Chad has taken great care in servicing all of our commercial, farm and residential plumbing needs since 2008. He has seen us through 2 homes, and 2 different commercial buildings. He has rerouted plumbing, remodeled bathrooms, installed water softeners, new pressure tanks, new hot water tanks, new gas lines, amongst the many numerous "I need you here now" emergency phone calls to fix leaks and other plumbing drama's. He has never failed us, has always been prompt and dependable, and best of all....his pricing is very fair and he provides you with a detailed bill. So you know exactly what you being charged for. I have dealt with several contractors in the past few years. They were reliable, they did exactly what they said they would do and in the time frame they said they would do it. It was just their general demeanor. We meet with and the different plumbers but they seemed like they were some of the ones who more had their stuff together. We got estimates from $1500 - $5000. We found them on Angie's List.

We had problems with hot water in the sinks of both bathrooms in our home. We got several estimates and chose Chad based on his personality, estimate and reviews on Angie's List. We had old galvanized pipe under half of our house which needed to be replaced. Our main line was also old and in need of replacement. We previously had no main water shut off valve in the house. He told us in advance that he was booked out for a couple of weeks and we agreed to a tentative start date. The job took 2 days as promised (we were only without water for 1 day!) and he was very conscientious, replacing some of the parts in one of the toilet tanks when he turned on the new lines and heard the toilet keep running. We are very pleased with the work.

We liked him so much for plumbing, and so went our water heater recently and he replaced our water heater. He is a very professional person. He doesn’t overcharge me; if he does something and I am not happy with it then he will redo it with no cost to me. He is always on time. He cleans up after himself as well.

They are very responsive. They are easy to work with. I called yesterday afternoon, and he gave us recommendations on how to get through the evening. They showed up today to repair the problem.

They came out promply on two visits to clear all the old silicone, replace the shower head and cartridge. Fixed the loose pipe he noticed as well. Allowed the cleared caulk areas to dry for several days with a fan on it as it had separated from the wall on three sides. Came back out and buttoned it all back up, caulked and inspected all funtions. All works perfectly now. Very professional, explained each step and what was being done and why. Had all needed parts on hand, worked effeciently but did not rush the job. Added them to my list of go to maintenance providers.

Great job, contacted him on Thursday and asked for a Saturday or evening and was told that based on my location this would not be a problem. After talking he came by first thing in the morning on Monday due to my scheduling changing. He spent and hour at the house essentially rebuilding the kitchen sink and applying a generous amount of grease to the parts rto help prevent further loosening of an otherwise working faucet. Saved me $150.00 in a replacement faucet not to mention any install cost. Replaced the inner workings of the Delta shower which has stopped the the constant drip in the shower.

I noticed water on the floor of my garage on New Year's Day and was afraid I wouldn't get anyone to come out on the federal holiday, Monday, but Chad was up and working when I called. I described my concern of a leaking hot water heater and he agreed although already booked solid for the day to come take a look. None of his suppliers were open, but he worked my service need in, so when they opened on Tuesday we might get what ever supplies we needed to make repairs. He called before he came and was right on time. After examining the hot water heater he determined that it was not the problem, but likely a backup in the plumbing drainage. As it look like it was flowing again, and might have been triggered by a backlog of water from laundry and dishwashing, no further service was needed at the time. Chad took the time to explain how the problem might have happened and what I could do to avoid it in the future and what to watch out for. He also took time to answer other questions I had about updating my current plumbing and was well-informed and pleasant to deal with. He did not charge me for the visit. I will use him for future plumbing needs.

Chad Douma's is the owner. He came out one time and then he came back again because I called him as I thought there was something wrong. I couldn't rate them any higher. He's excellent. He's the owner. His rates are reasonable. He got here when he said and explained to me what part of it would be on me. I guess the price was what most of them charge. The quality of work was excellent and he was such a pleasant young man too. He was very good about cleaning up afterwards. I've had plumbers or repairmen before but Chad hauled off the hot water tank and if there were any little pipes or anything he picked up and put it away. He was just excellent. He owns the company incidentally. After I called him, he even made a trip up to my house on a Saturday because it was leaking. He made a trip out to my house from where he leaves which was probably a twenty or forty mile round trip. He came out that very afternoon after I had called him that morning to make an appointment. He did my old hot water tank and hauled it off that day. He came the following Monday and installed the new one. To me he went far and above. He did not charge me extra for that or anything. He didn't want me to be without water because my neighbors had turned my water off for me.

Chad was great to work with. I called him after detecting a leak from my old gas water heater and discussed type of tank to purchase and options including tankless. We agreed that I would purchase tank & he would pick it up from dealer, install new tank to full code and remove old tank and materials. On the agreed upon install date Chad arrived on schedule with my tank and proceeded to remove old and install new. His charges broke down as follows: $300 labor; $50 pick-up & removal; $202 misc parts; $17 tax. Well within the $600 estimate he gave me. Quality guy, quality work, fair price. Total project cost with 12 year, Energy Star gas Hot Water Tank: $1300.

They were prompt and very good to work with. We have another step before we use them, but we will be using them in the future.

Slow both from my schedule and his. He contracted tile out and that was a time killer as the contractor was a student at OU. However the tile is Great. It took close to 2 mos at best to get this done to finish. I cant complain about this as I was cause for 75% of the waiting that happened. I will use them again, But there will be a definate time to get job done and if my job is not a priority to them, there isnt a reason to be working for me. I am happy with the work..Cost was OK ..I would contract him again.

The stopper in my upstairs bathroom sink was stuck. The lever had broken and I couldn't let the water out. I called Waterboy's on Monday and spoke with Chad. He was very friendly and told me that he was so busy that he probably wouldn't be able to get to me until the next Tuesday but if he had a job north of Norman, he would try to get to me in Moore. Needless to say, a few days later he did call and asked if I still wanted him to fix the sink. I left work around 12:30 in the afternoon. Shortly after I arrived home, Chad arrived promptly at 1pm. He had to replace the entire piece inside the sink. The job was handled in less than an hour.

He was fast, did a great job, and charged a reasonable price.

It went excellent! I called Water Boy's to enquire about a sewage smell we had been experiencing in our master bathroom. It was quite unbearable, but more pronounced in the evenings and mornings, especially after a load or two of laundry. Within 2 hours of calling him, Chad was at my house diagnosing the problem. Within another hour or so he had pulled the toilet, put in a new seal and caulked it. It fixed the problem! I no longer have to worry about a stinky home. Thank you Chad for your amazing customer service and fast response!

Istalled the pressure regulator under our house, and showed us the the pressure was reduced to a normal level. Made sure that everything was working before he left.

I will definately use this company when needed.

Called Water Boys (Chad) to schedule a repair on a toilet after reading the many positive reviews on Angie's List. He answered the phone and was obviously busy with a job and asked me to all back and leave a message and he would call me back. I did leave the message but it has been 3 business days (including the initial call date) and no response from Water Boys. I understand being very busy, but response time on the initial call does reflect on the quality of the job. I have had to schedule the job with another plumber.

He is just a nice guy and you get the idea that he is just like anybody else; trying to make an honest buck. Friendly and honest is how he came off to me. I sent him to my mom's house so that's as good a recommendation as I can give. I will use him again in the future.

I called Chad on an emergency basis because my husband was in the hospital and our hot water tank went out. He was booked solid, but rearranged his schedule in order to help me. He came out, found that the heating element had died, went and bought one and came back and installed it. He showed me the receipt for the part and billed me only $270. A very reasonable price! I deeply appreciated his quick, efficient response, as well as the quality of his work. I will definitely call him whenever I have a plumbing issue in the future. He is one of the most polite and courteous service people I have ever encountered.

He gives the best advice, doesn’t over sell you, is fair, and is very neat.
