The installer's were very messy outside and ruined a lot of my plant's. They were messy inside as well.

When the representative came regarding this coupon purchase they said they were unaware of this offer, but could offer a much better deal. The deal they proposed was very expensive and I feel that this advertisement was very misleading.

They did a really good job. They were kind, the windows didn't come on time, but when they started the job they put them in, and one of the windows was cracked, so they came out and replaced it. They were okay. I would recommend them. The cost was okay. The quality was good. They took long to get the windows, I think they had a back log.

It?s been right at a month since Champion installed our new windows. We couldn?t be happier with the entire process, from the visit with our salesman Brett to the installation crew. We live in a home built in the 1950?s that had original, single pane, wood windows ? that were painted shut. Our home was very energy inefficient, but since the new windows went in, we?ve been able to better maintain our home?s temperature without the continual use of the A/C or the heater. We received several quotes and it was clear that Champion was the most thorough. Only Champion included the needed work of replacing rotten wood on some of the outside sills plus wrapping all sills with aluminum. Champion won?t be the cheapest, but we strongly believe in the mantra that you get what you pay for. Our salesman wasn?t pushy and the quality of the windows, plus their service, is really what sold us. The installation crew was very respectful of our property. They cleaned up when complete and took the time to explain the workings of our new windows. We would definitely hire Champion again for our window purchase.

The old windows were the original from 1978. They allowed me to put the cost on credit to where if the cost was paid in full within one year, they was no interest added. That worked out very well. I have blinds for the old windows and they were able to fit my blinds on the new windows which I appreciated. I am very pleased with their work. I have no complaints.

They did a good job with the installation, and the workers were friendly and courteous. However, the company kept ordering the wrong size for the screens which delayed the project's completion by approximately two months.

They were a bit pricey, but everything turned out well. The installers arrived on time, did a good job without leaving a mess, and acted courteously while at the house. They were also very responsive when some caulking issues arose, and they rectified the issues by getting completely new caulk.

The salesman was new and reasonably well prepared. The scope of work had been defined by the customer and we received two other bids for the project. Champion was about $2,000 higher (around 70 percent) than the other providers. I couldn't determine any significant difference in product, timing, warranty, or general service.

He never did follow back up after. For windows, he quoted me for $12000. I was waiting for the quote for the siding. The guy was super friendly and super nice. The quote was definitely high for that area. They were $5000 over with what it probably should have been. They came right out for the quote after I contacted them.

Generally, it was okay. We just had problems a little later on the electrical; we had to go back and forth to get the work done. It was a 15 year guarantee but it seemed liked it wasn't supposed to be part of electrical. They're local and just make sure you have it very clear on exactly what you want done.

I received a message that custom window was running the same ad on their corporate website and that while they would honor the coupon from angies list, it would still be same through them. I was told that the ad was misleading and that they would come give an estimate. An estimate was given over phone but no one came out. I have decided that it will be too costly to side house at this time.

Just a few short years after purchasing our first home, my wife and I went to Champion to get an estimate for window replacement. We went to their showroom where they demonstrated all of their "proprietary" technology and set us up with what they said was a "good" deal. They assured us that this was the best deal we would find and that we needed to sign their contract on the spot. After leaving we felt very unsure about being pressured into the deal and looked for another estimate just to compare. Their quote was $10,000 to replace every window in the house. After contacting Rich Rush at Cashion Home Improvements we found out that the "proprietary" technology that Champion uses is industry standard. There are only a couple of glass makers in the US and they make the same glass for all distributors. Rick gave us a quote that was less than half $5,000 to replace every window in the house and we even got storm doors included in that price. We were very happy with the quality of the product and we still love our windows more than 01 years later.

Product appeared to be good quality. Love the lifetime warranty offer and claims about efficiency but the quoted price was 2 to 5 times more than other service providers. Also the windows are quite bulky and large which do not look like they were built with the home. This is expected but these will be clearly replacement from a good distance away. Elected to go with thermal aluminum windows which have much thinner frames (give up some efficiency) but look fantastic and look original to the house.

The estimate was $4,900. The individual that came out was the installer so it was actually someone that does the work and not just the salesman. They were pretty quick to respond. He was about 30-45 minutes behind. He was very professional.

The rep was very cordial and appeared positive about his product.During his presentation, the rep gave us information about his competitor. He showed us documents and made statement. These statement and documents proved mostly to be ficticious as we were able to verify this later. The rep gave us information and a written proposal on a room. When we went into the showroom to actually see the product we feel we were then given "the bait and switch". We kept notes during his talk at the house. We discussed low e glass etc. At the showroom he showed us a cheaper product and said this is what we would get. It was not what he discussed at our house. We looked closer at his proposal and saw that what he said was not exactly what he wrote.

My wife asked about the use of tempered "safety" glass but Chad dismissed this as glass for auto windshields. The estimate was written up for a non-tempered glass replacement product. I reviewed the contract later and noticed the non-tempered glass product. After consulting with a friend in the building industry and then with sources on the internet (for example http://www.codecheck.com/cc/ccimages/PDFs/SafetyGlazingHansenOctober2011.pdf) to verify that tempered glass is required by code, I had my wife void the contract. If that glass product would have been installed, we would have faced the following problems: 1) A safety hazard - that is why code requires safety glass, 2) Problems at resale of house - if a building inspector found non-tempered glass in that pane, we as sellers would have to replace the glass with tempered glass at our expense. Conclusion: 1) Champion has a sale person who does not know industry code and is unknowingly selling substandard products to homeowners, or 2) Champion intentionally has their sales people sell products that don't meet the building code for reasons of profit. Either conclusion is not good for Champion. Incidentally, I sent a polite email to the sales person Chad 10 days ago explaining why I had my wife void the contract. I offered to do business with him if he could show that I was mistaken in applying this building code to the situation at hand. I have heard nothing back from Chad or Champion.

Called them to get an estimate for a window replacement and was told they would call back to schedule. Never called me back. I called them again today (5 days later) and the soonest they can come to do an estimate is 3 weeks from now.

My experience overall went really well. The staff was friednly and professional. The pricing was okay for the quality of the windows. I would recommend this company to others.

The experience went good. They got the windows in fast. There were different people who did different parts, and one part was not punctual.
