Fastest service I've ever seen! Our air conditioner stopped cooling today on a hot day, so we called and asked if they could send someone out. At first, they didn't think they had a technician available until the next morning, but then they found one nearby who was between visits. The technician (Eric) was at our house within 30 minutes of our call. He did a quick examination of the A/C unit and found that the condenser needed to be replaced. He replaced the condenser, and our A/C was working again. Altogether, from call to completion of repair took about 1 hour. Incredible service and much appreciated.

He took the old one out and installed the new one and was done and gone. A little problem came up with it about 6 months later. He came out and fixed it and went away. The service was excellent. He was polite and responded to my phone calls. They are here when they say they will be. They were extremely professional. I would most definitely use them again.

The outside unit is only seven years old and Keith recommended not replacing it, as it should have at least three years of life left. He put in a coil that is compatible with the newest freon (R410 I think??), but converted it back to the old freon (R22??) so that it would work with the outside unit without replacing it. He said It cost about $250 more to convert it to the old freon type and reconvert it back when the outside unit is replaced. But it's well worth it to get three or more years out of the outside unit. Keith has done work for me severaly times in the past, and, as with this time, I have always thought he was very honest about what was needed, and was very courteous and professional. The primary reason I gave him a B on price is that I did not check prices with anyone else. I believe it's probably possible to find a little cheaper price, but it's also possible to get gouged by someone else who isn't as honest. When you throw in the honesty factor, and a fair price, and the other positives I mentioned, this is an outstanding company to do business with.

My elderly mother-in law's furnace was on the blink and I called a few contractors from the list, but all were busy due to a cold snap. I decided to play yellow page roulette and called Dailey Heat and Air. They came out the same afternoon and repaired the furnace. Keith was very patient with my Mother in law and completed the repair quickly. Good guy, fair price.

Dailey Heating & Air Conditioning always make it out to my home right away. If he is running late or needs to change the time, he always calls. He does a very good job and is very professional.
