Description of Work: When at my house for routine maintenance, I was told by a large heat and air company that I needed to replace my entire system! I found Drabek and Hill on Angie's List and called them for a second opinion. They were here and, after a thorough inspection, determined that I had been lied to...my AC unit was running well. Money well spent!

Description of Work: They came out to service my a/c, to install a contactor. They initially installed the wrong one, when that didn't work, they put in the correct one. They offered to hose off the unit for an additional $95.00. I declined and did that myself. When I turned the unit back on after my own cleaning, it was still not cycling correctly and they had to be called back. A simple fix that took two visits to get done correctly. They will never touch anything of mine again.

Description of Work: Replaced 40yo furnace and 22yo air conditioner. Work was scheduled 2 days after we called, and the highly professional teams they sent completed all work (removal, replace some ductwork, installation of furnace and AC) in less than 6.5 hours. Very happy and satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: They installed a new A/C unit and modified my existing attic unit to help serve my needs better. The new unit is working like a champ, and they added new in-takes in my master bedroom and hallway. They also added a control in the attic that allowed me to control how much air is going through the house. This was all drawn up by my Comfort Specialist, Roger, who is a former technician and installer himself. Roger did not upsell me on a large comprehensive unit. He actually recommended us buying a less expensive unit that would work with our current furnace which is still in great condition and less than 9 years old.

Description of Work: Technician came to our home to do a checkup on our furnace. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in filling out paperwork for a rebate through Oklahoma Natural Gas. I have been a customer of this business for over three years and I am satisfied with their service. We did have a problem with one of their technicians, but once we brought it to their attention the company immediately sent out another technician who fixed the issue. I love their planned service agreement which helps us maintain our air conditioner and furnace in a timely and affordable manner.

Description of Work: Air conditioning system failed on the evening of 8/19/2011 after 7:00 pm. I contacted Drabeck & Hill using their emergency number, and arranged for a serviceman as soon as possible. Unfortunately, they could not get to me Friday evening because of the demand for their services resulting from 100+ degree temperatures. However, a serviceman showed up early Saturday morning and proceeded to assess my problem. His analysis resulted in a determination that the system fan failed. Since it was Saturday, the serviceman was unable to locate a replacement, which put us on hold until Monday morning. However, I believe that Drabeck & Hill did everything they could to deal with my problem on an emergency basis, and even though I must wait until Monday for a solution, I would give the company high marks for responding to my problem, and attempting to resolve it on an after hours basis. There are very few service organizations today that display that kind of interest in serving their customers. I have been a satisfied customer of Drabeck & HIll for over 10 years, and use them exclusively for any issues with my HVAC system. I purchased the system from them in 2002. I also had them replace my hot water tank a few years ago. They are professional and dependable.

Their techs are VERY knowledgeable, took the time to explain what our issues were, and above all else...FIXED our issue! They went the extra mile for us when it came time for options and pricing.
