Cleaned up after themselves. Left no mess. Got it done quickly and efficiently. Nice fellows.

Roof leaked the first rain. Gaping holes were left in the decking. Repeated questions were asked about the capacity of the gutters which still are inadequate. Mr. Pierce repeatedly said he would get the problems fixed. As of Sept. 2013, he has stopped returning phone calls when we requested the "fix". This company appears to be able to handle metal roofs and gutters but seems to have given up on making the job right. The main office is in Colorado and scheduling gutter installation and roofing has been an issue. Problems ranged from the exhaust fan setting off smoke detectors to water runoff due to inadequate gutter width which was initially addressed with the company.

It went very well once it was scheduled. Prior to scheduling they were a bit slow in getting back to me. I had to call twice (in a 2 week period) before I could get someone to schedule the cleaning. After that though, things went very well and it got done in a timely manner.

It went well. There were several trips required, but no extra charges.

Arrived while we were gone, but went right to work, he was almost finished when we arrived, had cleaned and leveled all gutters very pleased with job.

We used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It was perfect. They did a great job. We would call them again. They were very polite, very nice and absolutely helpful. They were very honest about our gutters telling us that we could save them for another couple of years before we replaced them. That really spoke to me about being honest and not trying to sell us something. They said that we can wait several more years maybe a couple more than that on our gutters even though they were twenty years old. They told us that they were in good enough shape. So they just told us to keep them cleaned out and repaired on the ends. They didn’t try to sell us a bunch of stuff, and we appreciated that. We tested the gutters out later and nothing leaks like it did before they came. We were pleased with that. With regard to price, we have compared the prices. We intend to use them again in the future.

He got here on time. Inspected the roof and talked with me about it. Proceeded on to clean the gutters. Even reinstalled a couple of screens that had come off. Very pleased with the work

It was a very good service. They were prompt to come out and do the work. They were going to finish up some things that they didn’t get finished and they did leave the job site without telling me that they couldn’t finish because they didn’t have the stuff they needed and we had to call back to them in order to find out what was going on but then we were hit by the Tornado and we had to have all new roof and gutter anyway. So it really ended up not bothering anyway. They did an excellent job of putting up flashing that we needed and cleaning up the gutters.

They did a really good job. They came out on time. I was very pleased. I had them come out and look at my roof. They didn't get a bid yet.

My contact was Nick. He was extremely pleasant and professional. We had a hard time making an appointment due to my husband's and my work schedules, but Nick was very accommodating. When the date was set he was punctual and professional. He did a great job and evaluated our roof and the gutters while he was here (both were OK). I had a special favor to ask - to clean a large spot of bird droppings off a stained glass window that can only be reached from the roof - while he was on the roof. He willingly obliged which made me happier than the clean gutters! I would ABSOLUTELY use them again. Their cost was also very reasonable compared to an earlier estimate.

After some concerns with the original crew's work, Nick and Brian promptly met with us to resolve all issues we had. As a result, the work was redone to the company's advertised high standard and we are well pleased with the finished project. The company proved it will work hard and professionally to earn your business and trust. We would definitely consider reusing the company's services. Rate A+.

I purchased a big deal for Brian Pierce Roofing & Gutters LLC. As far as I know, because I wasn't here when the service was done. I didn't follow-up after but they were prompt when they said they were going to show up and did everything as far as I know. As far as I know, like I said I never honestly followed up looking at the gutters because it was the cleaning. I'm going to assume they scheduled work because there was proper drainage of the gutters after. So, I have to assume everything was done properly. There were a lot of leaves from the Fall and after our roof was replaced. So, there were the gravel and leaves. Everything they sent on what I've seen was done. The price was fair based on what I had. It was a good price.

The gentleman showed up on time when he said he was going to. He was very thorough. He showed me what came out of the gutters. He pointed out an area that needed a small repair and he came back at a later date and did that. I would call him again. The additional repair was $50.

The service was prompt and very professional. The individual checked and cleaned all the gutters.

It was excellent. They did a good job, were thorough and professional. I would recommend them. They were prompt in contacting me and it took a little longer to get them out here but they were getting at letting me know they were backlogged from some of the weather. They met my expectations.

They called before they came over, showed up with a crew of 3 and spent 2 hours deep cleaning and repairing the gutters. They gave advise on future problems they thought we might have and ask us to inspect when they were finish. They did not rush on any part of the job, were friendly and encouraged questions.

We first used Brian Pierce Roofing for gutter cleaning. The were amazing and professional, even coming to do the job on a weekend. We then had a leak in our roof. I called Brian Pierce Roofing and they came out the same day to assess the damage figure out what was needed. The completed the work within a few weeks and again were always prompt and professional.

Called regarding leak on Friday. Was told they would try to fit me in their schedule for Monday. They did as well as accomodating my schedule and completed the work same day.

Had my gutters cleaned many times but this was the most professional job I've ever had.He brought all his own equipment. Did not ask for any of my hoses or for any of my help. What a great surprise. Used an Angies list coupon and got an excellent result

They were fast and fixed the leak we had over one bedroom.
