Great! Very friendly, arrived when stated and kept to his schedule. Was easy to reach and explained things very well. We would def hire again for any plumbing needs in the future.

He was prompt. Did what he said he would do and was upbeat and friendly the entire time. He knew the neighborhood and some of the problems we encounter in these houses.

Arrived on time and performed each task professionally and without surprises. Demonstrated how to perform the unit flush each year and explained each step so I could do it myself in the future. VERY HAPPY ME! The price was less than a third of what other plumbers quoted for the job.

He acted condescending towards my wife. He appeared to act as though my wife had no idea what she was talking about. He gave us incorrect information about our plumbing problem and said we needed more expertise than he had.

Called and left a message Water Boy Plumbing returned my call promptly and was very curious and worked with me on when they could come out and install a gas line for a new stove. He was on time and preformed the work to our high expectations and I will use this company again.

He was responsive, called me back quickly and then showed up when he said. The job went well except that in process I found out my sewer line has collapsed or is broken. Will definitely use Chad for this repair as well.

Chad was on time which is always a good start. He quickly and efficiently installed a new faucet and water filter. While replacing the faucet he recognized that the P trap was rusted and leaking. He replaced that part and only charged me for the part. Chad was a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a skilled and honest plumber, and who doesn't?

We've used Chad/Water Boy's Plumbing for a variety of jobs at our old and our newer house. I think his work is solid. He's honest, efficient, punctual, reasonably price, and good communicator (e.g.,if he is caught up finishing a previous appointment he calls, and he explains the work he's done). He's the sort of tradesman you want - someone whom you can form a relationship with and will get to know your plumbing.

This is about the fifth time we're called upon Chad to help with plumbing problems and our experience this time, like all the previous ones, could not have been better. He came first to our house to look over the items that needed attention and found that the toilet didn't actually need the work we thought it did; it just needed a simple repair which he did on the spot. The other two problems required parts and some investigation to determine the specific fixtures. Chad discussed various options for the kitchen faucet, clearly explaining the pros and cons of various choices. At my request, he made a recommendation which, while not the cheapest, was clearly the most reliable and most easily repaired should repairs be needed in the future. He picked up the faucet for us and called when he had a chance to work us into his schedule. We arranged a time to meet, he showed up on time, and did a superb job. His knowledge, expertise, and competence are exceptional. He is, therefore, very busy. People who want to hire him for work need to understand this and be flexible. He has always been great about working with us to find times when he could come by that were convenient for us to be here.

He found several problems that we did not realize and corrected them. He was very professional and did quality work.

Provider was prompt, courteous, and professional. He came to diagnose the problem at the end of his workday as I contacted him later in the day. He returned the next day to perform the work. He explained why we were having the problem and how he was going to repair it. His prices were reasonable and we were very pleased with the work. My kitchen drain was completely clogged. I called Water Boy's and talked to Chad. He was there within hours of my call. The line was completely clogged with grease and he had to run the machine thru it. He did a fast professional job, cleaned up the area affected by running the machine as well as the grease on the pipes. He left a gallon of degrease to help avoid the problem in the future. An excellent job.

Chad provided and installed the 2 new Western Pottery toilets and tried to fix our American Standard "Champion" toilet that was less than 10 years old and a new design water saver toilet at the time it was purchased. He worked on it for quite a while, thought he had it fixed and working reliably, but finally realized that it needed a replacement part. We LOVE the new Western Pottery toilets. As Chad had explained, they work with a very simple but effective and reliable mechanism. We chose to buy ADA (American's with Disabilities Act) approved toilets (they are taller and have an elongated oval bowl), because we are in our early 60's and figured we would already have them when the time came that we would need them. They are more expensive, but well worth the extra cost if you have any joint issues or arthritis, etc. Unfortunately, the part necessary to repair our American Standard toilet is no longer available-it turned out to be an unsuccessful "new type" design that just did not work out well. Chad had told us from the start that problems like the one we encountered with our American Standard toilet was the reason he did not recommend that brand-or several others-anymore. We are very satisfied with the work that Chad did for us, all of the information he shared, and the price he charged to do the work. He is very personable and informative as well as being an honest and highly-skilled plumber. We felt his charges were very reasonable considering the high quality of the products we purchased, his skill, and the time he took trying to fix our "unfixable" toilet. We plan to have Chad come out soon and replace it as well. We will definitely call him again when we are in need of his services.

He does everything on his own. He is on time and his prices are comparatively speaking to everyone else. It's wicked cheap for the great product and services. He was totally helpful on everything that he had to do. He didn't sound like a salesman making money. He told me straight up what I needed, what I was going to get and what I was going to pay for. He was very professional about it. He was very upfront and honest. He worked with us very well. Everything is an A+++ for him.

They were excellent. They come all the way around and installed gas line for us and they did a great job. He was on time. He was reasonable on his price. The last date of service was three years ago. The approximate cost was about $800 I think. He actually pulled a cable line on my wall for me and he is only doing that just because it was already in the attic so it’s above and beyond.

When we first called, Chad was on a septic tank job, but told me he'd get to us either that afternoon or the next day. He came the next day and called before he came. Both faucets were replaced quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and we will definitely use him again.

Chad was very responsive. When I called to tell him my problem of a partially-flooded backyard from the gushing valve, he said he would stop by to look at it before going to his next job. He replaced the stopcock and finished all the work perfectly within 45 minutes. I had used Water Boy's Plumbing late last year in re-setting a toilet. Work both times was excellent. Chad is professional and very pleasant to work with. I've never used a better plumber.
