Messed up everything from start to finish and now trying to bill me extra. Salesman lied, lied, lied. Took months to finish installation and correct all of the mistakes. Never use this company. No one will return a phone call.

Champion, that name speaks volumes. I cannot thank Shane Rome enough; knowledgeable, professional, informative & friendly. We had a phenomenal meeting. I’m in the construction/renovation industry and I must say, I was impressed. Can’t wait for the new windows to be installed.

Very professional also fairly quick was told 7 - 12 weeks for custom windows to come but they came in at 6 weeks.

Champion, especially Bo Broadwater our sales representative, are exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful appointment. Bo was prompt and answered all of our questions. We had several estimates from other window companies but none were as impressive as Champion. Their windows are superior to any others we have seen. We decided to partner with Champion for our whole home window replacement and we couldn't be happier with our decision.

Got all our windows replaced with energy effect windows. Work was done well and crew cleaned up all areas work was done in. Good communication with us on scheduling and any issues that arose during install. Very happy with the work and our new windows. Only thing I would suggest is when finish clean the windows the first time for the customer.

A month and half and nothing done yet.

The Sales Representative (Bo Broadwater) for Champion Windows (Oklahoma City Office) did an excellent sales pitch for earning the business of George and Annie Cochran. We had two other companies that we were considering but Bo was able to show us that Champion would out beat the competition. After getting the sales price down to $23,500.00 dollars we decided to go ahead and go with Champion. The install crew showed up on 27 Feb 2020 to start replacing the windows and I didn’t notice, but the outside of the windows should have been bronze, but my wife just happened to notice as they were getting ready to install the first window, that the outside and inside were both tan. That being the case, the installer (Dewey Taylor) called Champion of the wrong color which was marked clearly on the order form. The windows were re-ordered and showed up on 13 April 2020. The installers (Dewey Taylor and his two sons Cody and Scotty) showed up on 20 April and installed 10 of the 17 windows and came back the next replacing the remaining windows. Excellent work by these guys. They did a stand-out job. They truly deserve some type of recognition for their outstanding performance and professionalism. They made sure all debris was cleaned up and taken away. I would hire these guys at the drop of a hat to do this type of work. Hats off to these three guys. Please pass on to them our thanks “a job well done and is appreciated.” Thanks again.

It was good. They were professional and did a good job. They had a hard time for one of the door. It's not a proper size or regular door and they took extra time to do it. They had to built an extra part.

The best part of my service was the estimate. The person did my estimate was very thorough, clear, and friendly. After my estimate was completed and I needed window measurements and other required elements prior to window installation I dealt with poor customer service and poor follow through on scheduling and the actual technician who came out to measure. The installers were friendly, and thorough. My overall experience After installation has not been positive. I had one issue that needed to be corrected and the technician fell back into the pattern that I had prior to installation of being unfriendly and not having appropriate follow through after scheduling. Overall I’m not sure that I would recommend Champion Windows based on customer service overall but the product itself has been amazing in my home.

Never finished the job, storm door to big for frame but they cut and hacked till it would hang but was so close to front door it would not close. Have never heard from champion, subcontracted window, door and siding. Champion never came to see if the job was done or weather I was happy with the job. Should have looked into them more. No ever gonna use Champion again.

Champion came out and did a great job installing siding on two homes for me. The installations went quickly, and they followed up with me with any questions they had during the install. After they finished, we had a few odds and ends that needed to be tied up, and they sent a representative out quickly to fix those without any troubles — great company to work with since the beginning.

Our experience with Champion Windows was top-notch. They were friendly, informative, and patient with us. They did a great job giving us options, and figuring out what would give us the most benefit. We originally signed up at a local festival at one of their booths to get them to come out and give us a free estimate, mostly because we had a broken window we had to get fixed. We wound up replacing the broken window, and replacing some windows where we were having a lot of temperature swings in the room throughout the day. The sales folks did a great job of explaining what would happen, and what to expect. The installers were very courteous, detailed, and did a great job installing and cleaning up. The windows have been in for about 5 weeks, and we have been able to tell a difference in temperature this summer in the rooms where the windows were changed, especially on the west side of the house. We changed out 7 windows.

Nice guy, way over priced. Quoted me $21000 for a job quoted at $6000 by other companies with comparable quality. I laughed and he immediately said $12000 was his best number. An outdated business model for the internet world.

It turned out great. For price, they didn't do our whole house. They only did half storey up/ just the wooden part we had on our house. It was a fair price. They did a pretty good job.

They were fine. We had to get them back once to fix one spot that they didn't do right but so far it's done perfect. We got windows from them, they were excellent with the windows. Them we got sidings. The siding part I give them 4 on it but the windows were a 5 or a 10 or a 9 whatever.

The people who put it in I wasn't really impressed with but the product is good. Whoever they had to put it in was not as good as the window people.

Higher priced than other windows, but windows seemed to be of better quality. Warranty was also better. Installation went well.

Good. Windows came in on time. (6 weeks). Installers showed up ontime. Windows are well made and seem to insulate good. Windows open and close easily. Only issue is that each window has 4 weep holes for drainage. Two of the weep holes have a little hinged cover to keep out bugs. The other two weep holes have no cover and I have seen bugs fly into the frame. Talked to the company and was told that is the way the windows are manufactured and to just spray bug spray into the weep hole.

They are very friendly and did an excellent job as usual.

Arrived when they said they would. Took 3 hours to do the job which is what they projected. Other than a stray staple in the ceiling they cleaned up afterwards.

I like the windows! The two men that came out are brothers and I have never seen two people work together so well! They followed all requirements, they never argued, they came got the job done and then left.

I just wanted the patio to have screen placed around it. He was polite, but he quoted me 11000.00. I said no thank you.
