Ray came out, on time, to take a look at our trees. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We felt his written quote was reasonable and proceeded by confirming his company had liability and worker's compensation. This took about a week or so. We then called for an appointment to get the job done. The large crew plus two trucks came right on time on the specified day. They were all professional and polite. They got right to work and within no time the trees were down. The tree that was close to the fence was no problem at all for them. It was obvious that these men were experienced. Once the trees were cut down, they were cut into smaller pieces and carted away to the trucks. They even took some limbs that we had cut previously. The remaining stumps were ground up quickly. They proceeded to blow the remaining chips into mounds where the trees once stood. The foreman explained that the mounds would go down in time but that we would probably have extra chips. The invoice for the job came by mail in about a week. It was for the amount that was quoted to us originally. We were very pleased with the work and would absolutely use this company again.

It took several calls and all summer to get them here, but they did a good job.

I needed three very large trees removed and received several estimates. They said they would have no problem getting the trees down even though they over hung two neighbors yards. The estimate was substantially lower than any of the other estimates. The crew showed up on time and worked hard to get all three of the trees down in one day. They made arrangements to return to grind the stumps due to it taking longer than expected to get the trees down. They cleaned up the yard and left. They returned when they said they would and worked to grind down the stumps. The trees were large maples and had shallow roots that ran all along the surface of the back yard. I was suprised to find that they even took the time to remove all of the additional roots leaving nothing remaining in the yard. They really went above and beyond because one of the trees had two steel fence posts embedded in the tree probably to support the tree years ago and had since been grown over by the tree. They worked to cut around and remove the posts so they could finish grinding down the tree. I had removed a section of fence so they could get the stump grinder in the back yard. I had left to run some errands while they finished up and was impressed to find that after they finished and cleaned up, they even reinstalled the fence. I would not hesitate to use them again

They did a great job. They listened to me and did exactly what was needed. They were very accommodating with the work.

I was very impressed with them. They knew what they were doing and they were not going to shy away from the work. We had a lot of big dead trees. It was a little more than I could pay at the time so I did not use them. He was very professional and he knew his trees. He was late but he did call. I would use him in the future.

Came out and left an estimate.......I called to schedule and they came on the date we agreed upon.......did a very good job on the trees and they were great about cleaning up afterwards. Will use them again in the future.

A representative came to the house, invesatigated the trees, and provided a written estimate. We called the office and set up an appointment for the work. Two men came to do the joband were here for about 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned up and shredded all the debris. The trees look great. And we did this just in time before the tornados and heavy winds began!

J & J Cross Timber Tree Service in Oklahoma City done a very professional job taking out our 75ft Cottonwood tree from our backyard. It had grown out over the neighbors yard and tree and was showing signs of fatigue and was too close to our house and our neighbors to be safe in the high winds and storms of Oklahoma. All limbs were secured and lowered by the climber on ropes to protect the assets below. It was a full two day job to cut down, grind up and haul off along with also grinding the very large stump and doing clean up. Good job overall....very professional.

It went really good. They were here when they said they would be. They were safe and very clean. There were no problems and they were very professional.
