Arrived on time. I showed which faucet needed to be changed. Completed the work. Took about 30 minutes. No issues. I needed the work done and the price provided by Angie's list made the selection easy.

Great! Came the day I called! Couldn't believe how fast it went. Should have called them a long time ago.

He was very professional. Fixed problem in no time. Answered all our questions patiently. Would definitely call him again.

The drain in question had been "snaked" on numerous occasions. Advanced showed up on time and ended up finding what I can only describe as a eyeliner pencil with a wig. Problem solved. Great service !!

They were very courteous and professional. I was impressed by their honesty and friendliness. They cleaned up after they finished and I couldn't tell they had ever been there. Except of course that the faucet didn't leak anymore! Great service. Will use again.

I called for service at 12:30 pm. The technician arrived to work the job around 3 pm. It went rather smoothly. The job took close to 1.5 to 2 hrs. Mike the technician was very pleasant. I originally asked how much they thought the job would be, but I wasn't given a quote prior to Mike's arrival.

Vendor arrived on time, was professional, and unclogged drain at a reasonable price. I would use this vendor again.

The guy that came out here was really nice, seemed to be very honest. He got the job done and everything's working. The price was far less than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone.

On Friday, April 18, 2014, I contacted Advanced Plumbing & Sewer Service due to this business' Angie's List ratings and reviews. They also happened to have an $89 special for the problem I was having. I spoke with Ray, who, after a few moments of back and forth Q&As, was able to make a diagnosis regarding the problem over the phone. He said that it sounded like a routine drain clog, but of course, he couldn't say for certain until he actually took a look at the setup / problem. He said that they were really busy, so the plan was for him to call me again on the following Monday to schedule a date and time to come out. On Monday morning, Ray called as promised and said he was sending his employee, Mike, that morning to help me with my drain problem. He gave me an estimated time of arrival to expect Mike and he arrived within a few minutes of the ETA. After only a few minutes, Mike had the drain flowing again like normal. He even cleaned up the mess that had been made before leaving. Both Ray and Mike are very friendly and personable (and, importantly to me, speak ENGLISH), yet both maintain a professional attitude. They both are very knowledgeable and experienced plumbers and I have nothing but good things to say about them and Advanced Plumbing. I would highly recommend this company. If you are unable to catch one of their special deals, I believe their regular rate is very reasonable.

I had a stopped up kitchen drain and had been trying to clear it myself for several days to no avail. We had decided to replace the countertop and sink and faucets anyway so we pulled all these thinking I could then get a better shot at cleaning the drain myself. When I failed yet again we bought a Big Deal of Angies List with Advanced which was basically a half off deal for a drain cleaning at $89.00. When I tried to schedule it the earliest date was the following Monday and with the kitchen torn up that was not a great option for me. I called Ray at advanced and explained my situation and asked if there was anyway they could send someone sooner even if I needed to pay extra for after hours. He told me he thought they could be there this evening and would call me back. Ray called back shortly and said they would come later and that he would call when they were on their way. About 5:30 He called to let me know someone was on their way and Mike got here about 6:00. He was very friendly and professional and cleared the drain on the first try. He even went above and beyond by offering me input an the best way to plumb all the pipe I was replacing. They did charge me an after hours fee of about $58.00 but the total was less than they usually charge for this service during normal 8-5 working schedule. I was able to redo the rest of my kitchen project yesterday and we are now functional again because of their interest in help their customers. Thank you Ray and Mike for a great job.

I scheduled a time when he could come out. I received a phone call, stating he received my schedule request and he could abide by that time. He showed up promptly and was very thorough about his job. He asked questions, verifying which drain he was supposed to clear. He was nice but professional in his demeanor.

I called this plumber because of the rating on Angie's list. Unfortunately, I had previously had work done by a contractor that my Homeowner's Warranty company sent to me to unclog a bathtub drain. They not only did not unclog the drain, they got the snake cable stuck in my drainpipe and cut it off and left it with my tub drain also disconnected from the drain and just closed the panel up and told me they had unclogged it! I discovered what they really did when the carpet on the wall behind the tub started getting wet and the Warranty company sent out a different plumber this time (per my request). The second plumber sent by the home warranty company is the one who discovered what the previous plumber had done. However, the mess left by the first plumber sent out by my home warranty company was not covered under the home warranty.The warranty company "excludes" any responsibility for damage done or incomplete work by any contractor they send out. (Hard lesson learned for me.) Anyway I called this plumber (Advanced Plumbing) to see if he would come out and give me a quote on what he thought the cost might be to make repairs. He called me back within 24 hours and we discussed the problem. He probably spent 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining some of the issues that might be involved. It was apparent he was very knowledgeable about plumbing, especially in an old house like mine and he was giving me ideas about the least expensive solutions - what he thought any plumber should try first. I decided to wait and see what I could get done by the warranty company first before calling him out to do the work. Now that I know the work will not be covered by the warranty company, I am going to call this plumber because he was so helpful in explaining what the issues were and willing to consider several possibilities for fixing it. My expectations are that he will do good work. June 3, 2014 - Update on the work performed by Advanced Plumbing. Once we arranged a date for the work, a plumber came out and proceeded to do the work. It took a full day to get the job done as unfortunately, a bit more was needed than we initially hoped. The worker was courteous, worked as quietly as he could, kept me informed along the way, finished the job and cleaned up completely after himself. I'm sure it would have been easier for him to jackhammer a bigger area in my bath to give himself more room to work, but he kept the hole in the floor to the area of one large floor tile! I was amazed and grateful. I paid the full amount that the plumber estimated for cost of the job before he had seen under the floor to know all the work needed. So, the cost was a bit more than the original estimate, and the plumber has been very gracious in working with me to make a few payments to get it paid off. This was the best plumber I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I will definitely use them fo all my plumbing repairs.

Advanced Plumbing was really a great company to work with. Mr. Ray talked me through the issues we were having and offered some really great advice. We scheduled for someone on his team to come to the house and they did a great job. I appreciated that they didn't automatically try to use all the technology available to diagnose a problem, but they effectively worked to solve the issue. I hope to be a long time customer if ever I need plumber help.

It went real well. I did not meet him personally. We spoke on the phone a couple of times. He took care of the problem and he was considerate of my renters. He gave me some information to do some maintenance on the drains so perhaps I won't have to call him to clean them out. Everything went well. He seemed to be reliable and knowledgeable. I would use him again.

Shower drain backed up one night when temperatures were below zero. Our regular plumber recommended that we call Advanced Pluming & Sewer. Advanced Plumbing & Sewer came out quickly and cleared the line. Had a few more problems and they came out again....no charge. Very happy with their service, price, promptness and courtesy.

They had to dig underneath the foundation and replace the pipe. They did a great job and I don't have any complaints. They gave me an estimate and the price was same as the estimate. They were very professional and I am satisfied with their work
