The process was long and I didn't like their sales technique. It was like if you didn't do it today, then you won't get this discount. We already had the windows replaced but we might use them for something else if it wasn't high pressure.

Champion Windows Siding Patio did the work over a period of time. I had a good experience with them.

I had used them before for windows. I was real happy. They were real courteous and cleaned up their mess. They came in and did what they were supposed to do and I liked the work. They did a real good job and I don't have any complaints at all. I didn't compare prices but I think they were within reason. They came right on time. I have 3 more windows that I still want to have done.

They were very high pressure. I didn't particularly care for the product, so we didn't pursue it. A salesman came out to the house. They were real prompt to do that. We had one big reason why we didn't go with them. They only had vinyl windows that only come in light colors and we have a dark brown house. We didn't like the windows that much and we thought the price was a little steep. They were pleasant and prompt. I thought it was a little pricey and we basically just didn't like the product.

They were punctual and knowledgeable about the services they perform. Their prices appeared to be higher than other service providers. Their price is why I did not use them.

I contacted a sales rep who came to my home to explain the product. three hours after we closed the deal, the sales man left. He was trying to make a personal connection by telling stories, but I was ready for him to leave! He arrived at 6 and didn't leave until around 10. 2 weeks later I had not heard from them as promised to do final measurements to order the materials which came from their Ohio factory. I had a family situation that arose, that potentially could turn into a finacial commitment for several years going forward. I called to talk to the manager to see if I could back out of the contract. He was very defensive, accused me on buyers remorse. They took me in a room and I felt like I was being interacted. He questioned my integrity and implied I was not being truthful. The bottom line was I had exceeded my three business days to backout of the contract, so they were not willing toallow meto back out. Before I left the manger extended some apologizes, because they had me in tears. He offered an alternate solution to allow me 12 months same as cash. The project manager was great. He kept me updated on the project. When they actually started the project it was completed within 4 days. They first rain I had leaks under the doors. Project manager came out and made the repairs himself. I had not issues since. Although it was an unpleasant experience in the beginning, they did do a great job. I'm very pleased with the end product. It's a room that I can enjoy year round. I feel they were a little pricey. I did not get the thousand dollar heat and air unit they offered or pay the additional thousand to have the room carpeted.

I didn't hire them. Turned out later all I needed done was a replacement of the windows without replacement of the casings/frames for several windows that had condensation develop between panes. Of course, Champion doesn't do anything but the higher-cost work (frames + windows), so they wouldn't recommend doing only the window replacements.

They were prompt and installed the windows in four hours time. Cleaned all the area and checked that I understood how to open and clean windows.

They were very good but I think they are really high priced. We have standard sized windows and we paid about $800 each. They had to order the windows and it took awhile to get them. They had a couple of guys come out and do it and they did a very nice job. We bought them after we went to the place and talked to the salesman. I like the end results and I think they did a good job. I didn?t compare prices and I wish I had checked with someone else. If I can find a better price for the same quality I'll use someone else.

My husband and I originally went to the factory showroom in response to a sale advertisement we heard on the radio. The sales pitch was long with prices being saved to the very end, but we did gain a lot of information that led us to ask more questions and helped us make a more informed decision. We had taken our measurements in with us, but one of their staff came withing a week to make more precise measurements before manufacturing our windows. Approximately one month later the windows were installed very professionally by a 4 person team within approx. 4 hours. The installers were very patient with our questions and willing to show us all steps, the problems they encountered in taking out the old windows (one brick was already broken and had to be glued into place) and their solutions. They fully demonstrated the function of the windows and cleaned up all of their mess before leaving.

I went to their showroom and talked to Zeke (consultant) and scheduled an appointment for the next day, which he arrived on time to take measurements and agree on a contract. We scheduled a start time in approximately 2 weeks, which they began work as agreed. With some noise as expected they finished on time and cleaned up well. I am very happy with the job they did.

Did not have them do the work as I don't like pressure tactics.

I felt like it was a fly by night company. There was a house that there was a sign in front and I told them I was going to talk to them. They siding company said oh no you can not contact them. He was adamant about not contacting the other people. I thought that was fishy.

Before I ordered my windows, a company representative gave me a tutorial about windows and explained why Champion windows are better than most replacement windows. I found this informative and helpful, but I suppose it could be considered time-consuming and high-pressure. The only complaint I have about the entire process concerns the totaling of the estimate and the figuring of the financing. The sales rep. quoted me the minimum monthly payment when I thought he was giving me the amount required to pay off the balance in a year. Since this was a difference of over $100 per month, I was unhappy. Aside from that, I was thoroughly happy with the removal of the old windows and installation of the new windows. The technician was friendly and professional. I love the windows and plan to have Champion replace the rest of the windows in my house.

Very smoothly. The project was completed without any major hiccups. The only negative was that they were pretty persistent for the last payment before the sun room was completely finished.

They Install a new enclosed patio for me. All work was completed as agreed. Good guys and nice clean up job.

The windows from Champion Windows Siding Patio were good quality for the money. The windows are excellent. Proper care should have been taken while installing as they scratched up a couple of the window sills. That has not stopped us from asking them to work on another job in the future.

We had been thinking about a picture window for a long time when we saw a Champion Window ad in the paper. We called and they were prompt in coming to talk to us, and the salesman was great. The window adds a lot to the look of our home. It is beautiful.

Champion Windows, Siding, Patio gave an estimate brought samples for me to choose from. I was very happy with them and would recommend them.

Champion Windows Siding Patio themselves is a great company to work with, but their regular contractors were not available, so we worked with a different subcontractor for the brickwork. Most of it needed to be redone. I would only work with Champion again if their regular contractors are available.

Champion Windows Siding Patio were here on time and were finished before they said they would be. We were thinking of hiring them to put a room on the back of our home. I found them to be professional as well as giving quality workmanship.

Good. High quality work done but Champion Windows Siding Patio seemed to show up later in the day then I thought they should but that may be the way the company works their schedules.

We went with Champion on a hunch after seeing an ad with a discount coupon. The salesman pitched a quality product and we even got extra discounts. The windows look so good that we have decided to get more windows from them soon. Their service is great.

Champion Windows price was a little high, but we had heard they do really good work and the windows are of great quality. We are extremely satisfied.

Champion Windows Siding Patio did the work they said they were going to do. They showed up when they said they were going to. The quotes were correct, and I would recommend them to other people.
