Description of Work: Worker was thoughtful enough to apologize for being a few minutes late (traffic, and not a big deal). He was immediately able to size up the situation with my slow-draining sink (the garbage disposal was the issue) and fixed the problem quickly. I appreciated his work!

Description of Work: Mr. Wolf augered my toilet many times and thought that he cleared the blockage that caused overflow. He kept saying it was in the toilet itself, not further down the line. I feared tree roots. Had to call and have his helper remove toilet to find 2 small plastic items I accidentally flushed. I believed that Mr. Wolf should have removed the toilet during the 1st visit and so he reduced the price by $50. to make me happy. I believe they were excellent plumbers and very professional.
