Description of Work: They moved my household from Oklahoma to Virginia. | |They arrived late on the day of the move. The movers put in the truck what they were told. Then instead of delivering my household goods, they unloaded the truck at a warehouse facility. Four days later they reload the truck and ship my household to Virginia without multiple critical household items: Large laser printer in the original box and a few other items like that.

Description of Work: These guys were the least expensive and the most professional. Overtime my wife tried to lift a box or move something, these guys all ran to keep her from moving anything. Very nice and all courteous. Worked late into the evening and in a big move, nothing damaged. I was initially skeptical based on a few reviews, but they agreed on a price up front (which was considerably below anyone else in the metro area), punctual, kept us informed, kept the price agreement and remained very courteous throughout. I've used them again after our big move and will always use them. Harley is a man of his word. Really consider these guys if you need movers.

Description of Work: Beware of this so called company! Do not use them! I hired this company to help me move my heavier items into a storage pod that I had in my driveway and by the time they left, all they had done was moved a few lighter items. Not only did they not move the items I wanted moved the most but they also caused about $5,000 worth of damage to my poster bed and armoire. They are both ruined and I'm still dealing with the company and their insurance company. All they have told me so far was that the insurance company bases the claim off the weight of the item? What does that even mean?They also charged me $22 in tax after I bought their services through Angies list. I have no idea how this company is on Angies list or how they have ever received good ratings. Update: While writing this I was dealing with the manager about how to get the insurance claim process started and I said I wanted to expedite the process to avoid litigation and he told me to go ahead and start the litigation process. I take that as the company not wanting to take responsibilty, so I will be filing a small claim through oklahoma county. I REPEAT! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO REPLACE YOUR PROPERTY!****BEWARE****

Description of Work: They were very accommodating with our move. There was a mix up with the U-Haul truck; they were able to change the moving time and get us all packed up.

Description of Work: Jay at convenient movers worked with me very well when I had to move our moving times around and the workers were on time and careful as no items were damaged. The only issue is that I wish I was able to see the contract before the move so I could review the data before signing. Also, I wish I had known that they do not pack for you so make sure you pack and they will move. Lastly, the insurance part is a but misleading. 2000000 general liability but they only cover cents per pound of the item and you have to pay 10% of your estimated value to cover the item for its actual value. Basically if you have a 3000 dollar bed frame that weighs 40 lbs they will insure it for a few dollars and if you wanted full coverage then it would cost 300 and that needs to be paid up front before they touch it. Overall, I was pleased with my experience.

Description of Work: We had a great experience with this company. The only thing I would recommend is for Jay to provide the movers an itemized receipt to give the customers. The moving guys did not charge us appropriately and there was some confusion on the movers part when they were done with the job on what to charge us. Jay had to come back to us personally to get the balance a few hours after they left. A receipt would've saved a lot of trouble for everyone involved. Otherwise, great experience and we've already recommended this company to a friend that is moving soon.

Description of Work: The move was from an upstairs apartment, which always makes things a bit more difficult, but they were careful and everything made it down ok. They were 30 minutes later than we had planned, but they called to tell me so, which doesn't always happen. The move took an hour less than I had thought it would. They did an excellent job.

Description of Work: We hired Convenient Mover to move our daughter from one upstairs apartment to another upstairs apartment with a stop off at our house to drop a fridge she didn't need.

Description of Work: I used this company twice. The first time they came to move some heavy items from garage to storage unit. Zip, zip...they were loaded and unloaded so quickly, it was great! Followed me to storage and unloaded exactly where I wanted. Minimum hour wasn't even used up! Next, they estimated a move on my house based on size I told them and we hoped to get it from OKC to Tulsa in one truck. It was a lot more then they thought, with a full garage and me being a bit of a packrat, so we actually used two completely full trucks, so my cost doubled, but I think they did a fair job on the estimate.

Description of Work: I used Convenient Movers in my recent move. I did all of the packing but they moved the boxes for me. I only used them for about three hours.

Description of Work: We called Conveinent Movers the morning of the move to ask if they could send someone out to the apartment to move a 10 ft. U-Haul full of belongings from the truck to a third story apartment. The 2 men arrived on time and finished the move in 104 degree temperature in less than the 2 hours I had booked them for @ $100 for 2 hours. They then agreed to move a new room mate from his apartment in the same complex to this new 2 bedroom apartment for an additional $65. We we moved and set up in 3 hours. The men were professional and careful with our belongings.
