On time, efficient work and it went very well.

They did a great job, cleaning up inside and outside. Very professional, and got it done in a day. They explained the windows and did a super job. I love the new windows.

The sales person did a good job presenting his product and the overal quality was good but the estimate, even with a significant energy savings, the payback would have been much too long.

The entire experience exceeded expectations. It is rare these days to find individuals as courteous, professional and knowledgeable as the employees we dealt with. The sales representative was thoroughly familiar with his product. The installers were competent and friendly, and they were very attentive to protecting the house during demolition. The job was top-notch with no cleanup or repair to the surrounding structure required of us (I had anticipated some minor damage to surrounding sheet rock, but there was none). Of equal importance, Champion windows are fabulous. Very impressed with construction and quality. We intend to replace more windows with this firm in the future and recommend this company without reservation!

The only warning I would advise. Have them perform lead testing BEFORE you sign a contract. This company charges extra if there is even a possibility of lead paint. No one else does. This will prevent any surprises later. The reason I note this, is nothing was found in the testing when the patio room was installed, however when the doors were ordered later, suddenly there was an issue. It wasn't handled very well up front, but in the end Champion made it right.

Removed old sliding door and took with them. Installed and sealed new door, added trim and adjusted locks. Very pleasant (both installers). Cleaned up afterward.

Someone came by and measured. Materials delivered. 2 young men installed. Great job. We have a rock house so they had to make a groove so windows would fit flush. Great job. Windows are so efficient that we had to put insullation in ceiling of porch. Could feel cold air from ceiling.

I am very pleased with both the craftsmanship of the windows and the professionalism of the installers and the sales people. On the sales side there was absolutely no pressure to buy. We spent an hour in the showroom with a sales agent. He was very pleasant and took his time to explain the window construction and answer all questions we had. About a month after we visited the showroom, we had the sales agent come to our house, measure all the windows we wanted to replace and give us an estimate. He also estimated to within 5 days when the windows would be manufactured and be ready for installation. On the installation side, the installers arrived at their scheduled time. There were 2 individuals. They obviously knew what they were doing because they were able to remove the old windows and install the new windows in a very short time. They were very professional and made sure all the windows were properly caulked both outside and inside. They also made sure to leave decent lengths of our home alarm wiring available at each window so our alarm company could rewire the windows. I am very pleased with all aspects of dealing with Champion Windows and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent! They gave clear and concise information from the beginning to end. The installation was to start at 8:30. The crew showed up on time and was truly professional.

This was a good experience for us. Champion did everything they promised they would do. We changed our mind on color and Champion had no problem with this. We did have part of the siding come off due to very high winds and a strong thunderstorm. We called Champion and they responded immediately to fix the siding. I would definitely use them again.

My wife and I wante to replace all the windows in our house. House is about 25 years old and the windows seals were leaking and old builder grade windows. We thought for sure we wanted Pella windows because of the name and quality. Also wanted three bids to make sure we could measure quaility and get a get a competive price from Pella. I assumed Pella would be higher because of quality and was OK with that. To my surprise Champion was a little higher than Pella so started to do research and also found there quality and warranty was much better. Ricky our saleperson was excellent and proffessional. He meet with us at our convience and sold me on the windows. The installation could have not gone smoother. The installers were always on time (took three days). The always cleaned up after them selves and did an excellent job. I would recommend Champion to anyone looking for a quality product and dependable company.

For every job, the product arrived in their warehouse earlier than expected, which in turn the job was done faster than expected! They are very punctual in arriving at the job site and respectful of your property. They cleaned up completely when they were done and a supervisor also showed up to check the completion of the job.

They sent a representative out to look at everything and make an estimate and that all went very well. They made changes to the original plan and it was all positive. The worker came out and made the changes and did all the work and there was very little disruption throughout the rest of the home. The work was meticulous. They did everything very very well. We were pleased with the outcome. My only concern was that after the work was completed there was no follow up to find out if we were satisfied with the work until one year later.

They were very professional. Price was high but you get what you pay for. There was some delay in finishing the room because parts were broken in the shipping process and we had to wait for new parts to be reordered. Now that they are finished the room is exactly what we want and everyone loves it.

A salesman came to our home and gave us a presentation and an estimate. I felt he was prompt and professional, however he was "high pressure" and wanted us to make a quick decision. After getting other estimates, we found that Champion's estimate was on the high side.

They were very high. My house is one hundred and twelve years old and I knew they were but they offered to do a percent for x number of months and even with that it was figured into that $15,000. They are very professional. They tried their very best to get me to sign up with them. It was very impressive the way they presented their product.

Sales rep was personable. Gave me quote of appx $3200 for replacement of 3 bedroom windows. I told him I would call when Champion has another "sale". Rep told me Champion had changed its policy, the quote give was the lowest and Champion had discontinued with its "sale" promotions. After payment/installation, I noticed Champion was still having its "sales" with hundreds of $ off. I am content with the windows, but do not like to be lied to by salespeople in order to make a quick sale. I am going to replace the west-facing front windows next spring and had estimates from Pella and 2 additional companies for the same type window, they all were much less than what I paid Champion.

Extremely disappointing and disrespectful of our time, which we had to carve out and take off from work just to try to get a replacement price. The salesman was far more interested in learning about our lessons of home building because he was intending to build soon. Never did give us a price or follow up with us. If we were not going to make an appointment to go to their showroom and listen to a sales pitch, then we were nothing to them. I would never ever recommend Champion Windows to any one. Their product may be good for the money but we will never know because they were too afraid to put out any price info, unlike Pella nd Thermal Windows who politely and respectfully provided quotes. Do not make an appointment with Champion for an extimate...

I actually wasn't very happy with them. The guy who came out for the quote was late. He was professional. Their quote was twice as much as other people. They quoted $12000-$14000 for the work and another company quoted $7000-$8000 for the same work. If I remember they only sell double hung, they don't sell single hung; so it was limited. If one owns a house prior to 1950, we have to have a lead testing done. This is something that all the service providers are supposed to tell us about and he did not tell us about it, until we asked him as he was walking out of the door. We gave him every opportunity to tell us about this because the testing itself adds a significant increase to the price. We have to pay for the testing, we need to know how they do the work and meet the ETA guidelines. It's a very intensive process, so I was not happy with him. He knew the year our house year was built because he confirmed that when he showed up. When he was drawing up the detailed estimates for us and was explaining all the different types of windows we had to get throughout our home, at that time he should have told us that we have to do this testing, which would increase the fee and what the quote would be after that. It would increase about $1000. They were expensive throughout the board. There is no way around it. If they do not do the testing, they risk severe fines, penalties, and being shut down.

I did not have any dissatisfaction at all as they did a wonderful job. The windows came in earlier than anticipated and than I was told to expect. They came right out and installed them. I have had no problems with them at all and everything has been superb.

There was nothing that I did not like about them. They were very knowledgeable and did a good job with the installation.

We were quite pleased with the way our home was treated as well the fact that they cleaned up their mess completely. We are very particular about how we want things to be done and they have been very responsive to our needs.

They were quick to come out, but WOWOWOWOW they are way off base on their prices.

They did a very good job. The experience went well, I had no complaints whatsoever. Their promptness, the quality of their work and timliness were all good. They were very nice to deal with. There were two people doing it. I think the price was in line with any of the rest of them, I had an estimate from some where else and I talked to a neighbor who had similar work done. I am real happy with the quality. They were very good about getting back to me.
