Description of Work: Russ Wells and his crew truly rescued our renovation after a contractor we had hired botched our bathroom tile installation. Russ and crew took the tiled tub surround back to the studs; their plumber repaired the leaking pipe in the wall damaged and covered up by the previous contractor; Russ properly installed and waterproofed new cement board and retiled the tub surround and vanity backsplash. On top of that, they finished in three days, left not a sliver of tile to be found in the work area, and did an absolutely beautiful job. We could not be more pleased. Their pricing was fair, their work is meticulous. They saved our remodel and we would certainly hire this company again.

Description of Work: Overall, this was a good experience. Advanced Tile Concepts replaced some 100 sq. ft. of water-damaged wood laminate flooring with matching wood floor. Price for materials and labor was competitive. Workman arrived on time, kept everything neat and tidy and was finished in 1/2 day -- with no problems. My only minor complaint is that during the pricing/estimate/scheduling process, it seemed that I was the one that always had to initiate the contact. But I still give them good marks.

Description of Work: The company advertises free estimates, what they should advertise is free labor estimates. Not including a material estimate in an estimate is a waste of my time, I'm not hiring someone to rebuild my shower who doesn't do a full estimate.
