Description of Work: I had the semi-annual check-up on my furnae. I have been a customer of this company for more than 15 years, and have had a yearly maintennace contract on the furnace and air conditioner during this time. As seen by the rating I have given them I have been more than most pleased. Waggoner's is a home town company whose employees that have serviced our home have been most professional, if they did not have an answer to a question, they would find out. I would recommend this company without hesitation!

+ -1 moreThe experience was fantastic overall. I got the referral here on Angie's List, and Michael was out here soon after. His assessment of my problems was easy to understand, and the work I needed was broken down into separate bids. Two other companies attempted to work on these problems, and those experiences left me with a sour taste in my mouth toward contractors. Michael quickly pointed out the flaws in their work and explained how he would turn the ship around. He had me when the bid came in at around one-third the cost of the previous work done on my house, but I really began to be pleased when he went to work. What took 2-4 weeks for other contractors to incorrectly do, Precision Roofers took 2 days. It may have taken one day if they hadn't found more trouble after they opened some of the areas up. It rained soon after the work was done, and voil ! The leaks were solved. I am totally turned around with my attitude toward contract work... their experience is key.
Description of Work: Larry diagnosed that the problem was a cracked hot surface igniter. He replaced the igniter and checked the operation of the furnace.
