Description of Work: This was an Angie's big deal, and the provider made it clear that he had bitten off more than he could chew. He blew off the first appointment I made with him, and when he kept his appointment, he only washed most of our windows. The small panes that line our front door were not washed, and it's patently obvious this is the case when the sun shines through. They're cloudy and awful looking. The glass itself that was cleaned was cleaned pretty well. However, the offer indicated the sills would be cleaned out as part of the deal, and no windows were ever opened (so no sills were ever cleaned). Because so much dirt had accumulated in them, this was the main reason I had paid for the deal in the first place.

 + -1 moreThe appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM. I was ready. The supervisor showed up at almost 9:00 AM, and told me that the worker was running a little late. I was told that the process would take about 2 hours. The worked did not show up until almost 10AM. Now I run a business from my home and had a client scheduled for 10. They did not finish until almost the exact time I finished with my client, at 12 noon. So the overall experience was partially good, partially not so good. The actually clean windows were clean. The windows with storm windows were clean-ER. And the time management was very bad. Overall I would not use this vendor again.
Description of Work: The provider washed the outside and inside of 8 windows, plus a french door. It was not obvious at first in the "deal" that the price did not include storm windows, but it makes sense, it doubles the work. So they threw in the french door, which would normally cost extra. So the windows were cleaned, and a good job, but the in between area still had muck and cobwebs, so it was a partial success.

 + -1 moreI was a little disappointed that Mike had forgotten that I had said we had storm windows and had to cancel our initial appointment. But we rescheduled for the next week and they did such a great job, I most definitely give them an A. They even got the overspray paint off. I'm still amazed that these original windows look so fabulous.
Description of Work: They cleaned 21 windows inside and out in our 1976 2 story home. The majority of windows had storm windows.

 + -1 moreVery well. I bought a coupon on Angie's List for $89.00. I knew the price would be more than that because we have double the amount of windows that the coupon covered, and I let Capitol know that and they said no problem- they came out within 2 weeks; were on time; and did not charge too much. I had previously used a different company that charged $400 so I was expecting close to $300, but they came in at a total of $200, for a 2-story house with about 30 windows. I will definitely call them again.

Only complaint is job was described as "windows washed and tracks cleaned".Tracks were not cleaned but only slightly wiped out.- basically still filthy. We have a lot of windows, 32, so getting the tracks cleaned was a big deal for me. I did not realize how poor they were until after crew left. (I'm a full time caregiver to a senior adult) I have no complaints about the crew, etc. They were pleasant, prompt and courteous.

 + -1 morePersonnel were great, professional and courteous. The work was performed well and the windows look great. They even dusted all the sills and wiped out the tracks for the screens and where the windows slide. Took about 4 hours with two workers and one supervisor. They did miss the original appointment but when we called to see why they didn't come as scheduled they apologized and re-scheduled a week later. No problem for us. I'd recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

 + -1 moreWell they arrived before the time stated and I had been at an appt. They had already started without me giving them specific instructions. The manager was sitting in my kitchen and I thought I needed to sign something and he said no and continued sitting there playing with my dog and his phone. Then he moved into my den when the workers started in there. It was very uncomfortable having him just sitting around my house - not very professional! I did have to clean up drops of solution on my kitchen floor and sweep. They worked fast getting the job done and it was a great improvement, but just didn't think very professional.
Description of Work: Cleaned my windows inside and out in the back of house. They did a good job cleaning the windows as they were very dirty! They were to clean 15 windows according to my coupon and the back came to 16 and he did just call it even which was nice.

 + -1 moreOn Friday I called Mr. Rendeluk for an estimate and he came over that same day. We agreed to cleaning windows in and out including some storm windows. Because of Labor Day weekend he scheduled the cleaning for Tuesday. They arrived on time and quickly went to work. My house is a 1935 home and still has original windows, they were very careful of not breaking the ones with cracks. Windows were very dirty due to not being cleaned in years by previous owner. They did an outstanding job.
