Rusty and Russ did a fabulous job on my new master bathroom shower. Love, love, love how it turned out. We needed a handicapped accessible shower and we got a beautiful functional piece of art. Rusty is a tile artist. He took the time to use his creative talent and my wishes and created a gorgeous bath. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I will use him again for sure. 👏👏👏

My entire experience with Advanced Tile Concepts was wonderful. Rusty responded within 24 hours to my voicemail requesting an estimate and came out to do a free estimate at my earliest convenience. The next day, I received a very detailed written estimate, which was relieving. When I had questions or wanted to modify the estimate, I received a modified version within 24 hours. The estimate may seem higher than other contractors, but it is worth the extra cost because Rusty and his dad, Rus, do exquisite work. I wasn’t in a rush for the project to begin, and only had to wait 5 weeks for work to start. Each day that Rusty and Rus would be coming to our house, he called or texted the day before to let me know what time he’d arrive, and he arrived on-time every day. They put down drop clothes. Even though it was more inconvenient for them, they kept their tools outside and the front door closed which helped keep cool air in the house during hot summer days. After demo, they cleared away all debris and vacuumed; so, the area was immediately comfortable. They were quiet and very respectful of our space and time. They finished each day before 5:00pm. At intervals during the tiling process, Rusty stopped and asked me to look at the work so-far and if it was what I wanted. He does amazing work. The tiling looks so elegant and precise and level. It looked better than I could have ever imagined. Rusty estimated a 4-day project, and it took 4.5 days only because we agreed to spend the extra half day for them to clean up. They did an excellent job of cleaning the area. I’m very happy with the finished work of the shower. It is bright and beautiful. Rusty’s excellent skills have made the shower the highlight of the bathroom. I will contact him again for any future tiling projects. I highly recommend Rusty and Rus for the best work in OKC area.

Went perfect. Done in less than a week. These guys are great. So far they have done 2 bathrooms in my house and will be using them for the 3rd soon.

Perfect! All work completed ahead of schedule; with no advance notice I expanded effort beyond original estimate and work was accomplished as desired within planned timing. Very professional; neat; controlled dust during demo; cleaned up each day so home remained livable throughout effort. I plan to use them again; already arranged for an estimate on an additional property.

They arrived on time and left on time each day. They were extremely methodical in how they laid the tile and used a tiling leveling system to make sure that the long planks were level. They were extremely neat and cleaned up after themselves as they went. There was no mess whatsoever. The quality of work was excellent. I would use them again. Very professional .

It was started by a different company which did not performed the work to my standards. Mr. Rusty Wells of Advanced Tile Concepts and his associate was brought in to fix the problems with quality of work previously done. Mr. Rusty Wells work was impeccable. The attention to details was fabulous. I am very happy and relieved. You may have to wait a bit but he and his company is well worth the wait. I wish I had hired him to begin with. I give Advanced Tile Concepts, LLC an A+ rating.

Rusty showed up for the estimate when he said he would, sent me a written estimate. I scheduled the install and they arrived on time and had also picked up my tile on the way. They worked hard and the job was done quickly. I recommend them to anyone that is having tile installed. I have had tile installed before, and the installers were a nightmare. It’s great to have someone that shows up on time, as well as completed the job correctly and quickly. I will post some pictures, but they don’t do the floor justice. It looks wonderful!

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work and the precision used to install the tiles on the walls and the floor of the new master shower. They demolished the old tile shower with a minimum amount of mess. I was thrilled with the attention to detail exhibited by Rusty and Russ. They are very pleasant to deal with and are also very careful to clean up at the end of each day on the job. I couldn't be happier with my new shower.

Despite our house being built in 2008, the master shower was not adequately waterproofed, some of the grout and tiles were failing, and there was a musty smell in adjoining rooms from water damage. I solicited quotes from four contractors, and Rusty's quote from Advanced Tile Concepts was the most thorough and competitive. He provided immediate responses to all of the questions I texted him and helped point us in the right direction when selecting materials. I researched the waterproofing system he uses, and it is the most state of the art system currently on the market. When it came time for him to do the work, he showed up when he said he would, was incredibly courteous, and kept the worksite clean. Demo of our old shower revealed extensive mold and water damage to the underlying studs. Rusty replaced the damaged studs, installed the Schluter waterproofing system, and then the tile that we picked out. As you can see from the photos, he did an immaculate job with the tile. Everything is perfect. There were no surprises with the entire process, and we are going to hire Advanced Tile Concepts to do more work in our home.

From start to finish working with Rusty and Russ was a pleasant, professional and fun experience. I tend to be a perfectionist and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their work and the detail they incorporate into what they do. They were also extremely good at communicating the status of the project at the end of each and every work day and throughout the day. They responded quickly to all of my questions and comments by text or phone and were very helpful to give me ideas and suggestions along the way. I wasn't able to be there on a day to day basis and felt very comfortable trusting them by themselves at my home. I am delighted at the outcome of my new bathroom and would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking tile work or a kitchen or bath remodel. I will be doing another bathroom remodel in the near future and will be calling upon them again, which in my books pretty much says it all.

The shower looks great, they were a pleasure to do business with, they finished early, cleaned up every night before they left, and I couldn't be happier.

Sent a message via Angie's list contact section on 12/16/17. Left multiple voice messages requesting to be contacted. Rusty never responded to any of my requests as of 12/22/17. I find that to be rude and unprofessional. Sorry Rusty.

Russ & Rusty are the best! I can't begin to say how pleased we are with our new shower. They helped us with our vision & made it happen. Our shower was one of those plastic insert type. They pulled that out, brought the shower out about a foot & tiled. What a difference! If you are looking for a professional, punctual, trust worthy company, you can stop looking now.

Rusty and crew were punctual and finished the job in the time estimated, but the most notable thing about them was their cleanliness! Every day they cleaned up, kept their things in a tidy pile out of the way, and at the end of the job they went above and beyond to make sure everything was back to normal. These are nice, dependable guys. I will definitely use them again!

Russ and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen/laundry room tile. Russ was very friendly and easy to communicate with in person and via the phone, We felt that he and his team were trustworthy and provided a high-quality work product. We can't speak highly enough of his eam. We plan to hire them again for our kitchen backsplash and bathroom remodel.

He was great. He moved my very heavy washer and dryer out, removed my vinyl flooring, and installed tile in a diamond shape design. He even painted my wall behind the washer and dryer for me. Beautiful job, and I wished I had had them install my back splash tile above the counter top in the laundry room, because the guys who did it, did a terrible job. You get what you pay for!

These guys are awesome!!! From the first phone call to the very last moment - nothing less than professional.? I asked them to give me a bid on installing some tile in my kitchen, laundry room and a half bath.? They arrived as scheduled and had a written quote to me within a day.? I agreed to have them do the work and they placed me on their schedule for December 2015.? They arrived on the day of they had me scheduled and got right to work.? They had to rip out carpeting that was in the kitchen and take out old tile in the laundry room and half bath.? They removed the toilet, the washer and dryer,?the refrigerator, and the base boards?.? We didn't have to do anything!? They took care of the smallest of details.They always placed tarps down where they walked through the house and kept all dust to a minimum.? Everything was picked up and kept nice and neat at the end of each evening.? I am so very glad that we hired Russ, Rusty, and Kevin? to do the work for us.? They had to blend the tile into a larger carpeted room and they came up with the perfect design so it looked like a natural fit as if it was originally designed that way. We were so impressed?with their workmanship my husband agreed to let them redo our master bathroom.?This project was placed on their schedule for February 2016?and again, they came on the day they said they would and started right to work. ?For this project, they had to completely gut the shower and replace everything.? The bathroom?walls were originally tiled half way up and wallpapered, I wanted that removed and wanted to have the sheetrock textured instead.? These guys can do it all!!!? It was like one stop shopping!? They replaced some of the old boards that had rotted in the shower and had to have some new plumbing installed.? I also wanted to have new light fixtures and a vent installed as well.? They had their own contacts for the plumbing and electrical work which needed to be done so I didn't have to coordinate that part.? Also, while they were working on the bathroom, the adjacent closet could use some sprucing up too so they textured those walls and replaced the carpeting in it as well.? I didn't even have to pick the carpet out - they had a contact who installed the carpet (a remnant that he had)? and now our closet looks brand new.? I trust these guys totally!!!! They paid attention to every little detail .? They have impeccable taste and workmanship.??I had one of those glass?shower doors installed by "The Shower Door Source" company and the man that?took the measurements for the door even commented on?the quality of workmanship he saw.? He said very seldom are the measurements that true which?made his job much easier.? I still have one other bathroom that I would like to have remodeled in the near future, and of course I will be calling on these three men to work their magic again.? You will not be disappointed if you hire this team - super nice and very professional!?

When I think of Russ and his crew, the first word that comes to mind is "Craftsmen". I read the positive reviews on Angies List and hired them with confidence, knowing the job would be done well. What I didn't realize is the degree of craftsmanship they would bring to the job. They did the final touch-up today and all I can say is "WOW"! Our shower and floor are spectacularly beautiful (partially due to my wife's great taste) and we couldn't be happier. The job was not turnkey, as I had to hire my own plumber, electrician and counter installation folks, but they are all secondary to the base of beautifully laid tile, cut to precise measurement and straight as a rail walls and grout lines. We chose a higher end tile (reflected in the total cost) but Russ used his discount to help reduce the price. I think they were here here two days longer than scheduled to complete some additional work we requested after we realized their skill level. All in all, there were no suprises in scope of work and the results are world class. Thanks Rusty and Russ.

I wish that there were more businesses that operated with the skill, professionalism and efficiency as Advanced Tile Concepts. They were on time, neat, professional (good follow through), skilled.....going the extra mile. They deserve an A+. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to make an update with any type of tile job.

returned., In August of 2015 I removed the Laminate flooring from the master Bath due to a leaking toilet stool. I then started laying out the new woodlook tile for installation. Unfortunately I fell ill and eventually was in the hospital. The end result was a master bath with a bare concrete floor and no toilet stool. I contacted 2 handyman services requesting a quote to lay the tile and reinstall the toilet stool. one gentleman came out and said they would send me a quote the next day. Not true it took a week and a phone call to get the quote and it was very high. The other service I never heard from after my initial phone call. On the 16th sept I contacted Russ Wells at Advanced Tile Concepts. We set an apt for him to look at the job and give me an estimate. He arrived at the time we had agreed upon, looked at the job and said he would call me back that day .He called me that evening with the estimate which was very reasonable. Russ told me they had a 3 week job starting on the following Monday and wanted to know if I minded if they finished it on Sunday the 20th..Russ and Rusty arrived promptly at 9am on Friday and impressed my wife immensely when they laid cloths from the front door to the master bath to protect our floors.They proceeded to lay the tile and were finished by noon. They returned on Sunday the 20th to finish grouting and installation of the toilet stool. The floor looks great. I would recommend Advanced tile Concepts without reservation to anyone who needs tile work.

The crew was on time each morning and completed the job as promised, within 4 days. My husband moved the washer, dryer and the trash compactor out of the house before they started the job. Because the guys didn't have to deal with moving those appliances, Russ gave us a discount on the final price. That was a very nice surprise!

We had been looking to redo our Master shower for a few years; after some research, we found Advanced Tile Concepts. They were initially difficult to get a hold of, but once our communication started, it was an extremely easy process. Russ and Rusty provided a quote and customized the work to what we were looking for. They referred us to a vendor and picked up all the required materials once we had the wall, floor, and accent tile selected. Throughout the installation process, they were very professional and kept us in the loop to any changes/work that was being done. Our shower turned out better than we imagined; we would recommend Advanced Tile Concepts to anyone needing tile work.

The family trio of Rusty, Russ, and Kevin were great to work with, start to finish. From the quote to the finished work they were professional, punctual, and transparent. Communication with them went smoothly and handled any concerns with to the point answers. ATC turned our original bathroom, built in 1960, into what my Wife and I had visualized. The original tile was dated and worn, the shower pan had been compromised, and it had become near impossible to keep clean, making it an embarrassment to us. After receiving a few quotes, we decided on ATC based on reviews found on Angie's List and pictures of their work posted on their website. They weren't the cheapest quote, but I believed that they offered us what the bathroom needed and they did not let us down. The demolition went smoothly and they were as quiet and clean as they could be considering they had to remove 2.5" thick mud walls from the old shower. They had a good plumber who came out and replaced a cast iron P-Trap, changed out the old shower valve, and removed the toilet. ATC was able to replace some studs that had succumbed to mold and other decay to where it looked like new. They took the right amount of time while laying the new shower pan and tile for everything to cure. They always asked questions if a situation presented itself during the project. The finished product ended up being even better than we had anticipated. I would hire them again and would recommend them to anyone needing new tile. They might seem a little expensive, but if you want it done right, these are your guys.
