I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the estimate to the finished tile work Advanced Tile Concepts was on time and did a fantastic job. I requested a custom pattern for my floors and the finished floors were beyond my expectations. Russ and his son are true craftsmen and it shows in there work. I would gladly recommend Advanced Tile Concepts to anyone that needs tile work.

I had a hot mess of flooring in the house I recently bought and needed some serious help at a reasonable price. These guys were fantastic. From the first phone call and prompt professional visit for estimate to the last day of clean up, they were friendly, proficient and professional...and did I mention that the floor looks amazing?!?! I would gladly bring them back for any future tile work I need done and I highly recommend them to anybody that needs any tile work completed.

We took three other bids for this job (Lowes, Home Depot, and a local service provider). All these bids were cheaper. Lowes would not remove the appliances or old floor. The local provider received bad reviews from Angie's List. Home Depot would have removed the old floor and the appliances but did not get good reviews from Angie's List. The decision to go with Advanced Tile was a good one. To start with Rusty Wells (owner) showed up exactly on time to measure and advise and produce a bid. He was busy and so we had to wait for almost two months for the job to be done. As mentioned before my wife wanted to separate the different designs on the tile to specific rooms so Rusty purchased and delivered the tile shortly after we took his bid so that she could go the tile and pick what she wanted in each room. When he started each day he arrived on time. He worked the rooms in such a way as to minimize the disruption to the household that having the floor unusable and appliances unavailable made. The job would have taken three or four days. However, he had machine problems and had to repair his saw so it took five days to complete. Despite the delay, the work was completed in a professional manor and the work still looks great!

It went pretty good - I'm pleased with their work. The only problem was they didn't have me order enough tile to totally complete the job. It was supposed to go into a closet as well, but we didn't have enough tile to do that.

Awesome experience. The crew had the tear out complete in one day and left no mess. The finished tile looks great!

First of all he called me back and he is very prompt about responding to whatever questions I have. I just got the quote and did not get any service from them yet.

They helped me to choose the tile and design. Got me the best deal in town on the tile and supplies. They were on time, courteous and professional. My tile is perfect! I will recommend and use them again.

They were courteous, thorough, consulted us throughout the entire process, they did not exceed their estimated cost, their work was professional and the results were excellent. I definitely would use these guys again in the future.

In a city where finding someone to even show up for an estimate is nothing short of miraculous, these guys delivered and then some. Completely professional and easy to work with. We even had a glitch (2 actually) in getting our materials on time and they were able to move us around on their schedule to accommodate. Answered all my calls and questions. They were clean, fast and did a beautiful job. Even repaired the slab penetrations left by the plumbers under and behind the freestanding tub. I just wish I had looked them up before doing all the other tile in our new house by myself. I would definitely hire them again without hesitation.

Company was accessible. Returned calls promptly. Work was superior. They were on time and the estimate was right on. This is not the cheapest bid we got, but we are glad we chose this company. They are very professional and do excellent work.

They were great and I'd recommend them to everyone. Gave me an accurate estimate. Started and finished the job as promised. Left their work areas clean each day. The finished floor looks beautiful. Good problem solvers also.

They started on the day they said they said they would be available. They came early every morning and remained on the job until they were finished. They are very good to work with. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with their work and think you will be also.

From the estimate until the sealing of the tile, Rusty, Russ and Kelvin were very professional, knowledgeable and clean. I recommend this group to be the best in class.

"Pride in their craft" are the only words to describe the ATC team. Rusty, Russ and Kevin are true craftsmen who strives for perfection. They love their work and it shows. The shower conversion was for my 84-year-old mother who has had a stroke and struggles with dementia. They were very aware of the inconvenience the work caused for my mother and did their best to not disrupt her schedule. They, also, had no problem with my nosiness when I was constantly checking the progress. I was told the job would take five days to complete and they finished right on schedule. The finished product is beautiful and I will definitely use ATC in the future.

My husband and I have been working on a long remodel, and Advanced Tile Concepts has been the best part of the process. I couldn't be any happier with the work that they did on the house. They were professional, courteous and responsive. One thing that is very important to me is that the contractor is extremely communicative, and Advanced Tile Concepts is. Rusty always responded to any and all of my messages within minutes. I also felt that they were easy to trust (and they were great with my dog!), and I didn't once have to worry about the quality of the work...these guys take tremendous pride in the work that they do. I would recommend them to anybody!

Advanced Tile Concepts did a wonderful job at installing our travertine kitchen backsplash. They were able to assist our needs rather quickly and showed up on schedule and on time daily. They were very knowledgable and extremely hardworking. We are very satisfied with the their work and highly recommend their services.

We could not be more pleased with the work done by Advanced Tile Concepts! They met us at the tile supplier showroom and assisted us with the tile selection and made sure we understood the advantages and any disadvantages of each type of tile. Once we made our tile selections, they picked the tile up at the supplier?s warehouse and delivered it to our house. They had great suggestions for the design of a new walk-in shower in our master bathroom (We joked with them saying they gave us a 5-star shower in a 3-star house!). We replaced two toilets, all sinks, all countertops, all faucets plus all shower and tub hardware. They helped with removal of these items and even hauled them off for us. They coordinated their work with the other installers (the granite installation company and plumber) to insure their tile work didn't impede the work of another installer. To sum it up, these folks did what they said they would do (and more), showed up when they said they would and delivered beautiful tile work. Their installers are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! We strongly recommend Advanced Tile Concepts to anyone looking for a tile design and installation company!

We were in a bind with company coming and one bathroom out of commission and they saved us. The previous tile layer was not able to finish and we had called several just hoping to get someone to help us out but everyone was busy on other jobs. Rusty and his Dad were super efficient, prompt and courteous and their work was impeccable. We are thrilled with the results and so happy they were able to squeeze us in between other jobs they had already lined up. Although I have installed lots of tile myself over the years, my arthritis now prevents me from doing such a large job. So I am very familiar with tile installation techniques and what makes a good job versus a mediocre one. This is a small company. The owner and one other person did the installation. They were very knowledgable and we discussed techniques, thin-set mortar and grout selection, and sealing options. Their installation went as promised. All aspects of the installation were excellent. Perfectly flat installation with no lippage, absolute straight lines, perfect grout work with no visible hazing. They performed the work very quickly. The installers were very professional and had great attitudes. They cleaned the job site very well and even helped me by moving the "hoss" refrigerator back into the kitchen.
