Dailey Heating & Air Conditioning

Dailey was able to respond within an hour or so to my call about a the central heating unit not working on a very cold morning. Eric S. was professional and friendly. He quickly determined why the unit wasn't working, and explained what had probably happened to the motor, the cost and the plan for replacing it that same day. After agreeing to the work, he then ordered the part and worked another job while the part was being delivered for his pick-up. He returned within well less than two-hours, and quickly replaced the motor. He finished by testing for good performance and safety of the unit Overall, I was impressed how quickly and efficiently Eric and Dailey H & A responded to our problem. His friendly manner and answers to my questions were appreciated. The person taking my initial call was also positive and helpful. The cost of the unit, and fact that he had to replace a whole assembled unit of components just to replace a defective motor was not a plus, but that seemed more the manufacturer's intent since all the components were in a single unit with the motor. I am sure everyone on the chain producing and selling these replacement parts make more money on what appears to be unnecessary replacement of connecting parts to the engine, but that is determined far from Dailey.

After another company couldn't find the leak, we called Dailey. Eric came out and very methodically went to work locating the leak. After about 15 minutes he found the source of the leak, repaired it and added the necessary freon. He obviously knew what he was doing, and he took the time to show us where the leak was and how he would fix it. Very professional and friendly.

The service was fantastic, I would certainly use Dailey's again for items related to the HVAC in my house. Not only was he timely but he was courteous and professional. I really enjoyed the experience. The only thing that was of a very very minor issue was the cost for the solution to my drain issue but honestly that is doable in terms of having to replace wood and sheetrock if left alone. All in all a great experience and will call again for any items in the future. Thank you for fixing the unit.

They checked my unit and found the coils were blocked with dirt and air was not circulating well. He cleared this and made the unit perform much better.

The service was great. They did a good job. It was just a routine service call. They came out to do the job shortly after the big deal was purchased within three or four days. They were very professional and very courteous. I had no complaints about them. A service call is for $75 so the price was average. It was a competitive price. They called me on the day that I purchased the big deal from Angie's list and they showed up on time. I am actually going to use them when I need my air conditioner inspected before the summer comes.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very good. The guy came out, he did what he was supposed to do, and there wasn't a lot to it. He went out and checked the furnace, and cleaned it, and checked the air conditioning unit as well. There wasn't any additional cost, and it was good. The service was standard for that kind of a thing. I just gave him the coupon that I had purchased, and that was it. They did exactly what they said they would do, they got there on time, and did the work quickly. The price was good. The guy was very professional, very well mannered and all.

Eric Schmidt called to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the earliest time of the window I was given. I have never had that happen, so I'm happy even at his arrival. He listened to my story of the a/c issue, then investigated himself. He agreed with my first opinion, but was more realistic in his appraisal of repair options. He gave me a truer timeline of life expectancy with the coil replacement while still confirming my options for system replacement when it becomes necessary. My first inspection by a competitor had led to believe a complete conversion would be necessary within a much shorter time frame. I trusted Eric to do the coil replacement which he did as soon as the part arrived. He went straight to work taking only a couple of hours, returned me to a/c service, cleaned up the work area and was courteous and professional in all of our conversations. I now have my go-to heat and air company that I trust. I will be a customer of Dailey's from now on. I would add that Dailey's cost was ~$1500 less than my first estimate since they weren't trying to sell me work that wasn't necessary.

OMGOODNESS!!! Keith and his trainee were fabulous! Friendly and professional...Keith explained what they were doing and what was found in terms of problems. Filter were replaced-I was really grateful they did that as I had no idea where the filters were located. Keith also explained that because of the age of the furnace, it would "nickel and dime" us in terms of maintenance. He gave us a ball park figure as to what we could expect to replace it. We will be purchasing a maintenance agreement for the heating and air- "an ounce of prevention" is always a good thing. Their office scheduler was a peach! (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) She knew we had elderly folks in the house and were without heat and while I would've waited for next day service, she called Keith while I waited on the line to see if we could be fit into the schedule. I expected to get next day however not only did we get same day, Keith was able to fit us in less than 2 hours after I made the call. Pricing was less than I expected and easy on the pocketbook. CALL THESE FOLKS YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!

They had availability the following day after I purchased the deal. They did exactly what they said they would do. The technicians were very respectful of my home. I was impressed that they showed up right on time and finished the job quickly.

This is a small company that truly knows their "stuff" ! They are extremely knowledgeable and honest with any situation. I had a clogged drain that had managed to shut off the safety valve of the a/c unit. They found the clog, fixed the corrosive wires, and even drained the pan that had caused the a/c to shut itself off. (which they definitely did not have to do!). The second time I had a problem they immediately set me up with an appointment and were more than on time for the time frame they gave me. They are truly reliable and have a great attitude with every situation they are put it in! Thanks for excelling in customer satisfaction and getting the job done right!

My air conditioner quit working and I called Dailey Heat and Air after hours. They returned the call promptly and scheduled to be at my house between 3-5 pm the next day. They called at 9:30 the next morning and said the could be there in 15-20 mins. Had my A/C fixed by 10:30 a.m. I will definitely use them again.

The showed up on time and I was happy to get on the schedule same day. They arrived and assessed. I purchased one of the coupons for service which included a "tune up/cleaning" of the unit as well as their diagnosis. After the motor was replaced I thought we were going to have our unit cleaned and maintained but the gentleman said it wasn't that bad. I guess it's a minor complaint, was just expecting it to be done anyway. Thankful we got our air working same day!

Arrrived within 15 minutes of scheduled time atter calling ahead. He did a quick inspection in my attic. The outside unit was inspected and found to be a little low on freon which was then topped off. He was pleasant and professional. Overall service took approx 30 minutes.

I purchased a $75 coupon from Angie's List for cooling system inspection and printed the receipt as directed. The repairman was punctual and professional. Our air conditioning unit was inspected and filters changed. We plan to contact Dailey's for future work. There was no additional charge.

They arrived on time and with everything to do the job. I spoke with the guys before starting and they worked quickly. It took about 4-5 hours to complete the work. They did a great job.

I am very happy with Dailey Heating and Air Conditioning. My A/C unit went out Thursday night. I checked Angie?s List and started calling companies Friday morning to see who would be able to come out and fix my unit. Well after calling about 6 companies I had no luck getting someone to come out today. I came across Dailey and gave them a call. The receptionist was very nice on the phone so that was a good start. She told me she knew for a fact that she was booked for the entire day but she did know that one of her technicians lived out in my area. She asked if she could put me on hold so she could call him. She went out of her way to call a technician to see if he would be able to swing by my house after he was finished working for the day. Well she told me yes he would come out after he was done. The technician came out to my house as promised. I told him it was probably a capacitor that was bad and sure enough that?s what it was. He had it changed in no time. He checked my Freon level and told me I was good to go. The receptionist and the technician were both outstanding and I was very happy with the service. I will use Dailey in the future and will recommend them to my friends as well. I feel they are an honest company and that is the most important thing to me.

I called four different providers and was unable to get a same day service call until I called Dailey. The service provider arrived within the hour and set to work immediately. He explained everything he was doing and gave the me prices for each faulty item he found. He also showed me each component he removed and explained why it was no good. After he installed the new parts and verified operation of the unit he also used a hose to clean all built up dirt off the fins of the unit. The entire process took less than an hour from start to finish. I definitely recommend this company.

They were quick to schedule an appt and arrived on time. Diagnosed a large leak in outdoor coil. Provided (at our request) a 3 tiered repair/replace. We had the old (and increasingly expensive) R-22 freon so they priced just the replaced coil vs replaced coil and condenser with the R-22 vs. a complete new American Standard R-410A unit/coil. It only took them a day to get the equipment and to schedule replacement. Eric was thoroughly professional and pleasant, knowledeable and willing to discuss all options with me (an AC novice). Not the cheapest but I have nothing but praise for the company and the work team. They saw some flaws with the original installation and made the fixes to imnprove energy efficiency. Also used a $100 off coupon from Angie's List with no problem.

Called the company on Monday and an appointment was made for Tuesday morning between 8am and 10am. The scheduling person said the service person would call when on his way. At 5 minutes to 8am Tuesday morning he called and said he would be here in 5 minutes, which he was. First he came in to see what kind of thermostat we had and where the filter ducts were. This house already had the special thermostat from OG&E, and he explained how their energy saving program works. He also talked to us about the problem we were having with the windows that face west and allow a lot of heat to pour into the house in the afternoon. We asked some questions about maybe tinting the windows and he told us that it would help. Then he went outside and checked the AC unit and found that it is working efficiently and had enough Freon in it. He said there was something that may need replacing next year, but is ok now. He went upstairs into the attic area to look at the heating unit also. He said everything looked great. He offered us the company's deal for getting the systems checked twice a year, which we will do. He was very personable, professional, and acted like he really cared. I was relieved to find someone who would come to our house immediately. Several other places put me off for about three weeks to a month. I suppose they take care of their regular customers first, which I can understand. I was happy that this person gave us valuable information on keeping the house cool and using energy efficiently. Definitely will use this company for every heating and AC need.

Our air conditioner was not cooling as it should so I checked on Angie's List and found Dailey Heat and Air recommended. I called them and they came out the same day. They checked our air conditioner. Added freon and got it cooling in no time. They also checked some other things that might be wrong with it and fixed them. They were polite, efficient and very helpful. I would highly recommed this company.

After replacing the defective motor blower, they had my system working again.

He answered all my questions and was generally concerned about providing the best system for my home. On the install date, everything went as expected. Very professional and experienced installers. I could not have asked for a better experience. Very happy I choose them as the HVAC installers

The service man went over the choices we had. He was very clear about the efficiency and quality of the equipment, the extent of necessary work, and the time the work would require. Everything went just as he had stated. They started and finished just as he had predicted. They were very organized and left the place clean and in great shape. I'm very glad I called them.
