Description of Work: Called Chad for an estimate on appliance repair and though he does not perform these services, he was very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me advice and instructions on what I may do and how to approach my problem even though he will not be coming to perform service or produce income, this time. Description of Work: My water heater went out and he came out and checked it. It turned out the water heater control mechanism was defective. The heater was in warranty so he went and secured another unit and replaced it. He went above and beyond in timely dealing with the heater distributor to secure the replacement controller and installing the part. I would recommend him.

Description of Work: Two toilets were leaking around the bottom because of a poorly installed seal by the original installer. He pulled the toilets up and replaced the wax seals, reinstalled them properly, and caulked around the floor at the bottom of the toilets. They have not leaked since he did the work.

Also answered some other questions I had with plumbing .Showed me how the vent from the dryer was Extremely Clogged! This was because of a hole in the dryer screen. Even though I cleaned the screen from every drying cycle . This could have possibly started a home fire. I asked him what he would do. He told me about Sooner Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning Co. The Co. Has the Institute of inspection cleaning & restoration Certification. They did a great job too.

+ -1 moreChad had another job scheduled prior to mine which he told me about when I first called to set up an appointment. He said that he could get to me by noon on the scheduled day. He called the day of the appointment and told me that he could break away from the job that he had scheduled prior to mine and that he could come by at 10:30 if that was ok. He did and arrived at 10:30. He discovered what the problem was and replaced the broken pipe and faucet. Since the pipe was actually inside the wall and had caused flooding in our guest bedroom (had to remove soaked carpet and pad), he suggested waiting until the floor dried completely then turn on the new faucet with a hose and a closed sprayer head. That would put back pressure on the water line and as long as the floor stayed dry we could be certain that there were no other leaks. I certainly appreciated that bit of advise. It would not have been a good thing to replace the carpet and pad only to find out that the pipe, faucet, etc. was still leaking. In all the job took less than an hour. Chad wwas extremely friendly and very informative. He worked fast and was very clean with the job. I will definitely use him from now on for all of my plumbing needs.

+ -1 moreChad was very painstaking, and got everything working, except the hot water dispenser which required that an electrician be called to add an outlet under the sink. I really appreciated some of Chad's comments regarding other work that was being done-he mentioned some things that I had not thought of-a plus that I greatly appreciate! I know that I will be hiring Chad again.
Description of Work: Chad hooked up a new faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher, hot water dispenser & then two faucets in a bathroom. He also worked on a shower, but has not been able to find the parts needed yet.

+ -1 moreChad took responsibility for everything. He was great to work with and pointed out some problems that I had not noticed with another contractor.
Description of Work: Chad did a gas line test so we could get the gas turned back on. When it failed, he replumbed the gas line and told me that if I contact the gas company, I could get them to replace the line from the meter to the house and allowing them to move the meter up to the house from the curb where it originally was placed.

Description of Work: Replaced the insides of my toilet. The water here had eaten away the gaskets. The work was performed quickly and very neatly. Chad checked everything several times to insure there were no leaks.
