Nick gave us a reasonable price for replacing the roof and gutters and painting the ceiling which was covered by insurance. His estimate was the lowest one we obtained. The roofing was completed in a timely manner and looks great! Nick also hired and managed the painters inside and outside which were not covered by insurance. They worked hard and fast. Good job!

Called Brian Pierce and owner, Nick, came to house within a couple of days. Nick conducted a thorough review of the site, made recommendations, fully explained quality of all materials, then emailed an estimate within two days. We accepted the estimate and the workers appeared the following week. The roofing was done in two days. A week later the guttering crew appeared and completed their work in just under a day and Nick combed the a/c. The workers were professional and well supervised. Nick made a thorough inspection and ensured we were satisfied. I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, detailed explanations, desire to please. I would recommend him without reservation.

.Nick the repairman called me on Friday 7/17 and set appointment for Monday 7/20 morning. Nick arrived as scheduled. He climbed up on my roof and checked the chimney cap and flashings visually and using the garden hose. The verdict was flashing were good . Chimney cap that had been put on by a masonry company is off center and very open. This problem needs to be corrected by a masonry. Nick was extremely helpful and when we need roofing done we will call him again!

What a great experience we had with this company, especially Nick Aber. I called and got an estimate from Nick in February for having our gutters cleaned. With the leaves still falling from the trees, we decided to wait until mid spring to have the actual work done. On the day the work was scheduled, Nick and John arrived on time and spent over 3 hours cleaning and inspecting the gutters. They cleaned up all the debris that was pulled from the gutters and took great care when working in and around the landscaping. Nick pointed out areas where the downspouts were not draining away from the house enough and might leave us with drainage issues in the future. Most were very simple fixes and he gave us some ideas on what we could do to fix them ourselves. Everyone we spoke to connected with Brian Pierce Roofing and Gutters, including Danielle who booked the appointments, were extremely personable and responsive. We will definitely use this company again.

The guy came out and was professional and courteous. He soon sent me an appraisal and when I responded he disappeared. I emailed and called several times to try and schedule the work, but he never called or wrote back. Lame.

Excellent experience. Nick was very responsive, friendly, and punctual. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and was honest. He didn't try to sell me new gutters, although mine are probably 30 years old. He explained what he did, told me what to expect in the future, etc. Will definitely call him to replace my gutters in the next 12 months or so.

He was really nice. He came when he was supposed to and did a great job. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

today Nick did an excellent gutter cleaning job and installed the covers, even installing covers on small difficult gutters over the patio after cleaning them out. My spouse and I are very pleased with the work done..

Conversations with Nick were fantastic. Communication was clear; he even called to follow up on the receipt of the estimate to let me know he was going out of town and would be out of touch for a few days. The new roof looks great and matches the house. I am unsure as to the patching on the house roof, but a home inspector will let me know how that went. A little bit of difficulty with changing addresses of where to send payment. Overall, however, an excellent experience.

All work was completed satisfactorily in one day as promised. A few weeks later, a leak in the AC refrigerant was traced to punctures caused by roofing nails. A freak accident. One half inch either way would never have been noticed. They agreed to pay for AC repairs and did, though refund check was a couple of weeks late and reduced by $200 for extra shingles not originally charged for.

Nick, from Brian Pierce Roofing, called and set up a time to clean the gutters and downspouts. Since his work was just on the outside of our house, we didn't even need to be there. We could barely tell anyone had been there until the rain came the next day and all our downspouts were gushing with rain. Yippee! It was worth it to pay $129 for the Angie's list special to do a job we don't like doing.

Professional all the way from the first inquiry to the job completion. I received a timely quote. Nick scheduled an inspection. Received a phone call Friday of the previous week with a tentative installation. Nick followed up the next Monday another phone call with a definite date and time. Nick arrived with a helper exactly as promised and stayed and supervised the job from start to finish. I'd definitely do business with Brian Pierce Roofing Company again.

It went great, he was very quick and did a great job, even though the gutters hadn't been cleaned in years.

Job was started when indicated it would; has taken a tad longer than initially believed BUT ice storms, holidays and quite frankly, we are flexible so if something arose of urgent nature, happy to let someone NOT suffer damages etc., since we are good. Professional. Courteous. Integrity. Attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

It was a little more expensive than we had planned, and the insurance did not cover it all. However, they did a beautiful job that I hope will last (unlike the makeshift job done by our last roofer) through the Oklahoma spring weather. UPDATE: I just wanted to say that after a hailstorm a year later and a subsequent inspection by a competitor, Brian's roofing held up and still looks beautiful and provides protection! Thanks, again, for a professional job that withstands the test of Oklahoma weather!

They did a fine job and scheduling was easy. I was under the impression that they were going to inspect the roof while cleaning the gutters, but I may have misunderstood what my discounted service included. I would call them for service again.

The rook inspection indicated problems with the flashing around the skylights. I had asked for a quote, which they submitted a few days later. The quote was reasonable and I had them come back to do complete the job. Only issue I had was that it took them several weeks to get in touch with me after I first purchased the deal. Evidently, they were overwhelmed with the response to the deal. Other than that I had no problems...would definitely consider using them again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and he didn't come for quite a while, and when he did come, he performed the service. I didn't spend more than the amount on the big deal. They were fine, we were disappointed that they spent such a small amount of time. They were done in less than an hour, and we were thinking that 100 Dollars an hour for cleaning gutters is too much.

This was a Big Deal purchase. The appointment was made promptly and the service was scheduled for a week later. Nick Aber arrived a day earlier than was agreed upon and he did not call ahead of time. He cleaned the gutters in about 15 minutes. I believe that he dislodged one of the gutter connections, which I then had fixed by a friend. If it was not dislodged by Nick, but it was already dislodged, he should have told me. I think the list price of the gutter cleaning is $243.00 which would be an outrageously overpriced amount.

They were right on the spot. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.
