Description of Work: I also asked about bidding on building a greenhouse on the side of our house. I told them I would like the polyurethane panels for the roof. He told me they don't make them here in the states any longer. I didn't believe him and looked on-line and found that there are several here in the states. I had seen that Graingers could order them (that was several years ago) and they STILL can get them. He lied to me on that, so what else is he lying about.

Description of Work: We built a beautiful sunroom. The only problem we have had was with the person they subcontracted the roof with. However, champion is making it right they are going to re-roof our room. Great service and great response anytime we called. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Ordered windows in July and had them installed in October. The salesman who came out to discuss the windows was very informative, had an example window, color options, etc. Once we decided to purchase, they sent another gentelman to measure EVERY window to ensure what they produced would fit perfectly (they make all the windows to order - which is why it took three months before the installation). While the windows are a bit on the pricey side, they are very good windows and guaranteed for life. If we break one, if they get fogged up, screens get tore, don't shut, etc. they will replace for free. The installation crew were very prompt, courtious and professional. They cleaned up as they went and worked very hard for the two days they were here. We are very happy with the windows - look and work great! Would definately recommend this company - they also have a great rating with the BBB.

The quality of the windows by Champion and the installation was excellent. I would not hire them again, however, because the price was too high. They are now advertising the same windows at a lower price. The windows are very good, though, and they look very nice.

The windows from Champion were just excellent. I have had no problem with them at all. The worker who installed them was excellent. He was very clean in his work and did the job in one day. I could not be happier with Champion and their windows.

We were very pleased with the overall work that was done by Champion Windows. The windows look great and they were very responsive with everything. The only issue we had was that they smoked on the job site and while working.
