I am sorry you feel our carpentry was not up to par and I am very sorry the scheduling the repairs was such an issue. Since we subcontract our carpentry on certain jobs at times we are at the mercy of the company we use. We completed your job last September and we were backed up several weeks. I hate that you were inconvenienced and I want you to know we have taken step this year to ensure we do not run into these problems. We did this by adding another carpentry crew, and by hiring 3 new paint crews that can also do carpentry. I appreciate the feedback and I hope we can grow from this. Description of Work: Replaced damaged wood and painted the exterior of home. They were great. No complaints and that is rare. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job. They were respectful and cleaned up the area. They sent a paint consultant to choose shades that matched or coordinated with other areas. Will use them again.

These specialty finishes do require cost a little bit more than normal painting since the materials are more expensive and requires multiple steps. Description of Work: Exterior painting. (Soffits, all doors including 3 car garage, gutters and downspouts. Our house is brick and wood, 2500 sq ft. Excellent prep, painting and cleanup. Rain delayed last few hours, but they returned and finished (4 hours later rain stopped). From the initial visit with Buck (one of the owners) to the crew and last with office person, everyone was courteous and professional. All questions and concerns were addressed appropriately. We were billed the exact amount as on the proposal.

Description of Work: Paint job mostly OK. They left the yard and roof strewn with cardboard and rags. Left garden hoses unhooked. The workers themselves were responsive and worked hard in heat. Some areas were missed and had to be coached to complete the items.

After receiving your feedback in August, when we completed your project, we had a meeting with our crews and reinforced the importance of clean-up and the standards we expect. We also implemented some bonus programs and have changed some of our systems to ensure that expectations are being met. We do have an independent third party who surveys our customers. We take that feedback very seriously so that we can address any concerns timely and constructively and improve our business practices. Since that time, we have had 40 surveys completed. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best) 35 out of our 40 surveys have provided us a rating of 9 or 10. The others surveys rated us a 7 or 8. We do learn from feedback and appreciate it. Thanks you for taking the time to provide us honest feedback that will allow us to improve.

Description of Work: Many delays. Poor communication between the workers and the person who gave the estimate and was supposedly in charge. Started in mid July and still not complete as of 8-14. Have had to have them come back 2 times to fix painting. We complained that they did not do priming so they did agree to extend the warranty.

Our master bathroom was long overdue for needing painted. We were referred to Certa-Pro here in OKC and were beyond impressed! They were extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. When Robert (owner) first came out for the estimate, he was very helpful with color options, explanation of the process, timeline, etc. We really appreciated his recommendation of using a zero VOC paint as we have a 17 month old baby. The crew was very thorough and precise with their prep-work, painting and especially clean up. It was like they were never here...minus the incredible transformation of our bathroom! When they first showed up, our bathroom was an awful flat red nightmare...when they left it was a fantastic gray masterpiece! Seriously, I can't recommend these people enough. We were tempted to just paint our bathroom ourselves, but after having these professionals come into our home, I don't think we'll ever be painting ourselves again. Worth the call, worth the time, worth every penny. THANK YOU, ROBERT AND CERTA-PRO!!

The crew, lead by Jose, arrived at the house at 8am, went over again what was to be done and introduced me to the crew members. They began work right away taping and covering. The colors that had to be covered were very bold and they also had to prime and texture over wallpaper in places that were very difficult to reach. The results are excellent, and I have not seen a drop of paint anywhere that it shouldn't be. Nothing was harmed or broken and it took less time than I thought. They arrived on time, did the work in the colors and paint agreed upon, did a thorough clean up with nothing damaged and were on their way. I highly recommend this company and if I need anything else painted, I will definitely be calling on them. Jill
Description of Work: Robert Norris from CertaPro Painters gave me an accurate and fair estimate of painting the bedroom which has a 20ft ceiling and the bathroom that had wallpaper and very high ceiling also. The ceiling for the downstairs and power washing the outside deck was also part of the estimate. The original paint colors and wallpaper to be covered had very dark and bold colors, the ceiling had water stains to be covered and the deck had lots of loose paint. He did a complete and thorough job of measuring and went over the different paints that could be used to complete the job. Once agreed upon, the date range to begin work was within a week. The crew that performed the work was very professional, arrived on time and took great care to cover furniture etc to protect against drips. They completed the job in two days and I am very pleased with the result. This is a very professional company with fair pricing and excellent results. I highly recommend them.
