Their work is awesome. I have neve been happier. Great service. Arrived on time and just did a fantastic job. They are doing another job for me in the morning 3/18/15. Highly recommend. Buck Johnson is very easy to work with. He does a great job making sure everything is just the way you wanted it.

Prepared and painted an iron fence around my swimming pool. This included power washing the fence, sanding and applying primer to bare metal and brush painting the fence. The painters did a great job and were very neat. No messes to worry about after they were done.

Very nice job. I am very picky and they did send someone back to do an area that the caulking apparently went under the molding. No complaints, just sent someone out to do the job and repainted that section.

They did a great job and we'd use them again. They're not the cheapest but it was competitive and they did high-quality work. The crew that came out was very professional and I was overall happy.

The painters did excellent work. The job took about 5 days to complete using a crew of 3-5 people, depending upon the day. They used high grade paint and materials. The house exterior looked excellent when they were finished. There was minimal debris left for me to cleanup. There were no paint drippings on the brick and stone walls or concrete patios. Also Importantly, there was no damage to our shrubs and beautiful Japanese maple trees surrounding the house. The whole project went very smooth. They showed up when promised and stayed on the job until it was finished. I liked the fact they could replace the damaged soffit panels in addition to the painting. That saved me from having to hire a different contractor to repair the soffits.

The reason I chose CertraPro as my painting contractor was because of the professionalism of the initial consult. I was provided a real nice brochure full of great information. The quote exceeded my budget so I had to put the job on hold a few months until additional funds could be secured. During the initial consult, I pointed out a place in my entryway ceiling that had been previously repaired. I was assured it could be fixed and the texture could be matched. We negotiated a favorable contract. Before the job was scheduled, I called to let them know I had some electrical outlets and fixtures removed that would require some sheet rock work. I received a phone call to inform me the paint crew would arrive on a Monday morning. I reminded the scheduler of the sheet rock work. She indicated that the same crew would do both. When the crew arrived, I showed them the place in the ceiling and the walls that needed sheet rock patching. The crew leader, while very nice, acted like he didn't know anything about it....even though there was a post-it note on his work order folder spelling out exactly what I requested. He told me it would cost $150 more. I agreed to pay the extra. When they began painting without covering my brand new cabinets, new appliances, new countertops and new light fixtures or removing the switch cover plates, I should have stopped the work - but regrettably, I didn't. Long story longer - the paint looks good, but the sheet rock texture work does not look good at all. When I pointed out how the repaired areas did not match the existing at all, he indicated it was as good as it was going to get. It's a good thing I'm having my tile and carpets replaced because they left a mess of paint on the tile, grout and carpet. I an still cleaning paint spatter from my woodwork and light fixtures. Needless to say, I am more impressed with the quality of their brochure than I am with the quality of their work.

Met with Robert Norris to discuss & set up the project. This was a big project as all of the cedar siding needed to be replaced & stained ( 2 story house). Robert recommended an excellent carpenter, Troy Downing, to do the construction, & coordinated the staining/painting & interior work. Troy also installed some replacement windows. Robert was a big help in the selection of stain & paint colors; not my strong suit. Robert has a very positive & professional attitude. Any concerns I raised were addressed & handled to my satisfaction. I will use CertaPro in the future. Troy is a keeper too.

Our condominium complex has four buildings housing individual units within each. Two of the buildings are two-stories, and had been painted on the cheap about ten years ago--so they were in dire need of painting and repair. A trusted friend gave me the number to reach Robert Norris of CertaPro. Very impressed with Robert's professionalism, who discussed our needs regarding the painting job while taking pictures of problem areas. Soon after our meeting, I received a thorough estimate via e-mail that I sent to all condo owners for approval. Once approved, we had another face-to-face discussion to recap various repairs and payment options. About a week later, weather and previous jobs allowing, a team of very industrious and pleasant people began the preparation process. Power-washing, replacement of a few bits of soffit and facings, putty work and caulking. There was rain and threat of rain intermittently, but once weather permitted, our team was busy at it once again and doing what appears to be an excellent and careful job. I noted especially the care they are taking to insure little or no paint spattering anywhere, concern for the foliage and property when moving ladders and equipment around, and the clean up after they are done for the day. They worked steadily the whole time on the premises and were not unduly noisy or careless of the sensibilities of the people who live here. At the time of this review, there is still another day's work to finish, as we asked them to install our new window shutters as part of the deal, but I can see that the finished product will be something we will all be very happy with, hopefully, for years to come. The buildings look great and the colors we chose are a nice upgrade to the old look of the property. Over all I'm very impressed with the pleasant, professional attitude of everyone involved with this company. They get it organized and done without a lot of delay or nonsense and the work is looks very good. As a very picky person about these things, I have to say I couldn't have done a better job myself and that's high praise, coming from me! Considering the size of the job and the configuration of the buildings themselves which present some awkward logistical problems, we feel the cost of the work is around what it should be, especially since it comes with a two-year guarantee should there be any real problems in future. Based on what I've seen, I'd certainly recommend this company to anyone in OKC.

From the estimate, to the selection of color, to the job itself a very positive experience. The crew worked tirelessly on a brutally hot day to get it done in one day. Showed good attention to detail. Overall a very professional organization.

We have had many contractors work at our home through the years and this project was the easiest and most seamless. From the first phone call to CertaPro Painters to schedule the free estimate, to the meeting with Buck to discuss the project, to the immediate on-site printed proposal, to the phone call and email follow ups from Buck, to the confirmation calls from Clairabel that the painters were on their way to our home, to the completed job and clean up, and to the final follow up from Buck to ask if the job was completed as expected. Buck was professional, respectful, quick to follow up when I called and emailed, and patient with my many questions. I asked and he had great suggestions that we used for our color choice. The bid was thorough and detailed. He provided insurance confirmation and a coupon for two free paint samples. The final cost was the same as the bid. I appreciated that Eddie, the supervisor, was on site during the painting. He quickly addressed each question and request. Eddie and each painter (Victor, Danny, Alex) were professional and respectful. They arrived 8 - 8:30 each morning and worked until 4:30 - 5:00 p.m...they stayed busy even with the hot temperature outside! We are pleased that we chose CertaPro Painters and we are pleased with the completed project.

Very well. Some miscommunication upfront relative to receipt of quote but Robert cleared it up and I hired them to do the job. Did a nice job. The Jose team was good. Worked hard to complete the job. Was satisfied with the work and the team. Will hire them again when we need paint work.

In May I received an estimate for repair and painting service. I hired the company in June and they explained that they were scheduling for the 2nd or 3rd week in July. They were right on track with that and started the process in the 2nd week of July. Repair services by the carpenter went great and painting occured the follwing week. Other than a slight problem with communication between the person that quoted the services and the crew that performed the work, everything went really well. The problem occured when the crew did not paint the shed. They came out on another day and completed the job. Looks great and I'm really happy with the results.

CertaPro painters was recommended to me by a friend. I was looking for a company that could fit me into their schedule quickly so that the job would be done before I moved into my new home. I decided to use CertaPro after meeting with the owner who took time to visit with me personally to give me a quote and provided reassurance that his team would complete the job on time and for a fair price. I was concerned that going with a big name national company would mean a big name price and was pleasantly surprised to hear that the quote was less than I expected. As far as the job they did - they were amazing. The owner made himself readily available, and I appreciated that. The crew was very professional, friendly and clean - they worked very diligently to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They even offered to help hang some shutters I was trying to hang myself (and not having much luck!) I thought that was so cool, considering that was not the job they were hired to do. I appreciated their patience with me in the color selection process; they even brought samples and offered suggestions. After they were done, I received a follow-up call from them to make sure the job was completed to my expectations. There's no doubt that I will use them again in a heartbeat, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent painters. Thanks, CertaPro!

I usually don't write bad reviews. I just hope that this might save someone else the headache that I went through. The good.... We were really excited initially about them. They were very quick to get us an estimate and get started on the work. They provided a great detailed estimate and seemed very friendly and professional. The bad.... The day they were supposed to come and prep they didn't show up. I called the main contact's cell phone number numerous times but got no reply. I was able to get through by calling the national company line. The main contractor then told me they didn't have time to get started that day. Fine but some notification would've been nice. We waited several hours for them to show up. They came and prepped the walls and cabinets. Seemed fine. They did not remove all of the lightplug covers and as a result it does not look professional. I had to scrape paint off the covers once they were finished. They got paint on my light fixture in both the master bath and master bedroom. After cabinets were painted, they had a weird orange peel texture. I was told by the painter that this was because we clean our cabinets with furniture polish. I thought the prep was supposed to take care of that. The finished product does not look good. Started chipping a couple weeks later. They painted all 3 rooms the wrong color. All 3 rooms were painted the same color even though one room was to be a different color. Supposedly this was the paint supplier's fault because they did not match the correct paint chip given to them. I decided to keep the color in 2 of the rooms and they kindly agreed to a slight discount for this. I wasn't thinking that I would need to babysit since I told the initial contractor everything that I wanted and had all of this on the estimate in writing. I feel like there was very poor communication from the main contractor and the painters. The written estimate had all of the details clearly spelled out about which room was to be which color and that the bathroom trim was to be prepped and painted as well. I even put the correct paint chip in each bathroom on the sink so that the painter would see it. The painter then told me that I only gave him only one paint chip and that I told him to paint it the wrong color. One room was repainted the correct color and was done very poorly. Supposedly this was my fault too because I rushed him. Paint was all over the bathtub and floor. Not full coverage on the walls and old paint color visible beneath. It looked terrible. They did correct this on another day. They did not prep the trim in the bathrooms even though this was clearly in the estimate. The painter said that he was not told that he would be painting the trim. They did paint the trim without any prep. Most of the paint is peeling and chipping off. It still looks terrible. Overall we had a terrible experience and would not use them again. It was very stressful and I was not happy with them at all. Hopefully they will use this review to communicate better with their team and customers. Maybe our situation was unique because there are other reviews on here that had a better experience than I did.

Buck came out, measured, and quoted a price. When we baulked he worked with us until we were all in agreement. They were able to come out immediately as we were on a time crunch. I left the paper paint colors with a few of the crew (did not speak much English), gave them a key and left. The first evening I stopped by and we realized that the first two rooms they painted were the wrong color, I spoke with the crew leader (Eddie) and Buck and they worked it all out. After that it went fairly smooth. They were wrapping up on a Thursday so we met them for a walk through (which had to be done on their time and not ours and without Robert or Buck in attendance) with the crew. We pointed out places they missed and messes they made and they addressed them. Overall the paint turned out great and I am very happy with the work. HOWEVER, I was furious with the mess. I went back on Friday after they finished to clean the house to prepare for our move in......I wish I had noticed all the paint splatter before the crew had left. Unfortunately they were already closed for the weekend and I did not try to contact anyone to come fix it. There was paint on the carpet, windows, tile, grout, counter tops, all bathroom fixtures, toilets, mirrors, trim, doors, there were shoe prints in the bathtubs and shower. There was painted water drops all over the kitchen sink and cabinet faces. I don't know if they were just less diligent with clean up or cover up because the house was empty or if they make that sort of mess where ever they do a job. Based on the mess alone I would not hire this company again. They should include a cleaning service after each job. They also drank the bottled water and monsters we had in the fridge and used up all the toilet paper and paper towels we had in the bathrooms. I did let Buck know Monday what a disaster it was and he apologized, by then I calmed down so I didn't demand they come and clean it up because I really just didn't want to deal with it, I had other things to worry about and I had already cleaned up what I could. I will probably be scraping paint for several years to come.

Initial contact with sales rep. was friendly and professional. Plan changes made as the work progress went smoothly and without incident. Adjustments to the original work and subsequent costs were reasonable. Painting took about a week. Painters showed up on time. Number of painters varied from 1 to 4 or 5. Painting and cleanup took about two days longer than estimated but this was not a problem. Crew supervisor had a good attitude, listened to our concerns and solved problems quickly. Interior semi-spiral staircase is carpeted. No protective drop cloth was put down on the stairs until the second or third day. I'd recommend that the painters bring standing flood lights so darker areas are well lit. Several small darker areas did not get a second coat as we saw during inspections. I also recommend the crew bring a shop-vac to pick up debris and sheet rock dust as some was left behind. The stairway accent light covers were reinstalled upside down, minor. At the end of the job I hand carried a 500 watt floodlight from room to room with a painter or two and pointed out multiple areas where paint had gotten on the trim, floor, toilets, sinks, etc. The painter using clean rags and a light solvent removed these problem spots as we went. Since then I've seen a paint drip or two that was previously missed. I would have been more impressed if the painters had made this final inspection and cleaned up mistakes without my having to point them out. That would have earned them an "excellent" rating. Overall the final result was a very good paint job. The paint quality and its ability to cover some very dark walls appears to be more than adequate. The workers maintained a professional attitude throughout the job. I would hire CertaPro Painters of OK City again.

Everything went great. Buck was prompt and gave a very thorough estimate and bid. Final price was same as bid. Very flexible when we added and subtracted a few different areas to be painted. Work was complete earlier than promised. Beautiful job! Cleaned up after themselves.

The details that I mentioned above are a very important part of this review. Since rain was coming off and on, the painters worked with us to schedule working around the rain chances. First they came and washed the house. Then they caulked all the necessary spaces. We have an old house and my husband had put new siding on the two ends so there was quite a bit to be done as far as getting it ready to paint. It had never been professionally painted and it is a 30+ year old house in the country. Then came the painting by two of the nicest people you could meet and you would never find better harder working and skilled painters. I told them they were artists because they put so much care into their work. It is now beautiful! The CertaPRO Painter man who arranged the job had come to our house and worked everything out with my husband. They made a contract detailing everything which would be done. It was very clear and thorough. I would surely recommend this company. We found them on Angie's list.

Called on the 21st of April they came out on the 24th for an estimate (Robert came out). I already had 2 other estimates done. I called them back on the 28th and asked if they could the match the cost of an estimate I received and do the job within that week. Robert was more than willing to do that and THEY DID. Eric and Manuel came out that Friday and did the job. They were very friendly and professional. The living room and hallways look fantastic. Clean up was quick and very good. No messes or drips on the crown molding or carpet. I plan on using them again in the future. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

They were fast, came when scheduled and did exactly what they promised. I will use them again.

The price estimate was great for the trim and front door painting; the lowest I had received out of 3 contractors! There was a crew of about 6 men. They were here early and stayed until it was done. After they had finished, we noticed it needed another coat of paint. I called Robert and they were out the next available day. This all happened during inclement weather (i.e. snow), but as soon as we had warmer weather they were back out to put on another coat of paint. Our house looks great!!

They started on a Wednesday and finished up on a Sunday. They came in masked everything off, covered everything and put drop cloths down and went to work. They were very nice and pleasant to deal with and didn't need much instruction past picking out colors and rooms to paint. I have many old windows with lots of trim in the house that they had to hand sand and paint and they did a great job on that. Overall great experience and would use them again in the future.

I called Certa Pro the first week in December, (based on the great reviews they have received from previous jobs) hoping for a quick response of an estimate and paint job before Christmas. I was very happy when Robert scheduled an appointment almost immediately. He showed up with paint samples and asked me to paint swatches on a wall to see what I liked best. He was extremely helpful in selecting the color I had in mind.. His workers, Eddie and Danny showed up the Dec 9 to prep and Dec 10 to paint. They were fast, efficient and courteous. They protected the furniture and floor with drop cloths, and made sure everything was clean and to my satisfaction before they left. I was very pleased with Robert and his excellent crew. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a clean and efficient paint job, and will hire them for future jobs.

Robert was fantastic to work with! He provided lots of sample colors so we could paint swatches on the walls and was very helpful and patient with me when it came to picking colors. His crew was very nice and they were able to work with my tight time table of getting the job done before we moved in the week of Thanksgiving. The entire experience was great. I've already recommended them to several people.
