Description of Work: I called to try to get someone to come out because a pipe had burst. They said they normally have people on call, but nobody wanted to work that night so they didn't have anyone available and it had to wait until the following week. This was a Thursday. When I asked if there was any way they could come at least look at it on Friday, the assistant seemed to be annoyed and was pretty rude about telling me no. I decided to go with another company that actually wanted my business.

Description of Work: He was a little hard to pin down to get a time. But on his behalf he did say he did not have much available until after the first of the year. He was able to squeeze us in and came and installed a shower line in our bathtub which did not have one. Was very knowledgeable. New exactly what to do. Cleaned up after could hardly tell he was there :) Thank you!

Description of Work: I have hired this contractor twice; once to fix a shower and kitchen faucet leak, and again to replace a water heater. I've been impressed with his courtesy and knowledge. Prices were fair for the work done. On the water heater, he came out same day and completed the work in a timely fashion. I would recommend this guy.

Description of Work: I called for service in morning and Chad was able to come over that same afternoon. He was very friendly and did not try to sell Me services I didn't need. He listened to what I said on what I thought the problem was , he investigated and fixed the problem In a short period of time. I would recommend him to my friends and family and I would definitely call him again.

Description of Work: Chad is awesome. He is very busy and I didn't have an urgent need, so he worked with me to fit me in as soon as he could. He stayed in contact with me and kept me updated on when he would be there. Showed me his work so I knew what was going in. He charged the agreed price and Was just great to work with. We will use him for al our plumbing needs!

Description of Work: Chad did an exellent job. I had trouble with both of my toilets, one was wobbley and the other would not quit running every now and then. He had to remove the one toilet to fix the wobble which was not installed correctly when the house was built and I made it worse when I was trying to tighten the bolt on each side. He fixed the problem and it works like a charm. The other toilet would seem to run quite often like someone had flushed the toilet. I had changed out the flanges several times but did not work. He found out what the problem was and it has not been a problem since. Chad is a very nice friendly person and you would not be disappointed in hiring him.

Description of Work: Great work! Fast and prompt service. Quickly unclogged our troublesome toilet and gave us tips on how to prevent future blockages. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Chad questioned me about my stopped up toilet and indicated I should allow it to sit overnight. If the drain was still clogged he would come by but he'd hate to see me spend the money on an unnecessary service call. I appreciate the honesty and will call again when I have plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Chad came to remove roots from my sewer line leading to the city main. He was very responsive and had excellent communication. After performing what should have been $800.00 with of work, digging a 5 foot deep hole to add a new clean out, he discovered the roots would have envolved digging up another person's yard in the middle of three utility lines and was unable to clear the problem. This I truely understand due to liabilities, yet he did NOT charge me!!! He continued to help me by providing me the right information to provide the city and convince them it would be a problem for them to resolve. Without his information I don't think the city would have fixed it. THANK YOU Brad (owner). I will call you for all my plumbing needs and recommend you to everyone I know. This kind of honesty and ethics are hard to find!!

Description of Work: I had a gas leak in an underground pipe that was not repairable. Chad Replaced the entire gas distribution system from the meter to each appliance. Rather than replace the in-ground pipe, as was the original, we decided to run the pipes through the attic. The job was completed quickly and worked perfectly. I have several rental properties and Chad is the only one I call for all my plumbing problems.

Description of Work: My landlord met the plumber who replaced the front exterior spigot which was leaking into the wall. From what I could tell the plumber was prompt and on time, did a quality repair!
