This small company is great. One of our walnut trees is extremely large/tall. The owner of the company (Wes) came out with a new rig to spray the tree. The new nozzle he had would not reach the top of the tree. So he had his other service rig (with a stronger spray nozzle) come out to the house to respray that tree (no additional cost). He always called ahead when they were coming. They are an extremely nice, professionally run company. If you need tree work, please give them a try - I love to support growing companies who are trying to do jobs the right way.

We have used Arbor Masters for several years and they have always done an excellent job. When problems have come up they were quick to resolve the problem to our satisfaction. We have them scheduled for additional tree work and spraying to be done this year.

I called Arbor Masters for an estimate to trim 2 large oak trees and grinding of 2 stumps. Randy arrived the next day and listened to me describe what I wanted done. He expressed concern that one of the stumps I wanted removed was too near a living tree (it was very close). He said the living tree could be damaged if they tried to grind the stump. I appreciated him pointing that out to me and decided not to have that stump removed. He gave me an estimate of $450 for the remaining work and let me know that they were running about 4 weeks out on jobs and that they would call before arriving to do the work. Two weeks later, March 23rd, he called to say that they would like to do the job that day. He said the high winds were making it unsafe for his employees to do some of the bigger jobs but they could handle mine. They arrived within the hour and quickly and courteously performed the work. I was especially impressed with the great cleanup of the stump grindings and limbs. Also, they not only trimmed the broken branches from the oak trees but also cleaned up the jagged edges on the lower branches that my husband and I had left in our attempts to trim the trees ourselves. It was convenient to pay the bill online as well. I will definitely call Arbor Masters again in the future.

See Above I hired arbor masters wanting the expertise of the arborist employed there. We consulted made a plan and moved forward after many delays due to Arbormasters not returning phone calls. The crew showed up on time. I met them, I asked them do you understand the plan.... they said yes. They did not have a copy of the plan.... I made them get one, and we went over it. I then had to leave to go to work. I had several large trees that needed trimming.... The plan was to only cut the tree limbs back by 15-20% so the trees would not go into shock.... the crew cut limbs back 100% to the trunk.... they totally ignored their directions.... I find I am now being overcharged by at least 500 $. Phone calls not being returned of course. Run from these people.....they are nothing but men with chain saws...... they totally ignored the directions of the arborist. You can find cheap guys with chain saws with no expertise..... They did do a good job of cleanup from all the trimming... gotta give them that.

They were really reasonable and professional. They were a good company. I would recommend them.

It always goes well with Arbor Masters. Wes always calls beforehand and reminds me that it's time for a service, but won't perform the service without speaking to me first. We confirm date/day and then he will provide that service regardless of whether I'm home or not, which is nice. He also keeps me informed as to what the service will do for my tree/plant but doesn't get pushy towards a sale which I appreciate. Recently a separate invoice gets mailed to me with payment options whereas previously I mailed in a copy of the spec sheet that is left on my door after a service. I like the invoice being mailed to me, just because it allows for me to enter a credit card as payment if I choose.

They did good job cutting the two old trees and hauled them off. They left the yard nice and tity. I would hire them again when needed. They were nice, polite and efficient.

A friend had recommended we look into Arbor Masters. My first comment on my notes was NICE PEOPLE! The receptionist that took my call was extremely pleasant and helpful. They were able to get Randy out the following day. We were not able to schedule an exact time but more of a "drop by". That was a little uncomfortable for me, but completely understandable since it was such short notice. Randy was incredibly nice to interact with, knowledgeable and very professional. He pointed out some things on our magnolia that we had not even noticed before. He quoted us about $450 for the services which we thought was very reasonable (lower than another bid we'd received). We chose a different company because we'd used them for some previous tree-trimming and they could fit us in this week (teachers - spring break). We will definitely consider Arbor Masters for future projects and recommend them to other friends.

On time, courteous, hard working and through. When I found something I would like to have done, they complied with a smile and would ask if that is what I wanted or if there was anything I would like to have done.

I called Arbor Masters in May and told them I needed some trees trimmed and some taken down. Randy came out and walked around the yard with me, and we made a plan about the job. He told me it might be a couple of months before they could get to me. I said that was fine. When I hadn't heard anything by Sept., I called back. The lady in the office told me she would contact Randy and call me back in 10 minutes. She didn't, so I called back the next day. She placed a call to Randy who was out on a job, and he said he was glad I called because he had misplaced my paper work. He apologized and said he would be here Sept. 15th. After that, the office scheduler called and confirmed the date. Sept. 15th came and went, and I heard nothing. In the meantime, I called another company and got the job done. Randy called me Oct. 1st and told me they could come do the job. I explained that I had called someone else to do the job. He apologized and that was that. I hate writing this negative review, but if businesses want to succeed, they should expect to be held accountable for how they deal with prospective customers.

The majority of the bagworms are gone. I see a few that didn't get killed, but we had an infestation and the little devils are tricky to locate and kill. The lone "B" was given just because it took awhile to get a response from the technician.

The estimate was done the same day I contacted them. I was not home at the time of the estimate as the tree that needed to be tended to was located in the front yard. I chose to do the work myself as for the cost of the services I was able to purchase my own chainsaw and do the work myself.

The call to Arbor Masters was to get a second opinion about a Golden Deodor which appeared to be diseased. I had been told by the first tree service that the tree was diseased and needed to be cut down. Estimated cost was $850! The Arbor Masters specialist examined the tree and said that he had seen this problem before. He explained that with the severe Oklahoma winter that we had, that the tree was overstressed. He pointed out how the some of the smaller branches were green. His advice was to wait for the weather to warm up and the brown needles should shead and new growth will begin. This was certainly good news to us. It has been two weeks since the visit from Arbor Masters and I can see new growth. I couldn't be more pleased with the tech's knowledge and his honesty. Because the tech took the time to explain the problem and his desire to preserve the tree rather than say "you need to cut it down" made a strong impression on me. I have contracted with Arbor Masters for additional services for spraying and fertilization. Update on the sick tree 05/06/2014: The weather started warming up and the tree started sheading the dead needles. The needles are nice and green now and the tree looks great. Thanks again to Arbor Masters for their "on target advice" and helping save a beautfiul tree which our family enjoys.

They did an excellent job and were very careful to ensure no damage to our home or our neighbor's home. They cleaned up well, as well as were very professional and on-time.

The appointment took place fairly quickly with the aborist. I appreciated his suggestions. We agreed to have some trimming done and to start treatment for the trees for fertilization and pesticide. We still haven't had the trimming and it has kind of disappeared. He said it would be late in the year and it is now the new year so I will be contacting him again. The other services were fine but they didn't follow through on the trimming.

They removed a 70ft tall pine tree from the front yard. They were on time and the entire tree including the stump were gone in the same day! Excellent work and VERY economical in comparison to three other bids I received for the same work.

They came out and looked at all the trees. They even set tape around the trees. They were supposed to email me and respond but they never did. I called for two weeks straight and I still haven't gotten a response. Apparently they lost the paper work, they didn't know who had it. It was just like a big mess. They were very unprofessional. She said that they would have somebody out come out and do it again but why would I have them come out and do it again if they didn't do it right the first time.

We were told that they would be out at 9am to give us an estimate. My father called them at 930 to find out where they were. The woman who he spoke to said she would call them and find out where they are and call us back. We never received a call back. When I called at 1230 to find out where they were, the woman said that A) no one had ever told us they'd be here at 9am. B) she called us and left us a message which none of us had. She said they would be here in the afternoon and give us a 30 minute courtesy call in advance. It is now 330pm and have still not heard from them. I was actually really surprised when I got on Angie's and saw they had won an award for good service when we were treated so poorly.

After finding a termite swarm around my pine tree, I called Arbor Masters (based on Angie's List ratings) and asked them for an estimate for cutting down the tree and grinding the stump. They gave me what appeared to be a very good estimate, but then said it might take a while to get out to do the job as they were in the middle of so much tornado clean-up. Though I understood their dilemma, I told them I was eager to have the tree taken out as soon as they could, not only because of the termites, but also because the tree was leaning toward my house a little. The next week I got a call from Randy Clifton, saying he was worried about the tree leaning toward my house and so was moving up the removal. I came home a day or two later to find the tree gone and no damage to my house. They did have to come back later to do the stump grinding, but that was OK. I thought their price was very competitive and they got the job done as promised, and squeezed me in during a very busy time. I would do business with them again.

Extremely professional and efficient business. All our questions were answered when we had the estimate, which was reasonable. The work crew showed up on time, and got right to work. A very professional, efficient, and polite team of workers. They got right to work and despite the heat, they did not stop until they were finished. Very impressed by the fact they had and used safety equipment, safety ropes, etc. . All the tree limbs, branches, etc., were cleaned from the yard and hauled away. The stump grinding was done the next morning by another professional, polite, efficient worker. Very impressive company, and I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future. Highly recommend this company. They are honest, hard working, efficient, timely, and local.

Wes is an obvious expert in his trade! After his assessment he advised me the tree would recover on its own and he provided additional advice regarding other tree and lawn care steps we should take in the future. First class professional service at NO cost. If the need arises, these folks will be my first call.

Great service, this is the second time I have used Arbor Masters and I won't use anyone else. Their service is top knotch, the employees are courteous and obviously experts at what they do. They have the heavy equiptment necessary to deal with big tree problems. Each time I have been very satisfied with the job they do. You might find a cheaper contractor but you won't find a better one.
