CertaPro Painters® of Oklahoma City

Certapro was a complete train wreck to work with. They painted blue cabinets in the front yard, straight on the grass leaving blue outlines.. The painters screwed up 4 brand new doors in the house, and the repairman the company sent made it worse - so much so that I had to have the installer come out and fix them. They got paint on carpet. Paint on original hardwood floors, paint on blinds, curtains and curtain rods (even though I personally removed them). They put full size woodscrews in the kitchen cabinet Hinges and now the doors are LITERALLY FALLING OFF. The list goes on and on. Save yourself some $ and headaches and go elsewhere. Thank me later.

It went exceptionally well. They had the wallpaper out of there in no time. The texturing and painting are perfect and exactly what I wanted. Very friendly and polite.

We have used CertaPro for 2 projects and both times have been very pleased with the results. In both instances the painters were very professional, very neat and did an outstanding job. I believe they are a little higher in price than others, but in the end the quality of work and end result are worths it.

Missed original start date due to weather delays of other jobs. Did a great job of covering and protecting areas not being painted. Did not feel that cabinets in laundry room were done as well as others, but still look nice. Crew was very polite and professional. Worked steadily and go the job done in a timely manner. Overall we are extremely pleased with the result. Definitely will look to them again for future painting needs. They were the highest bid by almost double, but it was the only bid I was given in writing, outlining exactly what work would be done, what procedures would be followed, what products would be used, etc.

Not impressed. The estimator and office staff were very easy to work with initially. The price wasn't bad. However, the painter that was assigned to the project didn't show up so they had to send out another crew. The painters that showed up put a hole in the wall and did a poor job patching it--keep in mind this was a one-year-old house in excellent condition. They got paint on the kitchen island, carpet, baseboards, and tile. Because they can't keep paint off of things, they had to go get a paint match from the paint store to cover up the overage on the other walls--the paint didn't match in sheen so the touch up on the other walls is very, very annoyingly visible. They were very late wrapping up the job which put us behind on our evening plans. There went my nice walls.

Amazing! I'm very happy with the overall paint job. They were very knowledgeable about what type of paint to use. Not only were all of the employees friendly but they also help around the community. Great company! Great people!

We are extremely happy with the work of CertaPro Painters of Oklahoma City!! They refinished our backyard deck and it was not an easy project. Our deck is older and required some care and attention to refinish it without damaging the boards. CertaPro was professional and timely throughout both the estimate and project completion phases. They were extremely diligent in preparation (a key component to refinishing an older deck), ensured the surrounding structure was protected (in our case, white brick) and were thorough in application of the finish. The end product is fantastic. Our deck looks amazing!! We will absolutely call CertaPro of OKC in the future for all our painting and refinishing needs!

1.finally on the third scheduled time they started the job 2.electrical outlets not removed and painted over 3.drip lines, nail holes left 4.did not clean up after themselves 5. multiple repair returns; got to the point I just wanted them gone 6. gave me a 100 dollar discount

Troy Downing with CertaPro Painters promptly called me back and set a time for a estimate, He was very helpful and professional, his estimate was delivered on sight with a thorough explanation of what was to e done and a time frame for completion. Lauren, the Office Manager, called me the next day to schedule the job start date. The Crew Chief called me the day before the scheduled start date and confirmed time and that I would be there for the initial walk through. They completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned up everything and made sure we were happy.

They arrived on time, finished on schedule and cleaned up before they left. The house looks great!

Everything was very nice. Everyone I talked to at the company including the estimator was friendly and professional. However the estimate they gave me was double the price of ever other company I talked to.

The price is a little high but I needed a good professional paint job. They were one time and here when they said.

We are getting estimates from other people, so we will have to see. They showed up on time and did the estimate. They seem like professionals. They seem to know what they are talking about and they seemed friendly. I don't have the other estimates. Their responsiveness was very good.

Have used CertaPro before for interior as well. Robert was once again great to work with - very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Provided some great advice on making sure we landed on a good quality paint and was transparent/informative on price, benefits, etc. He was great at communicating with myself as well as the group that did the job. Estimate was quick and easy, provided several different options on days. Had to adjust a couple times due to weather (rain and high humidity), but was still pretty flexible and eager to make sure the job was completed as soon as possible. All painting was completed in a day and was actually done on a Sunday which meant we were home while everything was being done. The two gentlemen that were painting endeared themselves a great deal to our 4 year old who spent all day talking with them...while they were trying to paint. Not once did they seem to be bothered by her multiple questions and interruptions. In fact both mentioned having kids of their own and enjoyed the conversation. This was greatly appreciated. One individual came back a few days later to do a follow up inspection and also did some touch ups after everything had dried. One hindsight for us is we wish we would have picked a little darker color, but that is no reflection on the work that CertaPro did. In fact, we mentioned that to Robert and they said they'd be happy to come back out to put another coat on at a reduced price. We opted to stick with the color we had, but thought it was nice to offer. Overall, very good experience and will probably use their services again in the future.

Buck was the gentleman who manages the company. He was very prompt and professional took great care in following through with exactly what he had promised. From the moment they arrived to do the estimate to the completion of the project was done in very timely manner. The communication between the organization and within the organization was wonderful, making sure to follow through on everything. I am confident that he is willing to stand by the work before, during and after. I loved the communication, he even went out of his way to follow up with us today. I would recommend them to anybody!!

I just got a new home and I am very happy with the new colors!! I had Dove tail put in my dressing room and Light French grey put in the master bedroom. It really brightened everything up. Roberts employees were very professional and thorough. I really appreciated that they cleaned up after the job was done. And I really liked that Robert came back and did a walk thru for a final inspection! I will be hiring them again for the rest of the house.

Very nice people. However, the wall texturing was of poor quality.....looks like the old "popcorn" texturing on ceilings. Woodwork is rough; not smooth like it was before. I had Robert, the owner look at the work. He agreed it was not quality work and said he had since fired the crew that did the work. He told me he would have another crew redo the work. We made an appointment, however they were a "no call; no show." for the appointment. After talking with Robert three times, and no resolution, I hired another painter who did a great job in the remainder of my house.

The quote was good. We went with a different provider, but will consider Certa Pro for some interior work we will need in the future. Certa was good with following up with us after our initial visit. He also provided a written quote while on site. Very professional.

This company has restored my faith in contractors. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Special recognition to Frank who met my very high standards with a smiling, cheerful can-do attitude. Job very well done.

A little bit of difficult with original scheduling. Once agreement signed for work, it took a couple of weeks (and a few emails) to get the job scheduled. Once scheduled everything went great. House looks nice.

Robert Norris came by the house to provide an estimate (one of three we received). He was punctual and very professional. We contacted CertaPro when we decided to go with their proposal and scheduled a time for the work. Enrique and Norma showed up to begin the prep work. They were punctual and got the prep work done in short order. They came back the next day and painted. Again, they were punctual and professional in their work. We are pleased with the job and would use CertaPro again in the future.

Buck responded very quickly to my estimate request and was very easy to work with. The paint job looks fantastic! They did a great job. Eric was the foreman on my job and I couldn't have asked for a better guy. He worked efficiently and got the job done very quickly. He came back and did a walk through of the house and made sure everything was up to my standard. He even brought out someone to clean to floors after it was completed to ensure no paint was left behind.

I contacted three highly rated painters in the area to get a proposal on painting the trim on my house. CertaPro gave me a quote that beat the other two painters by $500 and $900. Obviously I accepted their quote and was extremely happy that I did. Frank, the foreman on the job, showed up promptly, was very courteous, and exhibited an outstanding work ethic. The project was completed in a most timely manner and I could not be happier with the finished product.
