Water Boy's Plumbing

Although he was busy after the OKC Christmas ice storm, he tried to walk us through a solution over the phone. When that didn't work he fit us in so we would have hot water for the wkend. Extremely nice and professional. Will call him first in the future.

I called Chad in the late afternoon of Nov 27th (Yes, the day before Thanksgiving). The leak had been evident for about two days and the city had just determined that it was "my" problem and not a city issue. The city responded approx 2 hours after I had called them and I had indicated it was NOT and emergency. I explained to Chsad what the situation was. I also related to him that it was NOT and emergency and I would not expect him to respond until after Thanksgiving. He told me up front he was swamped but he would try to get it on Friday. His schedule did not allow him to respond on Friday but we communicated and I indicated to him that we were leaving early the next morning for a week on vacation and that I would turn off the water at the meter just before we left. We returned eight days later, the leak was repaired and you could barely tell that someone had dug in the yard. He had repaired the leak on Monday and slid the bill underr the garage door. All I could do at that point was pay the bill and call to thank him for another job well done.

He did everything great. He was quick and clean.

I called him for some plumbing work. He did call back once and said that he is busy this week but would call back beginning of the coming week. He never did. At least let me know you cant do the job so I can call another business to do the work.

he was prompt and quick to come out. He determined the problem, and fixed it within an hour. he doesn't mess around, and doesn't try to find other "problems" that need to be fixed. He is very trustworthy and he doesn't overcharge for the work done.

Chad was very responsive and timely to meet the plumbing requirements for new sink and granite install. Very friendly and professional. Did a great job and I would use him again and recommend his services.

I was very satisfied with the work and professionalism displayed by this company. I originally hired this company because I needed a plumber. The owner of the company took it upon himself to act as my general contractor. He did an excellent job and I now have a new beautiful bathroom.

He came out the same day and was very polite and professional. He fixed the shower and sink without any problems. They work great now and his price was very fair.

I had a leak under the house and Chad came out right away. I couldn't be home at the time so he fixed the problem and left me an invoice then called me to say that if I wasn't happy to call him back. It was fast, easy and reasonable. I will use them again.

It went well. We had used Chad a couple of years earlier for minor plumbing projects and knew we'd call him again when we were ready to add the bathroom. He offered a lot of advice and resources and once plans were finalized, he worked us in as his schedule permitted. We had saved cash for the remodel and he understood that our budget was fairly static. We were able to schedule the water heater move when it had the least impact and we have been extremely happy with the work. While Chad did recommend contractors and arrange to have them bid on our remodel, we worked directly with the contractors we chose to hire and paid them individually. I mention this because he did not oversee the entire project, but his input was invaluable. When we are ready to move forward with the jetted tub and dog shower, Chad will certainly be asked to bid on the projects!

Water Boy's Plumbing promptly returned our phone call. He performed a home visit and called us back immediately with a bid to perform the requested work. We advised him there were water sprinkler lines in the area. He took extra care not to damage the water lines when he buried the gas lines. We could hardly tell he dug a trench when he was finished. They mailed the invoice to us to pay, however, before we paid the bill the May tornado severely damaged our home. Our personal items were packed and moved to a storage facility. Several weeks later he came to the house to see if we sustained damage. He stated he figured the payment was held up at the post office which had also been destroyed by the storm. We told him we had not made payment and he told us not to worry about prompt payment, he trusted we would pay him. We finally found the invoice and mailed the payment. We truly appreciated his professional work and understanding. We would highly recommend Water Boy's Plumbing and gave our pool contractor his name and number.

We were effected by the 5-20-13 tornado. I explained to Chad that we needed someone right away for plumbing in order to contiune our rebuilding. He came out right away. He explained what needed to be done, and how we could save money if we did it ourselfs or he could do it. He suggested whom ever we hired he suggested what needed to be done. We ended up not using him because unknown to me, my spouse had a friend lined up to fix it the next day. I called Water Boy's Plumbing, Chad and said we already had it fixed. He was very polite and understanding. I liked his professional attitude and will use him next time.

Chad did an outstanding job. Had to find a part for faucet in tub and even "modify" it to make it work. He really knows what he is doing. Very impressed with his work and surprised that the cost was lower than we expected.

I liked everything about him. He came when he said he would. He did a wonderful job and the prices were perfectly acceptable.

Chad called the afternoon before after I'd left a message earlier that day asking for him to do some work. He was easy to talk with over the phone, very calm, very friendly. Immediately I trusted him. He said he would call the next morning about 8:30, to let us know when he could come and how long he could stay due to another big job he'd already committed to. He called at 8:30, and said he'd be over about 10. He actually arrived just after 9:30, and was very focused in attending to all of our needs, always telling us what he thought the problem was, what he would do to fix it, and thereafter making sure we were satisfied with his work. He had everything necessary to do the work; didn't have to leave to get some part. Chad Douma and Waterboy's Plumbing will forever be our go-to guy for any plumbing concerns.

It was excellent. Excellent service, I highly recommend them. I felt like it was such a good fit that we were bartering instead of being sold. It was just a perfect exchange of budget vs. work.

I had a clogged sewer line at my house the washing machine was backing up through the a/c drain into the garage. As luck would have it the day before i called Water Boy's Plumbing my daughter across the street called and said both her toilets were clogged. Chad showed up when he said he would cleaned the drain at my house. He then went across the street and determined that it was the toilets that were clogged and not the sewer. Apparently my 4 year old granddaughter had gotten toys into both toilets. Chad promptly got both toilets unclogged and the house draining again. While at my house he explained to me any easier way to vent my dryer since I did not like the current way. Chad was very prompt, polite and professional and after seeing his invoice I had to ask if it was correct. Having been a plumber myself 25 years ago I couldn't believe that he would do all that work of such a low price. I would highly recommend Water Boy's Plumbing to anyone.

The first time he came was very reasonable but when he came the second time I ended up with quite a bill and I still cannot lift the lever up and down. It is old plumbing and he was supposed to come out here and correct it but he hasn't, I guess he is so busy.

I have discovered one thing I cannot do plumbing. I told my wife to go ahead and call him. We found him on Angie’s List. He did a really good job. He was a really nice guy and he had to do some real technical work to get all the plumbing in, because of the broken pipe in the wall. It has been a year ago and we have not had any issues. I was pretty happy with what he did.

I called him and he came out really quickly to look at it, told me what it was going to cost, and came out the next day to fix it. He was very reasonable for the amount of time he spent here which was six or seven hours; he did it on hourly basis. He went over it with me and told me what it was, and also told me approximately what it was going to cost. The amount came in under what he estimated. He replaced the pipes and even re-did the mess into the house. Everything worked and he did a really good job. I will use him again.

I've used Chad from Water Boys Plumbing on several occasions and have never been happier with a plumber (or any home repair for that matter). Chad worked me in immediately and was on time as usual. Chad identified that not only did I need a new hot water tank, but that my old was not to code and that there were other issues with 'doing the job right' - something Chad is a stickler for. Chad spent the better part of a day installing a new water heater, bringing it up to code, fixing previous installation issues and making it all professional and safe. Chad then tied into a bathroom and ran a water line up the wall, through the ceiling and then back down and into a new box where our new refrigerator could connect for water. He went so far as to add cut-offs at the tie-in and at where the refrigerator connects (just to be sure). Lastly Chad removed the old rusted water connectors for our washing machine and replaced the box and connectors. He even made suggestions for better connecting our dryer (currently vents to the dryer using too small of a vent pipe. Chad was again professional, prompt, genuine and a real pleasure to work with. The best part is he estimated the job to be $2,000. Knowing I was willing to pay $2,000 (or even slightly more) he still was honest as usual and only charged me $1,600. You just don't get any better than this guy.
