Description of Work: Ray was great! We were matched with him on snapfix, and couldn't have been more pleased with the result. He got right to business, found the problem, and brought me in and explained everything b4 he moved forward. He really wanted me to understand what was wrong and weigh my options vs. just trying to sell me on something. He was very professional and polite. He was quite nice to talk to, very friendly. He fixed 3 problems in just over an hour and was very reasonably priced. We were very pleased with this service and will be using Advanced Plumbing for any future plumbing issues. Thanks Ray!

Description of Work: My toilet was running constantly, which had been doubling my water bill for two months. Unfortunately, I couldn't turn the water off, because the shut off valve was so encrusted with lyme, I was afraid it would break off. I set up an appointment through Angie's list over the weekend and had to cancel our Monday appointment, so they came out early Tuesday and quickly replaced the shutoff valve and the inside workings of the toilet. Then, as a kindness, the plumber tightened up my toilet seat and lid. He was very friendly, fast and professional. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for drain cleaning for $89.00 and the work was done very quickly and professionally that day. Not only that, but Mr. Wolf responded to another emergency quickly the day I called when our hot water heater went out. Another hot water tank was quickly installed and finished promptly, even though the installation went well past 9 pm that night. I will always call Advanced Plumbing and Sewer for all my needs from now on.

Description of Work: It was a big job, upgraded two bathrooms, installed shut off valves, new faucets & since stoppers, re-ran drains inside the wall (as I requested). This fixed a slow draining problem we have had since we moved into this home a few years ago. Very professional, on time, excellent quality workmanship. I will have them do more work on future projects.
