher than others in the area, but they are worth it!
