Replaced bad capacitor and checked coolant levels, etc. Also, cleaned unit which should help it work better.

I wanted to see how the air flow was in our A/C unit. This was my second (great!) experience with Dailey. They fixed a small problem in our furnace last winter. The man who came out was very thorough, esp. in explaining things. Turns out it was nothing. He did charge me a service call, which was expected.

Keith and Chris did an outstanding job under difficult (hot) conditions. The new system is far superior to the previous system and the quality of workmanship was excellent!

We have used Dailey Heat & Air for years. Keith and his crew are very professional and courteous. I have never had to have them come back for something I had paid for earlier.

Checked my heating and a/c twice a year and change my filters. They are amazing and I would recommend them!

Although they did not have the part needed with them, the techs told me they would see if they could get the part that day and checked if I would be available for them to return later. They called to let me know that they were able to obtain the part and rescheduled to fix the furnace that afternoon. I was not charged for the time spent looking for the part, which I appreciated.

Everything went well. We've been with them for a while.

Keith called me about 15 minutes before appointment time and let me know he was on his way over. Keith and his partner who I can't remember her name, introduced themselves and asked me basic information about how the a/c has been working. We went out to the condenser unit on the side of the house and Keith went to work checking all the components. He checked the pressures and temperatures at this time also. I let him know that I had to add R-22 a couple years ago and the symptoms were the same as they were then. I let him know that I needed a leak check but with the age of the system I really needed to talk more about unit replacement. After filling my R-22 and finishing up the inspection, Keith proceeded to the attic to inspect the main unit and have a better idea of how the system is set up. He was able to give me a ball park figure for replacement which is really what I wanted. Based on the information he provided me I have a much better understanding of how my system is functioning now and a couple of options for the future based on what I choose to do. Both employees were great. I have had similar service in the past but felt I was taken advantage of by charging me $100 per lb of R-22, 2 years ago. I paid less than that today and I let them know that is why I chose to have them come out. I trusted the reviews on Angie's list. I won't use the former company again due to their price gouging. Responsiveness was a little slow but that is understandable considering the first real heat was just happening and they had several unit installs scheduled the week I called. I could have found someone else to come out quicker but I felt it was worth the wait to have quality help that I could trust.

Two service technicians showed up on time and called before they arrived. Both were friendly and got right to work assessing the problem with the furnace. They were able to determine that a fan had quit and, beyond that, it appeared that a significant amount of rust had formed and might have been responsible for the fan problem. They called the next day with quotes for repairs of both the fan and/or the rusted airbox. The promptness, communication and straightforwardness of the service personnel were exceptional.

The burners in my furnace would not ignite . I called Dailey and within three hours ,Keith and Neil arrive to troubleshoot and repair it. They cleaned the flame sensor and tightened a connection in the motor plug. Keith also told me the control board was sending a weak signal to the flame sensor and would probable need to be replaced in the future . They cycled the furnace several times to test it. They were very professional and did a great job.

They called to set up a time and they were able to come out the next day. They arrived on time to the appointment. There were no additional fees beyond the prepaid cost. They were able to complete the job in about forty-five minutes. Everything went well.

It was excellent. They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They were efficient and cleaned up and did everything they were supposed to. They were also honest with me and I really appreciated that. They got the job done in about 40 minutes.

While out of town we had a new roof put on. We came home to an 87 degree house. We called Dailey Heat and Air at 7:30 and the lady that answered was very nice and said I would be hearing from a technician in a few minutes. In less than ten minutes I was called by Keith Dailey and told they could be out between 11 and 2. He called me back later to let me know he could be there a little after ten. He arrived on time and explained everything to us that we had no freon and that we would have to leak test it and what the charges would be. He also told us he suspected that the roofers had punctured our line.As soon as he found the leak he came in and asked me to bring my camera and to contact our roofers because they had punctured the line with their nail gun and that they should reimburse me. He had to work several hours but had us back up and running with Air before 1pm. He was very nice and even helped move a basketball goal that the roofers had left in a place that made it difficult to walk on the side of our house. AC repair is never cheap but Mr. Dailey was very compassionate and explained our options on everything and did not push any repairs on us that we did not want to do. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to our friends and family.

This was the best experience we have ever had with a service call. We were very hesitant to use a A/C service before be accuse we have had bad experiences in the past. We will now only use Dailey heat and air conditioning services . A great company:)

Called when they said they would and were at the house in a very timely manner. Very friendly and informative as to the issue with the A/C. Will defiinately call when have A/C issues again.

Arrived on time. Checked the filters, the fuses, the AC. Washed out the AC unit. Verified Freon level was correct. Used an Angie's List coupon without any problems. Everything went well.

I chose Dailey Heat & Air based on very good reviews on Angie's List. They offered a coupon for a $75.00 air conditioner tune-up that had to be purchased online via Angie's List. Dailey would then contact me in a couple of days to schedule the appointment. I did not want to wait to schedule, so I called Dailey prior to purchasing the tune-up and a very pleasant lady got me scheduled to be seen the same week. The appointment was set for between 3pm-5pm. Kent, the technician, called at 3:45 to announce he was on his way and arrived about 10 minutes later. He was very professional, pleasant, and happy to answer my questions. Fortunately, my unit was in pretty good shape. Kent did make me aware of a potential problem. He was frank about it, explaining prices to repair that day versus prices for a return visit. He in no way pressured me with any scare tactics which I appreciated. I will use them again in the future.

My air conditioner was up and running but it didn't have cold air. I tried calling most places but nobody would come the same day, I called them and they showed up 30 minutes later. They are a new contractor and he cleaned out all the things and everything for the outdoor unit. He was there probably 30 minutes and it's up and running again. He explained everything that he was doing and I watched him test the components. He even gave me an option to keep the old pieces if I wanted them but he didn't try to pull them out of me. The rates that they charged me wasn't really much the cost of the parts.

They actually came out on a Sunday and they were here within 2 hours of the time they said they would be here. They also came out in nasty weather. They offered me the choice of waiting a day so I wouldn't be charged an overtime service call or have them still come out on Sunday. I opted for the Sunday. I also liked the fact that they checked everything out and then they told me exactly what was wrong and gave me recommendations. He was able to give me a quote on replacing the furnace and also helping me to save some extra money in labor. They are prompt, very friendly and very professional. They get the business done and then they are gone.

I looked at Angie's list because I was looking for a new H/A Service Company. I had been disappointed over the past few years with a company I had used for many years. This company was running a special on Angie's list at the time, had good comments so I decided to try them. I was very pleased with my service. They were fast to respond to my service call even though it was late to be scheduling the service and I'm sure still had plenty of other customers they were taking care of already.The service man that came out was very polite, and VERY important to me, did not treat me as though just because I was a lady, that I probably didn't know anything. He was very knowledgeable about my heating system and answered every question I asked him thoroughly and in a manner I definitely understood. He preformed the normal fall service, and informed me that everything appeared to be in good shape. I was extremely pleased with his assessment of my unit. I must say I was relieved with his answers because I had been told the last 2 years that the unit was getting old and I should be thinking about replacing it, because it could easily become dangerous. I hate tactics such as those, and when they come, I always feel like the co. is using scare tactics to get me to replace the unit before I actually need to just because I'm a women. Well, I hate that attitude and they will automatically lose my business EVERY time. Also I liked the fact that when I do need a new unit that I am not limited to the one brand they cater to, which I'm sure is the one that gives them the best wholesale price. I really like having choices about what I purchase. Over all I was very pleased with the service. So much so that I purchased a 1 year maintenance agreement with this company, and I don't feel I will be disappointed. But as always, time and service will prove or disprove my decision to enter into this contract. One appointment is all I have to go on at this point. with
