Prompt, courteous and I never felt like he was out to create work for more profit. He got right to the job, identified the issues quickly, told me the problem and fixed the problem areas. Afterwards, he ensured the area was clean and put back together properly. Best service from a contractor I have had in a long time!

He was prompt to respond to my call and messages, and was very helpful.

The first time I was out of State and my sister was home when they arrived to try and fix the leak. Seemed to fix it but later, when I returned home the bottom cupboard was flooded. Called and as soon as possible they came out and tried to fix it again. But same problem. Third time, I purchased a whole new sink unit and they came and installed it. Works great, leak fixed and they were very professional the whole time

I originally gave a bad review due to him not showing up as planned but he has been in constant contact, even coming by the house when he did not have my number on him, ever since. There were extenuating circumstances at the time that he did not show up and I completely understood that. Excellent communication, excellent work and we appreciate the time he took with us despite just losing his long time friend and co worker. Thank you, Ray! Well see you again soon!

It took 2 1/2 days to complete since they had to dig so far down.

1. I scheduled an estimate with the plumber and he no-call no-showed. 2. The following day I left a message requesting an estimate and he rescheduled and arrived reasonably close to the time of the appointment. 3. Plumber provided a detailed explanation of the job, considered different options, and made recommendations based on our circumstances. Took time to answer questions and seemed knowledgeable. Promised to provide a detailed estimate. 4. After nearly two weeks, has not provided the estimate.

I purchased the $89 drain cleaning special from Angie's List, hoping that would take care of the slow drain in a house I was getting ready to sell. Ray contacted me quickly and was out to the house before I know it; it turned out that things weren't as simple as I'd hoped they would be (are they ever?). He ended up having to snake the sewer all the way out to the main; in the process he had to constantly fight against a PVC cleanout that had been installed backwards by a previous plumber - he had to run the snake backwards so he could navigate a right-angle turn immediately after the incorrectly-installed cleanout. It was obviously a difficult job, but Ray was pleasant throughout and more than fair with the price he charged. I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing, and wouldn't hesitate to call them out again.

After having the water company check my meter for the excessive, unexplained amount of water being billed, they determined that there was a water leak somewhere on my property. I called Ray Wolf at Advanced Plumbing and explained the situation. He sent one of his men out to check and after replacing the shut-off valve that wasn't working, he determined that the leak was under the slab flooring. The following day they sent a leak specialist out to find the source. It was determined that the leak was under the slab in my dining room and Mike came out the following day, repaired the leak, filled the hole and concrete back in and put everything back together. Entire job was done very efficiently and professionally with everything left as clean as before. Would recommend Advanced Plumbing to anyone.

The service was fine. The deal wasn't for the complete service. It was just for kitchen and bathroom only and not for outside lines. Price was okay.

I called a different company where I was given an appointment for the next business day. Based on the belated explanation, I would use the provider again in the future and have adjusted my review accordingly.

The plumber contacted me promptly to make appointment and arrived on time. It was a very cold day and since it was a Holiday week I thought he might call to cancel, but he was right on schedule. When he realized the shut off valve was broken he advised us he would have to turn the water off while he installed the toilet. I appreciated the warning because the grandkids were here and of course immediately they all needed to potty. He was polite and professional and completed his work in short order. When he told us the shut off valve was broken my husband came in and said I wonder how much that is going to cost us .... But the plumber didn't charge us a dime more than the $99 coupon we purchased through Angie's List. YES, we will be using his company again.

They contacted me immediately to schedule a work date that was a little over a week out. After that I found out my handyman will do the job for less. I have no complaints about Advanced Plumbing.

After calling another company (on Monday) and being told it would be Thursday or Friday before they could come out, I decided to call Advanced Plumbing. I originally reached voicemail and left a message and Ray returned my call in about 30 minutes and told me he could send someone out later that afternoon. A short time later, Ray was calling me back to let me know he was able to send someone out right away. He even told me the name of the plumber he was sending out (Mike). When Mike showed up he got to work right away and was friendly and professional. I would definitely consider using Advanced Plumbing again in the future and recommend to my friends and family. Ray at Advanced Plumbing is such a professional and a gentleman -- I spoke with him on the 'phone when Mike, his service man called him to report he was unable to clear the drain. Ray spoke to me at length, outlining options. He stated he did not want me to pay for the failed attempt, and referred me to ROOTER MAN, specifically Tony. He stated if Tony was unable to clear the drain, nobody could do it. He outlined he needed to purchase a slower RPM rooter machine. He also stated Tony would come out the following day, but possibly same day, 11/19/14. I returned to work, and much to my surprise, Tony's office called and stated he could be there in 15-min. I agreed and drove home to connect with Tony. Let me tell you what a great guy Tony is....very polite, very quiet and very focused. This man worked and worked for several hours and was finally able to clear my shower drain, saving me AT LEAST hundreds of dollars and the hassle of have yet another contractor come out and break up the shower floor and start busting up the concrete to get to the "double 90" problem area. Both of these companies are very reputable and I recommend either and both. Thank you Ray, Mike & TONY - I'm spreading the word about what great companies these are. Went well. Took a little longer because he had to go and get parts and only one sink lined up with the original piping because we bought new sinks. Plumber was very good and stayed until the complete job was finished.

They were great. I guess they were only supposed to do one but he did two for me because it was within an hour.

He's really good! He's got several years experience and is very nice to work with. He's come out several times and given me several good suggestions (and hasn't even charged me). He's very honest -- he went with a less expensive option first when he was unclogging the drain.

It went fine. They had to change time which was no big deal. They gave us several times. They were very busy and made sure we were accommodated. They were bending their schedule to accommodate ours. They were very nice, professional. We have had no issues since the repair.

He was knowledgeable, neat, and professional. Once he found the leak, he replaced that link of pipe and cleaned up everything afterward. I would definitely use this service again.

Snaking the drain line caused four leaks. I was charged an additional $186 to fix the second pair of leaks, which I asked the plumber to fix during the first service call. Did not feel I should have been charged full rate to fix the Leak the original repair caused. The owner of Advanced Plumbing returned my check for $186 in response to my review. Accordingly i have revised my rating for Advanced Plumbing to be fair to the owner.

Ray and Mike have been really, really helpful to our elderly parents in Mustang, they have come out the same day we've called them, in three water events with different causes (very old plumbing...) and cared about getting the folks' situation taken care of before leaving. We are very pleased with their service and responsiveness.

We purchased an Angie's BIG DEAL ($89 drain cleaning service) this morning and this company came this afternoon! The owner, Ray Wolf, was most helpful and accommodating about my time constraints. He called prior to arriving and got to work quickly. He not only did a great job, he cleaned up the mess! He did not try to add on additional charges beyond the $89 I purchased. I heartily recommend him and we will use him each time we need plumbing work from now on.

First rate in every regard. The installer was on time, very polite and helpful and the product has been working fine. I wouldn't be afraid to use these guys again.
