Description of Work: They cleaned all 22 of the windows and glass areas of doors in our house. Although we do it ourselves at least once a year--the difference was truly amazing...looking both out (which you might expect) but also just looking at the house from the outside! Really clean!

Description of Work: They cleaned all the windows in the house, large and small, upstairs and down. They were a little hard to get in touch with at first, but that was partly because we have an out-of-state area code, which the provider usually ignores.

Description of Work: They arrived on time and went straight to work. The crew was very efficient and polite. They cleaned our home windows, indoors and out. They carefully moved all of the little knick-knacks I had overlooked and just as carefully replaced them in exactly the right spot. They gently removed our old wooden screens then ensured they were secured back in place when finished. It seems like the cleaning solution they used must make the windows resistant to smudging and spotting as we have had rain and blowing dust since then and the windows still look fabulous! They even threw in our storm doors for free!

Description of Work: Purchased the window washing special. I was contacted by email July 14, 2015. Mike scheduled the service for between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm July 22, 2015 to do the windows in our Florida Room. I gave him my address and directions to my home. When the crew had not shown up by 2:15, I called the Capital Window washing company and asked if we were still on for today. Mike said that he did not have me on the schedule. It was circled in his book but there was no address or name in the appointment book. He was sorry but he had 20 offers from Angie's list and he was having a hard time keeping track. He said we would have to reschedule. He sent me an email (so he had my contact info) and then he did not even put my name in his appointment book! I am sorry, but I can not do business with people like this. What would make me think he would show up next time. My husband and I are retired and we cleared out the Florida room so all the windows were easily accessible, and it was a big effort for us, so I did not want to do that again for a reschedule. I would like a refund, please.
