Overall great work. They even had to cut out a bush to get to the break. They hauled off the debris. They did extra man labor which saved me money overall since the didn’t bring in an excavator. I would call them again in an instant.

Ray is a really nice guy and an outstanding craftsman. He gives extra effort to complete his work He is very busy but will do his best to work with your schedule.

Ray is fantastic. Seriously. I've used him twice - once to clear a stopped up kitchen sink and another time to repair shoddy work another plumber did (replace two leaking tub faucets). He returned my call (shouldn't be something that distinguishes service providers, but plenty don't), arrived as scheduled (the second time on a Friday evening!), and completed the work in under an hour both times... all for a very reasonable price. I could not have asked for a better experience. Ray will be my go-to plumber from now on. Thanks, Ray!

I hired this company to fix the issues at my mother's house. They did real good; they're very positive, in my book. They got to us real quick, the next day, and had it fixed by the end of the day. We were happy they got to it - it took a lot of effort.

I thought everything went very well. I searched Angie's List for about 30 minutes looking for a good rated plumber; I actually found someone else first who never responded to me. I left a message for Advanced Plumbing the next morning, and Ray called me right back. He asked me several questions to make sure that he understood everything, and he said he would try to get out that same day. Sadly, my work life interrupted that process. I updated Ray to let him know that I couldn't be at home during the time frame, and he was so understanding. He told me he could get out on Friday (my next free day, not his). On that Friday, Ray was VERY prompt and super professional. He asked how my day was going and made me feel very at ease with him being in my home. I showed him the shower that wasn't draining. He ran some water to see the flow for himself while he was asking me about any unclogging attempts I had made. He got his equipment from his truck, cleared the clog after just a minute or two; water immediately started draining like it should. He moved on to tighten the bushing on the shower handle that was basically pouring out water, and he even tightened the other side while he was here. He also let me watch so I could fix it should it ever happen again. Ray was here maybe 30 minutes total, but he had wonderful stories about his years as a plumber. He was so respectful of me, my house, and everyone's time. He always made sure to clean off his shoes after they got wet in the shower so nothing would track on the carpet. I would definitely hire Advanced Plumbing again and again.

He did a good job. He came right away. If I have a plumbing job I go to Advanced Plumbing.

Ray contacted me immediately once I posted my work request on Labor Day and was able to come the next day, He was on time, professional, quick and effective. I was really pleased with the results and the price was fair. i will definitely use Advanced Plumbing again next time!

I contacted Ray and he called us back in a reasonable amount of time for someone working. We made arrangements for him to come out the next day and he was there exactly when he said he would be here, as he always is. He came out, fixed the leaking faucet in a very timely manner, and discussed fixing another plumbing problem for another days work. He gave us a great price as well as a great price on the future work. There are times when Ray is extremely busy and a small amount of wait time should be understandable with any job (if you do have to wait) Ray is affordable, great work in a timely manner and gets all of our work!

It went reasonably well. It took the guy a while, but he had never seen my sink nor the faucet. So that is understandable. My only issue was that they arrived at 8 PM and were there pretty late (late for me anyway).

Ray is always so cordial and is on time and professional. He did a wonderful job and cleans up after doing the job. Our disposal was in horrid shape and it took a bit of work to get it out of there but he got it. Now the water flows freely, it smells SO much better and the work was done quickly and was very affordable! I recommend Ray for all your plumbing needs!

Ray was having an extremely busy day and got there in the evening. He did promise that he would get to us that day and he did, and he apologized for the lateness. He came out and replaced a thermal coupler which was about $125. He thought that would take care of our problem. It lasted for a bit and then went out by the next morning. I called Ray and we discussed our problem and he said we could try putting in a new thermostat dial or we could go with a new water heater. Our water heater was about 12 years old and he said they usually last any where from 12-15 years. We discussed our options and elected to go with the new water heater. He told us that he would pull off the thermal coupler and there would be no charges for that initial visit and repair. It was the holiday season and we were able to light the heater in the morning for showers and then it would go back off again. We told him that we could wait until the first of the year to install the new water heater. He came out and installed the new water heater and he knew that the code in Norman now requires us to have a release valve installed and so he took care of that too. We were extremely pleased with Ray and his business and will definitely be using him for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Removed the old vented assembly and installed the new vent free base and logs. Very satisfied with the service. Would use again in the future.

I contacted Advanced Plumbing to get an estimate for switching out old outside faucets. He came and gave an estimate, but was unable to return to do the work. I called again right before a big freeze and he came right out and helped me before the freeze and did not even charge me because he felt bad that he was unable to do the work earlier! I will be using Advanced Plumbing in the future.

Ray was professional and prompt and completed the job in a timely manner. We would definitely use this company again.

Ray was so very kind and I could tell, from the start, he was glad to have my business. I had a family emergency and had to leave in a hurry. He said he would bill me for the services and to go be with my sister-in-law, who was in the hospital. He said he would pray for her, which I greatly appreciated. He left my bathroom clean and was a delight to work with. I will certainly keep him in my phone....he's my plumber from this point on.

Ray was quick to respond to my call and came to do the job within a week.

It was a pleasure dealing with Ray. He was on time, very professional, clean , patient in answering my questions and most of all a great plumber. He did the job and gave me honest answers especially when I thought I needed something done and he explained why it was not necessary. As to the price he was very, and I mean very, reasonable. I highly recommend Ray and will use him again whenever I need a plumber.

The first attempt was a failure and he had to come back and do it right. Works fine now.

Ray is polite and very professional. He explains things well. The outdoor faucet required a major overhaul but he worked tirelessly to get it done. It looked so much better (as the last one stuck out too far). I would definitely use him again.

I highly recommend this company! I called to schedule on a Thursday afternoon and he squeezed me in the next day. He was very polite and described/showed me what was causing the leak (I felt silly because it was something I could have fixed myself). He was able to get it stopped by tightening/re-attaching my faucet nozzle. I was beyond shocked when he didn't even charge me a service call. Its very hard to find honest people like him these days. I will definitely call him in the future with any plumbing needs!
