Long-overdue-for-pruning Maple tree in my back yard was damaged by a storm. So, I had several bids taken on this 40' tree. No easy task as it is in my back yard with no real way to get a truck and bucket into that area. This company was my choice and I am glad that I did. The strategy was to prune it so that it would no longer be a great big sail that would catch the wind as it had in the previous storm, and yet, not just "top" it. They came in with a crew big enough to do the job. They had to use ropes and pulleys to get themselves through the tree and prune it the right way. They were knowledgeable and worked quickly to prune and then remove a lot of debris. Clean up was excellent and the tree survived a long, hot Summer even though I had it pruned at exactly the wrong time of year. It's coming back very well now that Spring is coming and looks to be very healthy. It was expensive; but, completely worth it to add many more years of life to this wonderful tree.

In late November, I called Arbor Masters about cutting down some large trees that were destroying the fence between my yard and my neighbor's yard and prune a large silver maple tree that was dropping dead branches. Randy came out and did an estimate, telling me that the maple had a blight that was going to completely kill it within the next year. I took his suggestion to have that tree cut down as well. His crew came out the next week while I was out of state working and cut the trees down. My son was at the house and said that they worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up the entire area...even the tree branches that had previously fallen. When I got back to town, the first thing I did was go look at the area. It was very clean but I noticed that the crew had not ground down the stumps of the two original trees I had asked to be taken out. I emailed Randy and he immediately called and told me they'd come out and grind the two stumps they'd missed. Within an hour, a guy came out and removed the fence, ground down the stumps and replaced the fence. They did an absolutely terrific job all the way around. So good in fact that I rehired them on the spot to trim another large tree on the other side of the yard. I will definitely use them again...great work, great customer service, great price. You can't beat them!

I called last week. Arbor Masters set an appt with me to give a bid. They arrived on time. Their bid was extremely competitive. They arrived the following Monday and removed the very large tree, its stump and cleaned up all the leaves. VERY impressed! Will recommend to all our clients!

I have hired them again. The trees were on the neighbors property. I suggested to our neighbor to use Arbor Masters. After receiving a quote, I had to wait for our neighbor to come up with the funds for the project. Arbor Masters came out to remove 3 trees that were causing damage to our fence. After the fence was removed, they immediately came out to cut the trees down and grind the stumps down. In such a tight space, they did the job! The contractors took all portions of the trees, leaving my yard trash free. This company showed patience, because I had to wait on the neighbors to have money in hand. True professionals!

It went fine. There was one man who did the pruning, and he did an excellent job, even making recommendations on the tree that he was pruning, plus another tree that I'll have pruned as soon as the baby bird in it has fledged.

They had a very tricky job, and did a very good job. They also cleaned up very well. I was very pleased with their services.

We had a tree in our front yard that needed some "slimming down". I was concerned about the fullness of the tree and didn't want it blowing over by the high winds here in Oklahoma and damaging my neighbor's home. Our poor lawn service person could not walk under the tree to cut the grass. We purchased the property in 2004. The tree suffered a lot of damage from the 2007 ice storm. I thought it was a going to die, but it survived. In December of 2011, I decided to have the tree looked at. Randy came out and suggested that the smaller branches should be removed (so the wind could flow through the tree easier) and the bottom shape of the tree could be lifted. Randy was serious about not "topping" the tree, as other tree services (not qualified) have stated to me. I did some research on in and outs of tree cutting or pruning for your tree as a consumer. Randy took the time to talk to me about the health of our tree and so many other things about tree service. I believe Randy was happy that he had a customer that attempted to conduct some research; and knew what he was talking about when he arrived. Arbor Master's crew came out on time and was so professional and courteous! I was amazed of how many branches were removed from the tree that winter and they lifted the bottom shape of the tree. It has been a while, but I believed it took almost 2 hours max. They had a large truck to remove the debris from the yard and driveway. There was no mess. I didn't have to sweep up anything. The tree is surviving, healthy and full.

It was a huge mulberry tree that was probably 30 feet high. I think there were 8 or 9 full grown tree trunks. It grew and it grew from a bush to a tree. They took down that huge tree. It was in our electric line and having way too much shade in the back yard for growth. They removed the multiple trunk tree and they ground up the stumps there. It is very good service. It was very quick. They did a great job. I would use them again in the future.

I have used this company for several years. They have always been very professional and have saved or prolonged the life of several pine trees that others said should be removed.

I have used them several times and I really like them. They come when they say they are going to. Their price is more than competitive for removing and grinding the stump with everybody else. So, they are my favorite tree service people. They are the best. I recommended them to a neighbor since they had a tree limb fall on their house. Arbor Masters came out right away with their heavy equipment and it was after a storm. My neighbors were really pleased too. They know what they are doing and they are absolutely no nonsense. They did a really good job when they were last here. They are fast. I asked them some questions and they are really happy to answer questions that you have about the trees and tree care. It was $425 for trimming and lifting two big trees. I have used them for a long time. I feel like they know what they are doing. They take care of things. I had a pine tree removed that was right next to the house that was really large and had apparently been topped in the storm at some point. They were careful when they took out the stump. When you grind the stump, you have to be careful when it’s close to the house and I think they did a really good job. They also cleaned up their mess afterwards and that’s always a help. Their pricing is competitive. They are probably not the cheapest, but you wouldn’t want idiots pulling out trees. I think I got my money’s worth. They are not a super bargain, but they really know what they are doing. Fortunately, the remaining trees are not next to the house. Their quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are all excellent. I would definitely use them again.

After reading the reviews on Angie's List, I contacted Arbor Master's via their web site. After completing the estimate request form one night, I had a phone call the next morning saying their guy would be out on the next Wednesday to perform the estimate. Their estimate actually offered to do more work than what I had originally asked for and at a cheaper price than another tree service had given me. After reviewing the estimate I made a call back to the company to ask a few questions. I spoke with the arborist that came out (Randy) and he was very friendly and explained things in a very easy to understand way. He was very upfront with me that it would be 5-6 weeks before he would be able to do the work as he was booked solid. We didn't have a problem with that and appreciated his honesty. Since I was going out of town, I told him that I would fax in the signed estimate after I returned. Last week, I made a follow up call to see where we were at on his list. He was very apologetic for not getting to our house yet, but I assured him that I wasn't calling to complain and that I only wanted to get an update and told that we actually did not expect him for another two weeks. He was out to our house the very next day. =) THAT is great service. We didn't expect him to be out there and I even told him that if it was a week or two longer, or more if needed, then that would be fine too. Overall, this company showed extreme courtesy and professionalism. Hopefully we don't need to use them again anytime soon, but won't hesitate to call them back if we do.

Arbor Masters were prompt in returning my calls and showing up to my house. They were also very good at cleaning up after themselves. They are trusted and insured.

Overall I was happy with their service. Quality and professionalism were there at a good price which was significantly lower than a competitor. The only negative was the wait. They did tell me they were backlogged, no pun intended. I had to wait roughly 6 weeks.

I spent $600 on the job. They were prompt and they cleaned up well after the service. They trimmed a little more than I wanted, but it was my fault for not being more specific. I will use them again in the future.

Went fine. I've used this company for several years and would highly recommend them.
